A family of parallel algorithms solving the prefix problem on the combinational circuit model is presented. These prefix circuits are waist-size optimal with waist 1 (WSO-1). They are not only building blocks for constructing fast depth-size optimal prefix circuits, but also themselves fast problem-size-independent prefix circuits. When the problem size is greater than the circuit width, the presented prefix circuits may very much faster than any other prefix circuits of the same width, especially when the problem size is greater than or equal to twice the circuit width. The new prefix circuits are compared analytically with other representative prefix circuits to show how fast they are. They have the minimum depth and are the fastest among all WSO-1 prefix circuits of the same width and fan-out. Thus, they are better building blocks than other WSO-1 circuits for constructing fast depth-size optimal prefix circuits with the same fan-out.  相似文献

A ternary blend system of polystyrene (aPS), poly(α-methyl styrene) (PαMS), and poly(4-methyl styrene) (P4MS) (blends of three styrenic homopolymers of similar molecular structures) was investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized-light optical microscopy (POM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and solid-state 13C cross-polarization/magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (CP/MAS NMR). This ternary system of aPS/PαMS/P4MS exhibits a small miscibility loop only at relatively high percentages of PαMS (≥80%), while most of the aPS/PαMS/P4MS compositions exhibit two coexisting aPS/PαMS and aPS/P4MS phases in the immiscibility loop. In the immiscible loop, SEM measurements revealed evidence in contrasting with DSC for criteria of miscibility. DSC characterization revealed a single Tg for most ternary blend compositions; however, SEM graphs apparently indicated sub-micron phase domains, except for several PαMS-rich compositions (>80%). The and techniques using NMR were found to resolve the dilemma between the conventional thermal analysis and microscopy results, and indeed supported that the ternary blends at above 80% PαMS are completely homogeneous on the molecular level. Attempts have been made to resolve the seemingly contradictory interpretations on the complex ternary phase structures and domains from the DSC, and microscopy results.  相似文献

目的通过有效的质量控制方法,监控实验室快速钙含量项目的检测情况,衡量检测结果的准确性。方法选择适当的样品作为质控样品,应用乳钙测定试剂盒法对质控样品进行多次测定,将测定数据绘制成质量控制图,进行分析总结。同时与国标方法进行结果差异对比。结果通过对3种质量控制方法的应用,研究发现快速钙含量检测结果不存在系统误差,与国标方法对比无显著差异。结论本研究中快速钙含量项目使用的质量控制方法,可以有效实现对检测数据的动态监控。  相似文献

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), the human stomach pathogen, lives on the inner surface of the stomach and causes chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, and gastric cancer. Plasma membrane repair response is a matter of life and death for human cells against physical and biological damage. We here test the hypothesis that H. pylori also causes plasma membrane disruption injury, and that not only a membrane repair response but also a cell proliferation response are thereby activated. Vacuolating cytotoxin A (VacA) and cytotoxin-associated gene A (CagA) have been considered to be major H. pylori virulence factors. Gastric cancer cells were infected with H. pylori wild type (vacA+/cagA+), single mutant (ΔvacA or ΔcagA) or double mutant (ΔvacA/ΔcagA) strains and plasma membrane disruption events and consequent activation of membrane repair components monitored. H. pylori disrupts the host cell plasma membrane, allowing localized dye and extracellular Ca(2+) influx. Ca(2+)-triggered members of the annexin family, A1 and A4, translocate, in response to injury, to the plasma membrane, and cell surface expression of an exocytotic maker of repair, LAMP-2, increases. Additional forms of plasma membrane disruption, unrelated to H. pylori exposure, also promote host cell proliferation. We propose that H. pylori activation of a plasma membrane repair is pro-proliferative. This study might therefore provide new insight into potential mechanisms of H. pylori-induced gastric carcinogenesis.  相似文献

