The Pr α-sialon powders prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS), consisting of 55 wt% Pr α-sialon and 45 wt% of β-sialon (abbreviated as α' and β'), were hot-pressed at 1800°C for 1 h. The results showed that Pr α' phase would transfer to β' with the appearance of JEM phase (Pr(Si6− z Al z )(N10− z O z )) after sintering, thus resulting in the increase of β' phase to 86 wt%. The addition of Y2O3 into SHS-ed Pr α' powders as the starting materials restrains the transformation of α' to β' and prevents the formation of JEM phase as well. The nucleation mechanism of Pr α' grain during hot-pressing was investigated in terms of transmission electron microscope and energy-dispersive spectrometer analysis. Two nucleation modes of Pr α' grains were found, i.e., nucleating on the undissolved Pr α' grains and on the nuclei of (Pr, Y) α' grains precipitated from liquid phase.  相似文献

Low pH-induced alterations in gene expression profiles and organic acids (OA) and free amino acid (FAA) abundances were investigated in sweet orange [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck cv. Xuegan] leaves. We identified 503 downregulated and 349 upregulated genes in low pH-treated leaves. Further analysis indicated that low pH impaired light reaction and carbon fixation in photosynthetic organisms, thereby lowering photosynthesis in leaves. Low pH reduced carbon and carbohydrate metabolisms, OA biosynthesis and ATP production in leaves. Low pH downregulated the biosynthesis of nitrogen compounds, proteins, and FAAs in leaves, which might be conducive to maintaining energy homeostasis during ATP deprivation. Low pH-treated leaves displayed some adaptive responses to phosphate starvation, including phosphate recycling, lipid remodeling, and phosphate transport, thus enhancing leaf acid-tolerance. Low pH upregulated the expression of some reactive oxygen species (ROS) and aldehyde detoxifying enzyme (peroxidase and superoxidase) genes and the concentrations of some antioxidants (L-tryptophan, L-proline, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, and pyroglutamic acid), but it impaired the pentose phosphate pathway and VE and secondary metabolite biosynthesis and downregulated the expression of some ROS and aldehyde detoxifying enzyme (ascorbate peroxidase, aldo-keto reductase, and 2-alkenal reductase) genes and the concentrations of some antioxidants (pyridoxine and γ-aminobutyric acid), thus disturbing the balance between production and detoxification of ROS and aldehydes and causing oxidative damage to leaves.  相似文献

Recognizing the nature and formation progress of the ash deposits is essential to resolve the deposition problem hindering the wide application of large-scale biomass-fired boilers. Therefore, the ash deposits in the superheaters of a 220 t/h biomass-fired CFB boiler were studied, including the platen (PS), the high-temperature (HTS), the upper and the lower low-temperature superheaters (LTS). The results showed that the deposits in the PSs and HTSs were thin (several millimeters) and compact, consisting of a yellow outer layer and snow-white inner layer near the tube surface. The deposits in the upper LTS appeared to be toughly sintered ceramic, while those in the lower LTS were composed of dispersive coarse ash particles with an unsintered surface. Detailed characterization of the cross-section and the initial layers in the deposits revealed that the dominating compositions in both the PSs and the HTSs were Cl and K (approximately 70%) in the form of KCl. Interestingly, the cross-section of the deposition in the upper LTS exhibited a unique lamellar structure with a major composition of Ca and S. The contents of Ca and Si increased from approximately 10% to approximately 60% in the deposits from the high temperature surfaces to the low temperature ones. It was concluded that the vaporized mineral matter such as KCl played the most important role in the deposition progress in the PS and the HTS. In addition, although the condensation of KCl in the LTSs also happened, the deposition of ash particles played a more important role.  相似文献

