Spectroscopy of the dielectric parameters of ZnO-based varistors

The spectroscopy of the dielectric parameters of ZnO-based varistors is studied. An analysis of the data on the temperature and frequency dependence of the electric conductivity shows that variable-range hopping conductivity between the localized states near the Fermi level can be implemented in the varistors.     

Temperature variation of elastic elements in clutches on damping

The influence of the damping properties of elastic clutches on their temperature is considered. The analysis takes account of the physicomechanical properties and dimensions of the elastomer and the dynamic properties of the drive.     

A Setup for Laser-Ionization Measurements of Atomic Beam Parameters

A setup for laser-ionization measurements of the intensity, evaporation rate, saturated-vapor pressure, and spatial distribution of atomic beams is described. The results of measurements for indium are presented.     

Evaporation of bubble aerosol droplets from solid substrates