This work reports the color-tunable mixed photoluminescence (PL) emission from an Alq3 organic layer in an Au-Alq3-Au plasmonic structure through the combination of organic fluorescence emission and another form of emission that is enabled by the surface plasmons in the plasmonic structure. The emission wavelength of the latter depends on the Alq3 thickness and can be tuned within the Alq3 fluorescent spectra. Therefore, a two-color broadband, color-tunable mixed PL structure was obtained. Obvious changes in the Commission Internationale d’Eclairage (CIE) coordinates and the corresponding emission colors of Au-Alq3-Au samples clearly varied with the Alq3 thickness (90, 130, and 156 nm).  相似文献

Helicobacter pylori was reported to be an important risk factor for the carcinogenesis of gastric cancer. Here, we used a proteomic approach to find differentially expressed proteins between the normal and tumor tissue of gastric cancer patients infected with H. pylori. In our results, we found annexin A4 was over-expressed in patients infected with H. pylori and was found in tumor cells, and over-expressed in gastric cancer SCM-1 cells after H. pylori infection. Ca(2+ ) can be induced by H. pylori and interact with annexin A4 Ca(2+) binding site to block the calmodulin-activated chloride conductance activation; therefore, it produces a new environment that benefits the malignant existence of H. pylori and raises the risk for gastric cancer. We also found interleuken-8 (IL-8) expression levels were increased in H. pylori infected SCM-1 cells. Combined with previous reports and our results, we summarize that the over-expression of annexin A4 in SCM-1 cells with H. pylori infection may subsequently induce IL-8 which can further cause tumor angiogenesis. In this paper, we show that annexin A4 is a potential novel molecular marker for gastric cancer with H. pylori infection, and our results may provide a new insight in the development of new anti-cancer drugs.  相似文献

In the seismic design of structural systems, an elastic design spectrum is reduced to an inelastic one by the strength reduction factor, which depends on the ductility capacity. All 1062 artificial ground accelerograms compatible with the design spectra provided in the Taiwan seismic design code are generated in order to acquire an empirical formula for predicting the strength reduction factor based on the ductility capacity and the natural vibration period. For a given ductility capacity, the variation of the mean strength reduction factor on the natural vibration period is minimal despite the differences in epicentral distances, site conditions, and return periods. Such a variation tends to be trilinear, where the two points of transition locate exactly at both ends of the platform in the target response spectra. On the basis of the mean strength reduction factors, an empirical formula is proposed. This empirical formula generally overestimates the strength reduction factors in the long-period region for a large ductility capacity, but offers conservative estimates elsewhere.  相似文献

为研究培养条件对混合霉菌产酯化酶及强化发酵对白酒挥发性代谢物的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,以培养时间、温度、接种量、接种比例为因变量,酯化酶活力为响应值,采用响应面法探究混合培养最佳工艺,并以混合霉菌强化发酵白酒,分析传统发酵与强化发酵白酒挥发性代谢物之间的差异。结果表明,在培养时间4 d,培养温度32℃,接种量3%,接种比例红曲霉:米曲霉:根霉为2:2:1条件下对混合功能霉菌产酶能力得到显著提升,酶活可达263.17 U/g,提高了104.6 U/g;混合霉菌强化发酵的白酒,在酒精度与挥发性物质方面均优于自然发酵白酒,且以15%替代大曲强化发酵白酒效果最佳。强化发酵后,异戊醇、苯乙醇、乙酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、正己酸、棕榈酸乙酯含量均高于自然发酵白酒,风味物质更丰富,白酒的质量和品质得到了提高。  相似文献

讨论的是基于摄影原理的三维物体表面纹理的重建技术.该技术从国内外研究现状和主要不足出发,对三维物体表面纹理的采集和映射方法进行研究和改进,提出了较为合理的算法.纹理采集过程中分析了回转工作台的结构、纹理采集的原则并建立相关的坐标系;根据拍照和投影变换的原理建立三个坐标系对应点间的关系、推导出坐标变换关系式和转换矩阵;对模型表面微小面片法向量进行均匀化处理;通过计算面片的法向量与纹理采集方向向量的位置关系确定其最佳纹理,最后通过多角度映射达到三维物体表面纹理重建的目的.  相似文献
