This research gives an insight into the possibility of exploiting the one of the food industry's by‐products – pressed hemp cake. The complete recovery of oil from pressed hemp cake was achieved. Residual oil that remained in cake after pressing was extracted with supercritical CO2 by applying different process parameters. Optimal extraction conditions were determined using response surface methodology. Total pigment contents of the oils obtained were determined. Extraction pressure had the most significant influence on yield and pigment content of extracted hemp cake oil. Depending on the pressure, the chlorophyll a content ranged from 101.11 to 378.28 mg kg?1 and chlorophyll b from 65.14 to 189.78 mg kg?1, while total carotene content was in the range from 33.58 to 132.67 mg kg?1. The remaining oil in pressed hemp cake after supercritical CO2 extraction was determined to be 0.56 ± 0.08% and the defatted cake was rich in proteins and fibre.  相似文献

This research shows the effect of simultaneous contrast on a design solution that generates it, and it also shows how its manifestation affects the shift of perception attributes of the observer's color. In the conducted research, 55 subjects had to harmonize the primary stimuli from the reproduction obtained with the help of digital printing technology, with the primary stimuli presented on two computer screens. As a visual harmonization technique, simultaneous binocular harmonization was used. The primary stimuli were made achromatic, with a 50% Raster Tone value (RTV), and are surrounded by achromatic secondary stimuli whose values increase in steps from 10% RTV up to 100% RTV. A shift in the perceptual attributes of color has been shown with the help of the CIEDE2000 system. Using ANOVA with repeated-measures and Fisher's post hoc analysis, statistically significant differences were found between the perceived means of shift in the ΔC00 chroma and ΔL00 lightness on defined samples on both computer screens, while in the case of the ΔH00 hue, no statistically significant differences were observed. The research also determined colorimetric differences in the ΔE00 color difference. Moreover, the student's t test was used to determine that the effect is stronger when manifested on the Lenovo computer than on the Asus computer screen (P < .05).  相似文献

Photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) and optothermal window (OW) with a cw Ar ion laser used as a radiation source at 476.5, 488 and 496 nm were applied to quantify total carotenes (TC) in margarines. Both techniques, being rapid and extremely simple, allow for direct measurement without any pretreatment of the sample. The PAS has proven precise and sensitive enough to allow quantitation of TC in margarines containing 1–9 mg TC/kg, in applications such as the quality control of intermediate and final products. The sensitivity of OW is lower than that of PAS but the approach can still be used for quantitation of TC in margarine matrices at much higher concentrations.  相似文献

Achromatopsia (ACHM) is an inherited autosomal recessive disease lacking cone photoreceptors functions. In this study, we characterize the time-frequency representation of the full-field electroretinogram (ffERG) component oscillatory potentials (OPs), to investigate the connections between photoreceptors and the inner retinal network using ACHM as a model. Time-frequency characterization of OPs was extracted from 52 controls and 41 achromat individuals. The stimulation via ffERG was delivered under dark-adaptation (DA, 3.0 and 10.0 cd·s·m−2) to assess mixed rod-cone responses. The ffERG signal was subsequently analyzed using a continuous complex Morlet transform. Time-frequency maps of both DA conditions show the characterization of OPs, disclosing in both groups two distinct time-frequency windows (~70–100 Hz and >100 Hz) within 50 ms. Our main result indicates a significant cluster (p < 0.05) in both conditions of reduced relative power (dB) in ACHM people compared to controls, mainly at the time-frequency window >100 Hz. These results suggest that the strongly reduced but not absent activity of OPs above 100 Hz is mostly driven by cones and only in small part by rods. Thus, the lack of cone modulation of OPs gives important insights into interactions between photoreceptors and the inner retinal network and can be used as a biomarker for monitoring cone connection to the inner retina.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to use waste from the wine production process with special accent on grape seeds and new green technology. Supercritical CO2 was considered as a green solvent in extraction of grape seed oil. The effects of different extraction process parameters on oil yield and antioxidant activity were investigated. Extraction optimisation was conducted using response surface methodology (RSM). Extraction pressure has proven to be the most significant factor influencing oil yield and antioxidant activity (< 0.0001). The optimal conditions for obtaining the highest oil yield and antioxidant activity within the experimental range of the variables studied were at extraction pressure of 400 bar and temperature of 41 °C. Under these optimal conditions, the predicted extraction oil yield was 14.49% and DPPH 37.07%. Applying this green extraction method, the oil from grape seeds was totally extracted. The produced oil was of satisfactory quality, and the content of α‐tocopherol in obtained grape seed oil at optimal extraction conditions was 36.05 mg kg?1.  相似文献

The breaking force during transversal loading of fibre-cement corrugated roofing sheets was measured on several test samples from a serial production. The results were statistically analyzed assuming the 2-parameter Weibull statistics. In addition, Monte Carlo statistical simulations were made by using a computerised built-in random-number generator. While smaller sample data groups, mostly containing up to 50 samples, were studied in the literature, we extended their size up to 400 samples. We showed that some trends in the evaluation of statistical parameters which hold for smaller data groups, apply well to larger data groups. In particular, we confirmed that the statistical distribution of the Weibull parameters obtained from repeated Monte Carlo simulations is log-normal. Furthermore, we considered the influence of the measurement uncertainty on the statistical parameters.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of the influence of simultaneous contrast effect on the shift in viewer perception of lightness, depending on the display on which the effect is being evaluated in relation to reproduction. By using simultaneous binocular harmonization technique 55 participants had a task of harmonizing the test primary stimuli presented on two different displays with the referential primary stimuli (that were designed as desaturated samples of 50% RTV, and which are surrounded by desaturated secondary stimuli whose values increase from 10% RTV up to 100% RTV) from the reproduction that was made in digital electrophotography technology. By using one-way repeated measures ANOVA with fisher post-hoc, the strength of the simultaneous contrast effect was presented. Results could be used as a model for predicting the intensity of the simultaneous contrast effect on the design solution used in this paper on relation analogue/digital media.  相似文献

Concept map is a graphical tool for representing knowledge. They have been used in many different areas, including education, knowledge management, business and intelligence. Constructing of concept maps manually can be a complex task; an unskilled person may encounter difficulties in determining and positioning concepts relevant to the problem area. An application that recommends concept candidates and their position in a concept map can significantly help the user in that situation. This paper gives an overview of different approaches to automatic and semi-automatic creation of concept maps from textual and non-textual sources. The concept map mining process is defined, and one method suitable for the creation of concept maps from unstructured textual sources in highly inflected languages such as the Croatian language is described in detail. Proposed method uses statistical and data mining techniques enriched with linguistic tools. With minor adjustments, that method can also be used for concept map mining from textual sources in other morphologically rich languages.  相似文献
