According to long-term observations, rewinding and slubbing operations have almost no effect on the unit strength of complex and slubbed polycaproamide fibres but affect the relative elongation at break. The stability of the deformation-strength properties of the fibres in time, assessed with the values of the coefficients of variation, during the manufacturing process, including slubbing, improves significantly. The fibre strength is not a function of fluctuations in the content of low-molecular-weight compounds in the initial polymer and its relative viscosity, spinning temperature, and elementary fibre thickness in the undrawn fibre in contrast to the moisture content of polymer going to spinning and the degree of orientational drawing of the fibre.  相似文献

We have synthesized materials based on titanium(IV) and zinc(II) oxides, containing 1 to 60 wt % Zn, at heat-treatment temperatures from 80 to 1150°C, with the formation of multiphase compositions (X-ray amorphous phase, anatase, rutile, ZnTiO3, and/or Zn2TiO4) and studied their phase transitions, morphology, and photocatalytic activity. Increasing the Zn content of the materials is favorable for their spectral sensitization, including the range λ ≥ 670 nm.  相似文献

Results of an experimental study of a two-beam laser method of recording and heterodyne detection of elementary microstructures (microgratings) in “thick” recording media are described. The study is performed on iron-doped lithium niobate crystals and on thick photopolymer materials in the single-photon absorption mode. The size of the volume micrograting is demonstrated to depend on the operating wavelength, numerical aperture of the focusing microobjective, and refractive index of the medium. The experiments are performed with microgratings 1.0 × 1.4 × 5.7 μm in the X, Y, and Z directions, respectively. Characteristics of individual microgratings and matrices of microgratings recorded at different depths of recording media are given.  相似文献

We have established conditions for the preparation of multiphase composites based on titanium(IV) and copper(II) oxides in a wide composition range and examined correlations between the phase composition, texture, and preparation conditions of the composites. Some of them have a mesoporous structure, consist of nanoparticles, and exhibit photocatalytic activity under illumination in the visible range.  相似文献

Public infrastructure projects must comply with the divergent and even conflicting demands of multiple institutional logics causing institutional complexity. Despite the increasing interest in different forms of complexities in projects, we lack empirical illustrations and rigorous theorizing of mechanisms for responding to institutional complexity. This paper demonstrates how public buyers of a tunnel construction project formed a hybrid organization of a multi-party project alliance to respond to institutional complexity. We delineate a process of temporary hybridization through which the competing logics of a bureaucratic state, corporate market, and multiple professions were combined within the temporary project alliance organization. Such temporary hybridization not only focused on selective coupling with external demands but also mitigated internal tensions. Our findings emphasize a blended organizational structure, jointly formed governance and incentive systems, and the facilitation of social interaction to build a temporary yet sustainable hybrid organization capable of combining conflicting institutional logics.  相似文献