针对增材制件表面质量差、内部缺陷在线检测困难的问题,开展激光超声对电弧增材制造试块内部缺陷检测的研究。为保证缺陷检测结果的准确性,采用缺陷反射法与激发源、接收源同步移动检测方式。对比理论计算、仿真分析、实验结果,确定传播路径和检测波形,在A扫中得到缺陷反射波幅值,在B扫中得到缺陷反射波成像,根据幅值大小和成像结果,准确探测出10 mm深度内直径为1 mm的内部缺陷,得到缺陷深度影响规律。研究结果为增材制造在线检测提供了参考。  相似文献

近年来,我厂甜菜收购总量已超过计划总量的114.3%,甜菜保藏期要延长110天以上。为减少甜菜保藏损失,我们进行了暖甜菜保藏技术应用的研究,同时进行了试验示范。此项技术可使暖甜菜堆表面相对湿度达70%,堆内温度在0~5℃。经1991—1992两年的试验,暖甜菜保藏比常规保藏甜菜还原糖少增加0.085%,根重损失平均降低了2.48%,糖量损失平均减少1.88%。  相似文献

用氢直流电弧法制备La-LaH2纳米粉末,再采用放电等离子烧结技术,在原位、"无氧"条件下成功制备高纯LaB6多晶纳米块体热阴极材料,并系统研究放电等离子烧结温度、压强对材料物相、结构和性能的影响.结果表明,材料中形成单相的LaB6,纯度达到99.867%,平均晶粒尺寸为120 nm,LaB6纳米块体相对密度达到99.2%,维氏硬度达到17.4 GPa,抗弯强度高达245.6 MPa,己达单晶材料的理论抗弯强度值.  相似文献

催化剂CuO/HZSM-5在氧化亚氮(N2O)催化分解领域有着重要地位,完成对催化剂成型条件的探索是其工业实际应用的重要步骤。在CuO/HZSM-5成型过程中,胶溶剂的用量对成型催化剂的机械强度,催化活性以及其他物化性质有重要的影响。通过机械强度测定、活性评价、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、孔结构分析、氨气程序升温吸附脱附分析(NH3-TPD)、氢气程序升温还原分析(H2-TPR)等手段对催化剂性能进行分析。机械强度测定与NH3-TPD分析结果显示,胶溶剂用量对成型催化剂机械强度和酸量影响较大,胶溶剂用量为体积分数2%时,机械强度最高为135.8 N·cm-1,而催化剂酸量在胶溶剂用量为体积分数7%时最高。XRD与孔结构分析结果显示胶溶剂用量由0增长至体积分数7%,催化剂的孔容积改变幅度较小,但比表面积由277 cm2·g-1增至293 cm2·g-1,HZSM-5的特征峰变化较小。活性评价与H2-TPR分析结果显示,胶溶剂用量为0的催化剂与添加胶溶剂后的成型催化剂,N2O完全分解的温度提高幅度最大为20 ℃,活性下降,且H2-TPR中还原峰提高幅度最大为27 ℃,可还原性变差。而胶溶剂用量由体积分数2%提高至7%,成型催化剂CuO/HZSM-5的催化活性以及可还原性差异较小。  相似文献

Social networking websites with microblogging functionality, such as Twitter or Sina Weibo, have emerged as popular platforms for discovering real-time information on the Web. Like most Internet services, these websites have become the targets of spam campaigns, which contaminate Web contents and damage user experiences. Spam campaigns have become a great threat to social network services. In this paper, we investigate crowd-retweeting spam in Sina Weibo, the counterpart of Twitter in China. We carefully analyze the characteristics of crowd-retweeting spammers in terms of their profile features, social relationships and retweeting behaviors. We find that although these spammers are likely to connect more closely than legitimate users, the underlying social connections of crowd-retweeting campaigns are different from those of other existing spam campaigns because of the unique features of retweets that are spread in a cascade. Based on these findings, we propose retweeting-aware link-based ranking algorithms to infer more suspicious accounts by using identified spammers as seeds. Our evaluation results show that our algorithms are more effective than other link-based strategies.
