Bright Blue Light—emitting Diodes Based on a Novel Fluorescent Dye Containing Heterocyclic Groups

Novel molecular material ,1-benzothiazoly-3-pheny1-pyrazoline (BTPP) was found to function as bright blue light emitting dye in organic electroluminescent device, and its optical and electric characteristics were investigated. This heterovyclic compound exhibited good characteristics of blue photoluminescence and electroluminescence,which had the emission peak at 450nm .The single layer light-emitting devices using BTPP as light -emitting material dispersed in poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) and double layer ones using PBD as hole block layer above the light-emitting layer were fabricated using conventional spin-casting and vaccum vapour deposition methods. The introduction of PBD has enhanced electron injection and luminance efficiency, compared with the single layer LEDs.     

Binder effect on cycling performance of silicon/carbon composite anodes for lithium ion batteries

The cycling performance of a silicon/carbon composite anode has been significantly enhanced by using acrylic adhesive and modified acrylic adhesive as binder to fabricate the electrodes for lithium ion batteries. The capacity retentions of Si/C composite electrodes bound by acrylic adhesive and modified acrylic adhesive are 79% and 90% after 50 cycles, respectively. These two binders are electrochemically stable in the organic electrolyte in the working window. They also show larger adhesion strength between the coating and the Cu current collector as well as smaller solvent absorption in the electrolyte solvent than polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Furthermore, sodium carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC) plays an important role on improving the properties of acrylic adhesive, which increases the adhesive strength of acrylic adhesive and improves the activation of the electrodes.

路灯控制电路设计

该路灯控制系统主要由时钟发生电路、路灯控制电路、LCD显示电路、声光报警电路、键盘控制电路和单片机控制电路等部分组成。在时钟发生电路中,采用低功耗实时时钟电路芯片DS1302,它可以对年、月、日、周日、时、分、秒进行计时,计时后,经过单片机的控制处理后从显示屏上将计时的数据显示出来。而路灯控制部分通过对外部环境进行检测,实现不同环境的不同操作,从而实现各个不同功能。由于采用了较高级的时钟控制元件、精度较高的红外检测装置和外界光检测装置,实现了对外部环境的控制功能,而且有效地提高了精度。     

复合溶胶–凝胶一锅法制备锂离子电池氧化亚硅/碳复合负极材料

采用复合溶胶–凝胶法结合后续热处理,制备了具有包埋结构的氧化亚硅/碳(SiO_x/C)复合负极材料。扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明:氧化亚硅纳米颗粒嵌入在无定形碳中。电化学性能测试表明:SiO_x/C复合材料具有较高的比容量、优异的循环稳定性和倍率性能。材料在0.1 A/g的电流密度下100次循环后的可逆比容量为710 m A·h/g,容量几乎无衰减;在1.6 A/g的电流密度下,可逆比容量为380 m A·h/g。优异的电化学性能是由于材料的包埋结构能有效地缓冲SiO_x充放电过程中的体积膨胀,保证材料的结构完整性和电化学循环稳定性。     

电化学阻抗谱测量与应用研究综述

电化学阻抗谱(EIS)是一种广泛应用的锂离子电池无损表征方法,其表征的阻抗是确定电池工作边界、评估性能和跟踪功能状态的关键之一,它已被广泛应用于锂离子电池的研究,可用于电池筛选、运维以及性能评估等各环节.综述了基于电化学阻抗谱的荷电状态(SOC)和健康状态(SOH)估计的应用概况,并概述了电化学阻抗谱测量的频域和时域方法.总结了电化学阻抗谱在电池状态估计中的应用前景和挑战,展望了电化学阻抗谱应用的发展方向.     

A new contact material—Ag／SnO2—La2O3—Bi2O3

A super-fine compound powder,Ag/SnO2 La2O3 Bi2O3,has been obtained using the chemical coprecipitation method.And a new contact material,Ag/SnO2 La2O3 Bi2O3,was produced by the powder metallurgy method.Its properties are as follows:the density is 9.75-9.93g/cm^3,the resistivity is 2.31-2.55μΩ.cm.the hardness is 880-985 MPa.Its microstructure shows that the fine oxides have a uniform distribution in the silver matrix.The results of make-break capacity and temperature rise testing show that the new material has better ability of anti-arc erosion and lower temperature rise than that of commonly used Ag/CdO.     

浯溪水电站岩溶地质的固结与帷幕灌浆

湖南祁阳县浯溪水电站坝址岩溶发育,水文与工程地质情况恶劣,渗漏水严重,地基内通道多而连贯,灌浆帷幕线形成困难,经采取多种综合措施,在堵漏、固结灌浆的基础上,成功实施了主体工程的帷幕灌浆,蓄水后经埋设的渗压计观测,渗透压力水头折减系数达到0.3,符合设计要求,保障了库区蓄水条件。
