The photocatalytic production of H2 using carbon-doped TiO2 (CTiO2) nanoparticles has been investigated in single or mixed systems of organic fatty acids (OFAs) under visible light irradiation, including acetic acid, propionate acid, butyric acid and lactic acid. When OFAs were applied at the same electron density (10 e-eq L?1), the H2 evolution rates followed the order of propionic acid > butyric acid ≈ acetic acid > lactic acid, whereas at the same molar concentration (0.5 mol L?1), that order changed to lactic acid > acetic acid > butyric acid ≈ propionic acid. This result implied that the electron transfer efficiency differed from four OFAs, probably due to their different affinity with CTiO2. O2?? and CH3? partially contributed to OFAs degradation and H2 production. The quantum dynamics simulations of electron transfer revealed that the dominant mechanism of H2 production was direct electron transfer from adsorbed OFAs to CTiO2. This work aims to pursue the synergy of solar energy utilization and conversion of OFAs into H2.  相似文献

A novel conical nozzle fabrication method for piezoelectric inkjet printhead is proposed based on the microelectromechanical system technology. By optimizing the exposure gap, exposure dose, postexposure bake (PEB), and development time, the SU-8 conical nozzle was fabricated. After thermal bonding with an open chamber, the piezoelectric inkjet printhead chamber was formed. The results show that the optimum SU-8 conical nozzle can be fabricated by applying exposure dose of 105?mJ/cm2, exposure gap of 50?µm, PEB temperature of 65°C, PEB time of 10?min, and development time of 210?s. The final size of optimum conical nozzle is the large aperture of 30.46?±?1.17?µm, small aperture of 20.34?±?1.42?µm, and nozzle height of 45.38?±?1.02?µm.  相似文献

Nano-sized plate-like alumina is an important inorganic material in catalytic, ceramic and electronic applications due to its unique two-dimensional structure and properties, while its facile synthesis is still under investigation. In this work, nano-sized alumina plate was synthesized by solution combustion method with glycine and polyvinyl alcohol as composite fuels for the first time. The calcination temperature during solution combustion process was optimized as confirmed by XRD, FT-IR, TG-DSC, Raman, 27Al MAS NMR, SEM, TEM, and N2 physisorbtion. Obtained alumina displayed special nano-sized plate morphology and porous structure. It was further adopted as support for cobalt acetate and used as catalyst for selective oxidation of cyclohexane. This work develops a facile approach to synthesize two-dimensional plate-like alumina for catalytic application.  相似文献
