Phase Transition VO2 Thin Films for Optical Switches

This paper presents a method to make vanadium dioxide (VO₂) crystallites on silicon substrates by reactive ion beam sputtering. The thickness of the thin film is about 100nm. The phase transition temperature of VO₂ is 65°C. The transmittance of the semiconducting phase VO₂ is about 50% and it is reduced to as low as 3% in metal phase at the infrared wavelenghth spectrum. The extinction ratio of the optical switches is 12dB. and the insertion loss is of 1-2dB. The switching time is about 1ms.     

压缩弯曲小半径中频弯管工艺的研究

在分析了感应加热小半径弯管形变机理的基础上，提出了压缩弯曲的成型工艺，研制出了小半径中频弯管设备，并进行了大量的工艺实验和实验研究，取得了满意的结果。     

Edge diffraction correction for 3D scattering center modeling based on the shooting and bouncing ray technique

In the traditional scattering center extraction method based on the shooting and bouncing ray(SBR) technique,only the physical optics contribution of the target is considered.However,the physical optics method is unable to describe the contribution of the actual edge diffraction.By comprehensively considering the specular reflection and edge diffraction contribution of the target,an edge diffraction correction method for 3D scattering center modeling based on the SBR technique is proposed.Using the SBR technique and combining the image domain ray tube integration and equivalent edge currents method,the edge diffraction correcting formula for the 3D inverse synthetic aperture radar image is derived.Simulation results show that the proposed method is able to effectively improve the modeling accuracy of the 3D scattering center.     

IMPROVEMENT ON FATIGUE LIFE OF ALLOY LY12CZ AFTER LASER RADIATION AND ITS DAMAGE EVOLUTION

The change of microstructure of fatigue specimens before and after laser radiation was studiedby transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the diameter of dislocation cell λtends to a constant at fatigue failure.Based on the principles of continuous damagemechanics,expressions of the fatigue damage criterion and processes of fatigue damage evolu-tion for L Y12CZ have been derived.     

跌倒检测在远程健康监管系统中的应用研究

利用三轴加速度传感器对人体活动产生的加速度信号进行采集,提出了将数据分析分割成用户终端信号的预处理和在后台处理两部分。在用户终端采取基于1-class SVM分类算法对疑似数据进行提取,在后台通过分析不同动作事件下其能量损耗的阈值范围的不同进行跌倒判断,并分析了人体在特定时域的速度、位移以及倾角作为判断跌倒的辅助判据。实验表明,该应用能够为老年人的健康提供一种新的保障。     

基于FPGA的PUSCH信道估计仿真与实现

基于最小平方(LS)算法,利用FPGA实现了一种适用于TD-LTE系统的上行信道估计算法。主要研究了如何利用FPGA实现LS算法,包括算法的介绍、方案的形成、FPGA实现的处理流程、FPGA实现结果及分析。以Virtex-5芯片为硬件平台,完成了仿真、综合、板级验证等工作。实现结果表明,该信道估计算法应用到TD-LTE系统具有良好的稳定性和可行性。     

A novel low-complexity power allocation algorithm based on the NOMA system in a low-speed environment

For future wireless communication systems, Power Domain Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (PD-NOMA) using an advanced receiver has been considered as a promising radio access technology candidate. Power allocation plays an important role in the PD-NOMA system because it considerably affects the total throughput and Geometric Mean User Throughput (GMUT) performance. However, most existing studies have not completely accounted for the computational complexity of the power allocation process when the User Terminals (UTs) move in a slow fading channel environment. To resolve such problems, a power allocation method is proposed to considerably reduce the search space of a Full Search Power (FSP) allocation algorithm. The initial power reallocation coefficients will be set to start with former optimal values by the proposed Lemma before searching for optimal power reallocation coefficients based on total throughput performance. Step size and correction granularity will be adjusted within a much narrower power search range while invalid power combinations may be reasonably discarded during the search process. The simulation results show that the proposed power reallocation scheme can greatly reduce computational complexity while the total throughput and GMUT performance loss are not greater than 1.5% compared with the FSP algorithm.     

谐振式无线电能传输系统恒功率输出特性研究

在无线充电过程中,电池阻值的变化会引起输出功率的波动,从而减短电池寿命,影响充电安全。针对磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输变负载系统,通常是在接收端加入控制电路使输出功率稳定,但这增加了用电设备的体积。因此,文中提出了基于反射阻抗原理的2种恒功率控制策略：Sepic电路恒功率输出控制策略和移相控制恒功率输出控制策略。首先分析了负载电阻对输出功率的影响;然后分别推导了Sepic电路驱动信号的占空比、移相控制中驱动信号的移相角与输出功率的关系,给出了恒功率控制策略的原理;最后通过Matlab/Simulink搭建仿真模型,验证了文中理论分析及所提控制策略的正确性。仿真结果表明,2种控制策略均能有效实现恒功率输出。     

一种基于本体的测试用例研究与应用
