A model of a self-heterodyne-type electrical feedback semiconductor laser is presented. The effects of electrical feedback on the AM noise of a semiconductor laser are discussed on the basis of the model. It is shown that the FM noise can be greatly reduced by electrical feedback. However, this reduction is always accompanied by AM noise enhancement. The AM noise can also be reduced by this scheme under some conditions with the enhancement of the FM noise. This means that AM noise reduction and FM noise reduction can be interchanged by using this method. The influence of feedback parameters on the noise is discussed  相似文献

A novel controlled drug delivery system was fabricated by coating chitosan/PAA multilayer onto magnetic hollow spheres via a "Layer-by-Layer" (LBL) assembly approach. Cefradine was used as a model drug to evaluate the drug release characteristics of this core-shell hollow structure and the results show that it exhibits a sustained release of the drug and the release rate can be regulated by the pH environment of release medium. It is believed that this core-shell hollow structure, which combines the advantage of controlled delivery as well as magnetic targeting, has commendable potential in drug delivery therapeutics.  相似文献

软开关逆变电源是各类焊接电源的主要研究方向,详细介绍了所研制的全桥式零电压开通逆变电阻焊机。该主电路以工业用控制计算机为控制核心,选用IGBT为功率开关元件,以改进后的EXB841驱动电路进行驱动。研究结果表明,该系统工作稳定可靠,具有良好的过流保护功能,通过优化电路参数和适当地设置软件参数,可以在不需增加任何附加电感的情况下,实现了IGBT功率开关元件的零电压通断。  相似文献

This paper proposed a hybrid feature extraction algorithm based on local mean decomposition (LMD), which has better solved the existing problems of low classification performance and adaptability limitation. LMD is employed to decompose the electroencephalogram (EEG) signal into multiple components, and then, the hybrid features based on instantaneous energy, fuzzy entropy, and mathematical morphological features are extracted on specific components, and the optimal feature combination is selected by analysis of variance (ANOVA). Finally, the classification result is output by the linear discriminant analysis (LDA) classifier. The results show that the maximum accuracy of the subjects in Data Set III of BCI-II by the method in this paper is 92.14%, and the maximum mutual information value is 0.8. The number of novel features used in this paper is small, and the complexity of the algorithm is reduced. It can adaptively select effective features according to individual differences and has good robustness.  相似文献

通过模拟实验研究了细水雾与火灾烟气的相互作用,揭示了细水雾作用下烟气温度及组分浓度的变化规律。同时利用FDS程序计算了细水雾作用下烟气温度和组分浓度随时间的变化规律,利用实验数据对计算结果进行了准确性验证。结果表明只要计算网格匹配合理,FDS可以较为准确地预测细水雾作用下烟气温度和组分浓度的变化规律。在实际的细水雾灭火系统工程应用中,可以利用FDS场模拟方法预测灭火过程中火场温度及组分浓度等特性参数的变化规律,这对灭火系统的优化设计具有一定指导意义。  相似文献

A new analytical model is developed for quantum-confinement effects of short channel surroundinggate MOSFETs.The eigenenergies and wavefunctions are obtained by solving Schrdinger’s equation with an accurate potential energy distribution.The potential energy distribution is derived from the solution of Poisson’s equation,which contains both depletion charge and free charge.The eigenenergies obtained from our model are compared with other two quantum-confinement models,which use flat-well approximation and parabola-well approximation as the potential energy distributions,respectively.And we point out the relationship between the eigenenergies and the potential energy distribution for the first time.Based on this model,the electron density with quantum confinement effects are derived,and threshold voltage is defined based on average electron density.After considering quantum confinement effects,the electron density becomes smaller while the threshold voltage becomes larger.The results show that this model is applicable from the subthreshold region to the stronginversion region in different channel doping conditions.  相似文献
