主要对室内定位技术展开研究,首先通过手持智能设备收集指定范围样本点的坐标及wifi热点信息;然后应用位置指纹定位方法进行绝对定位;为了提高行走过程中定位的准确性和实时性,采用行人航迹推算算法,即通过手机传感器采集并经处理的数据进行步频检测、步长估算和方向检测,实现相对位置变化的估算.行人航迹算法克服位置指纹定位的不稳定性,而位置指纹定位算法及时调整行人航迹算法带来的累积误差.实验结果表明两种室内定位技术的结合有效提高了室内定位的准确性,能充分应用到实际生活中.  相似文献

委员会共识和混合共识通过选举委员会来代替全网节点完成区块验证, 可有效加快共识速度, 提高吞吐量, 但恶意攻击和收买易导致委员会发生腐败问题, 严重时将影响共识结果甚至造成系统瘫痪. 现有工作虽引入信誉机制降低委员会节点腐败的可能性, 但开销大、可信度低且无法降低腐败问题对系统的影响. 提出一种带有预验证机制的区块链动态共识算法(DBCP), 通过预验证机制在较小开销的前提下对委员会进行可靠的信誉评估, 及时淘汰委员会中的恶意节点. 若腐败问题已影响到共识结果, DBCP会通过动态共识将区块验证权转移到全网节点, 并淘汰给出错误意见的委员会节点, 避免系统瘫痪. 若委员会通过迭代达到高可信状态, 则DBCP会将区块验证权交由委员会, 全网节点将认同委员会的共识结果, 并不再对区块进行验证, 进而加快共识速度. 经实验验证, DBCP的吞吐量与比特币相比提升了两个数量级, 且与Byzcoin相近, 可在一个出块周期内快速应对委员会腐败问题, 安全性优于Byzcoin.  相似文献

A 53.667 MHz CW(continuous-wave) heavy ion IH-DTL has been designed for the SSC-LINAC injector of HIRFL-CSR(Heavy Ions Research Facility at Lanzhou-Cooling Storage Ring). It accelerates ions with maximum mass-to-charge ratio of 7.0 from 143 to 295 ke V/u. Low-power RF measurement of the IH-DTL1 has been taken to investigate the RF performance and the quality of the electric field distribution on the beam axis.The measured Q_0 value and the shunt impedance are 10,400 and 198 MX/m, respectively. The electric field distributions on and around the beam axis were evaluated and compared with the design value. By a new approach,the dipole field component is also estimated. The beam dynamics simulation using measured field distribution was presented in this paper. Based on the dynamics analysis in both transverse and longitudinal phase space, the field distribution can meet the design requirement. Finally, the RF conditioning and very first beam commissioning on the IH-DTL1 were finished. The beam test results agree well with the simulation results; what's more, the property of the variable output beam energy about the separated functions DTL was verified.  相似文献

Increasing evidences suggest that inflammation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary artery disease (CAD). Numerous inflammatory cytokines and related genes mediate adverse cardiovascular events in patients with CAD, such as interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and Homer in the present study. The study was carried out on 163 CAD patients at different stages and 68 controls. The gene expression of Homer1, Homer2, Homer3, IL-1β, and TNF-α in the peripheral blood leukocytes were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction. The mRNA levels of Homer1, IL-1β, and TNF-α in CAD patients were significantly higher than those in the control group, but not Homer2 and Homer3. However, there was no considerable difference in the mRNA levels of Homer1, IL-1β, and TNF-α among AMI, UAP, and SAP three subgroups of CAD. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves showed that Homer1 had a better diagnostic value for UAP patients compared with IL-1β and TNF-α. Like IL-1β and TNF-α, Homer1 may also be an important participant of atherosclerotic plaque development and eventually rupture. The results of the present study may provide an important basis for diagnosing CAD patients, and provide new therapeutic targets for CAD.  相似文献

We derive upper and lower bounds to the curve of expected delay versus throughput for the delay-enhanced version of the celebrated 0.487 multiple access contention resolution algorithm. The key to the derivation is a technique for generating upper and lower bounds to monotonic functions of the transmission lag via corresponding bounds on the kernel of the integral equation for the distribution of said lag. The separation between the upper and lower bounds is small, and the results agree well with simulations.  相似文献

对某一单吸离心泵在变转速工况下蜗舌处的压力波动进行了测量与分析。该离心泵的叶轮为半开式叶轮并具有背叶片,它由原叶轮车削后得到,从而使得叶轮出口离蜗舌距离较大。结果显示:随着转速的提高,离心泵的流量及效率线性增大,而扬程以二次曲线形式增加。该离心泵蜗舌附近的压力波动频谱以叶轮转动频率整数倍的离散分量为主,特别是叶片通过频率及其二次谐波。最大波动分量的幅度占参考动压ρv22/2(v2为叶轮出口周向速度)的0.5%左右。随着转速的增大,压力波动的增加速度比转速提高速度快,且宽频波动幅度的提高比离散分量显著。另外,频谱分量中存在叶轮转动频率非整数倍的离散分量,以及与转速无关而取决于流体系统固有振动特性的离散分量。  相似文献

Structurally well-defined mesoporous materials with large surface area and homogeneous pore diameters have been intensively investigated in recent years, furthermore, organofunctionalized mesoporous materials have attracted much attention for their potential application in many fields, such as separation, adsorption and drug delivery. In this paper, fluorescent mesoporous materials were successfully synthesized through “Grafting” method by mesoporous materials and silicon nanocrystals. A comprehensive multi-analytical characterization of the structural and optical properties of the fluorescent materials was carried by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurements, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscope. The behavior of loading and release to ibuprofen has been tested. The fluorescent materials which integrated with two functional components displayed potential in optoelectronic and biomedical applications.  相似文献

The authors derive a formula for the magnetic field outside volume conductors having axial symmetry with radial and axial symmetrically distributed source currents. The magnetic field is shown to have components only along the cylindrical polar angle direction and its magnitude to depend only on the topological structure of the volume conductor and the location of the source current. With this formula, the magnetic field generated by the volume current of a current monopole within and on the symmetrical axis of several volume conductors (such as semi-infinite volume, infinite slab, sphere, infinite cylinder, semi-infinite cylinder, finite cylinder, prolate spheroid, and oblate spheroid) is shown to be equivalent to the magnetic field generated by a line current calculated using the Biot-Savart's law. In the first three volume conductors, the monopole solution of the magnetic field allows the calculation of magnetic fields generated by arbitrarily distributed (and balanced for finite volume conductors) current monopoles  相似文献

Discrete Frequency Tuning Active Filter for Power System Harmonics   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Severe voltage distortion, due to power system harmonic resonance, has been reported in recent years. This issue becomes more significant in high penetration of a photovoltaic (PV) network. A conventional voltage detection active filter operates as similar conductance for all harmonic frequencies to resolve this problem whether in a fixed conductance command or in an automatic gain adjustment control. However, its filtering capability is impeded by the mismatch between the active filter and the radial line, and the voltage distortion may still be significant. This paper proposes a discrete frequency tuning active filter to suppress power system harmonics. The active filter operates as variable conductance for each individual harmonic frequency. Each harmonic conductance is dynamically adjusted according to the corresponding harmonic voltage distortion of the active filter installation point in response to increase or decrease of nonlinear loads, or variation of resonant frequency in the power system. The mismatching problem between the feeder impedance and the active filter can be avoided effectively. Therefore, harmonic voltage distortion can be maintained at an allowable level throughout the feeder with lower peak current and lower rms current of the active filter, and loads installed at various locations of the power system receive more uniform voltage waveform.  相似文献
