网格数据传输组件RFT提供了可靠文件传输服务,但是GT4中的RFT仍存在不支持xml配置文件、不能进行全局优化配置、不能可视化操作等不足。在研究GT4 RFT组件的基础上,设计和实现了一个增强型的可视化可靠文件传输工具——ERFT。对大型文件的传输实验表明,ERFT继承了RFT的传统优势,同时又改进了其不足,为用户提供了更为可靠、友好的文件传输服务。  相似文献

目的评定电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定食品中铅的不确定度。方法根据GB 5009.12《食品安全国家标准食品中铅的测定》,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品中铅,根据不确定度评定规程,建立不确定度评定的数学模型,系统性评价测量过程的不确定度。结果当食品中铅含量为0.333mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.03mg/kg(P=95%,k=2),测定结果为(0.333±0.03) mg/kg。结论标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度是食品中铅测量不确定度的主要贡献因子。  相似文献

The advantages of medical waste incineration include the sterilization of bacteria, stabilization of chemical activity, and reduction in waste volume. During the incineration of medical waste, dioxin is generated owing to the high chlorine content. Based on previous research, a conventional fluidized bed combustor with a minimum retrofit to dispose of medical waste without residual dioxins is presented in this study. Coal or pyrite was added to inhibit dioxin formation in the combustion chamber. Fly ash and activated carbon which had adsorbed dioxin were pelletized with adhesive material, and the pelletized fly ash was then recycled to the incinerator for burning. The pelletized fly ash with adhesive material was finally discharged as bottom ash. Bottom ash constitutes the net output of the entire incineration system. and its dioxin content can be neglected. An incineration system that does not produce dioxin residue was achieved; however, a better formula for the pelletized fly ash is still required.

This paper reviews both static and dynamic characteristics of a planar-type Pd–GaN metal–semiconductor–metal (MSM) hydrogen sensor. The sensing mechanism of a metal–semiconductor (MS) hydrogen sensor was firstly reviewed to realize the sensing mechanism of the proposed sensor. Symmetrically bi-directional current–voltage characteristics associated with our sensor were indicative of easily integrating with other electrical/optical devices. In addition to the sensing current, the sensing voltage was also used as detecting signals in this work. With regard to sensing currents (sensing voltages), the proposed sensor was biased at a constant voltage (current) in a wide range of hydrogen concentration from 2.13 to 10,100 ppm H2/N2. Experimental results reveal that the proposed sensor exhibits effective barrier height variations (sensing responses) of 134 (173) and 20 mV (1) at 10,100 and 2.13 ppm H2/N2, respectively. A sensing voltage variation as large as 18 V was obtained at 10,100 ppm H2/N2, which is the highest value ever reported. If an accepted sensing voltage variation is larger than 3 (5) V, the detecting limit is 49.1 (98.9) ppm. Moreover, voltage transient response and current transient response to various hydrogen-containing gases were experimentally studied. The new finding is that the former response time is shorter than the latter one. Other dynamic measurements by switching voltage polarity and/or continuously changing hydrogen concentration were addressed, showing the proposed sensor is a good candidate for commonly used MS sensors.  相似文献

This paper reports on new GaN sensors using a Pd-mixture-Pd triple-layer sensing structure to enhance their sensitivity to hydrogen at the tens of ppm level. The proposed hydrogen sensor biased with a constant voltage produced relatively high sensing responses of 4.84 × 105% at 10,100 ppm and 8.7 × 104% at 49.1 ppm H2 in N2. The corresponding barrier height variations are calculated to be 220 and 168 mV. When the sensor is biased by a constant current with maximum power consumption of 0.4 mW, a sensing voltage as an output signal showed a voltage shift of more than 17 V (the highest value ever reported) at 49.1 ppm H2 in N2. By comparison to Pd-deposited GaN sensors, the improvement in static-state performance is likely attributed to double dipole layers formed individually at the Pd–GaN interface and inside the mixture. Moreover, voltage transient response and current transient response to various hydrogen-containing gases were experimentally studied. 在磷酸水溶液中,以磷铁废渣为阳极、石墨为阴极,恒流无膜电解后溶液由无色变为黄色,用氨水调节pH值,经过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到淡黄色粉体,XRD和热分析结果表明该粉体组成为FePO4.2H2O.在电解产物中加入LiOH.H2O和葡萄糖,用乙醇作溶剂充分研磨形成流变相前驱体,在700℃氩气气氛中焙烧得到LiFePO4/C复合物.用动电位极化方法分析了磷铁的电解过程,用XRD、SEM和循环伏安法(CV)研究了LiFePO4/C复合物的结构、形貌及电化学性能.测试结果表明LiFePO4/C复合物没有磷铁原料的杂质峰,氧化电位和还原电位分别在3.54和3.33 V,说明经过阳极袋电解能够消除磷铁原料中的杂质元素影响及锂离子脱/嵌过程中极化较小.  相似文献

数值仿真研究了双曲正割、高斯(m=1)、超高斯脉冲(m=5)形皮秒脉冲泵浦在高非线性光纤正常色散区中时频域演化特性.计算结果表明,在峰值功率、泵浦光纤参数相同的条件下,泵浦脉冲前(后)沿陡峭程度影响频谱展宽宽度,脉冲前后沿越陡峭,生成的超连续谱带宽越宽;脉冲前(后)沿的拖尾部影响展宽频谱的平坦性,脉冲前后沿拖尾越小,生成的超连续谱频带平坦度越高.泵浦脉冲中是否含有啁啾对生成的超连续谱的带宽和平坦性影响微弱.脉冲前(后)沿拖尾小或者陡峭的脉冲在高非线性光纤正常色散区可以产生带宽平坦的超连续谱.  相似文献

采用乙二醇电解液,在不同氧化电压、氧化时间条件下通过阳极氧化纯钛片制备了一系列TiO_2纳米管阵列薄膜。使用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)表征TiO_2纳米管的表面、断面形貌,探讨氧化时间及氧化电压对纳米管生长速率的影响。同时通过电化学方法测试TiO_2纳米管的光电化学性能,以无外加电压下双室光电化学池中的产氢量考察其光催化活性。结果表明,相比延长氧化时间,提高氧化电压更容易获得高长/径比的TiO_2纳米管阵列,同时可显著提高TiO_2纳米管的光电流、光电转换效率及产氢量。  相似文献

一种基于多视立体视觉的多视图直线匹配方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
提出了一种基于多视立体视觉(Multiple view stereo,MVS)进行多视图直线匹配的方法. 本文方法首先利用MVS所得到的三维点云及其可见性信息,建立三维点与图像直线的对应关系. 根据此对应关系,为每条图像直线建立由一个三维点集和一个三维单位向量构成的描述子,用以衡量图像直线之间的相似性及一致性. 之后,本文方法以所有图像直线为顶点建立一个图,并引入了图谱分析来获取统一的顶点距离度量. 最后,本方法对DBSCAN聚类算法进行了修改,并用修改后的算法从图谱分析结果中获取可靠的直线匹配. 实验显示,本方法比已有方法更加鲁棒,并且有更高的准确率.  相似文献
