This paper aims at generating an automated way to evaluate the team-behavior of trainees in a delivery simulation course using
video-processing techniques with emphasis on multiple people tracking. The paper is composed of two interacting, but clearly
separated stages: moving people segmentation and multiple people tracking. At people segmentation stage, the combination of
the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) and the Dynamic Markov Random Fields (DMRF) technique helps to extract the foreground pixels.
For a better extraction of the human silhouettes, the energy function of DMRF is extended with texture information. At multiple
people tracking stage, we concentrate on solving human-occlusion problem caused by interacting persons based on silhouette
data and a non-linear regression model. Our model effectively transfers the person location problem during the occlusion into
the finding of the local maximum points on a smooth curve, so that visual persons in the partial or complete occlusion can
still be precisely captured. We have compared our algorithm with two other popular tracking algorithms: mean-shift and particle-filter.
Experimental results reveal that the correctness of our method is much higher than the mean-shift algorithm and slightly lower
than a particle-filter, however, with the major benefit of being a factor of 10–15 faster in computing. 相似文献

岩石在变形破坏过程中不断与外界交换着物质和能量,是一个能量耗散的损伤演化过程,岩石破坏的实质是能量驱动下的状态失稳现象。综合介绍了在开挖瞬间,迅速增大的轴向应力随着时间增长逐渐趋于稳定和围压瞬间卸载的应力重分布情况,目前主要采用轴压升高、围压降低而轴压不变、围岩降低的室内试验方案。结果表明:岩石卸荷破坏具有明显的围压效应,总应变能、弹性应变能和耗散能与初始围压呈正相关关系;随着卸荷速率的增加,能量转化速率不断减小,岩石容易产生瞬间动态破坏;不同卸荷水平下能量演化存在明显的差异;碎屑岩块分形维数越大,扩容现象越明显,穿晶、沿晶裂纹越发育,消耗能量越多。基于现有的研究成果,提出完善试验系统、采用与工程实际相符合的应力路径、开展微细观裂纹研究、深入能量转化敏感阶段研究的发展趋势。 相似文献

The purpose of the study was to explore the antibacterial effect and mechanism of a novel bacteriocin of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) against Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). The antibacterial activity was determined by the Oxford cup method, and the dynamic growth curves were conducted with continuous shaking incubation. The result showed that the bacteriocin was a protein or protein-like antibacterial substance susceptible to pepsin and trypsin. And it had good antibacterial activity, pH stability, thermostability and enzyme treatment stability against E. coli and S. aureus. The SEM, flow cytometry and nucleic acid leakage showed that the bacteriocin disrupted the cell structures of the two bacteria by damaging cell walls and cell membranes. An agarose gel electrophoresis and SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the bacteriocin inhibited DNA replication and interfered with the protein formation, which resulted in the inhibition of the two bacteria's growth. Therefore, the use of the L. plantarum bacteriocin might be a promising biocontrol strategy to inhibit the pollution of E. coli and S. aureus simultaneously in foods. 相似文献

Hyperspectral images usually consist of hundreds of spectral bands, which can be used to precisely characterize different land cover types. However, the high dimensionality also has some disadvantages, such as the Hughes effect and a high storage demand. Band selection is an effective method to address these issues. However, most band selection algorithms are conducted with the high-dimensional band images, which will bring high computation complexity and may deteriorate the selection performance. In this paper, spatial feature extraction is used to reduce the dimensionality of band images and improve the band selection performance. The experiment results obtained on three real hyperspectral datasets confirmed that the spatial feature extraction-based approach exhibits more robust classification accuracy when compared with other methods. Besides, the proposed method can dramatically reduce the dimensionality of each band image, which makes it possible for band selection to be implemented in real time situations. 相似文献

Band selection is widely used to identify relevant bands for land-cover classification of hyperspectral images. The combination of spectral and spatial information can improve the classification performance of hyperspectral images dramatically. Similarly, the fusion of spectral–spatial information should also improve the performance of band selection. In this article, two semi-supervised wrapper-based spectral–spatial band selection algorithms are proposed. The local spatial smoothness of hyperspectral imagery is used to improve the performance of band selection when limited labelled samples available. With superpixel segmentation, the first algorithm uses the statistical characteristics of classification map to predict the classification quality of all samples. Based on the Markov random field model, the second algorithm incorporates the spatial information by the minimization of spectral–spatial energy function. Four widely used real hyperspectral data sets are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods, when compared to cross-validation-based wrapper method, the accuracy is improved by 2% for different data sets. 相似文献
