A material model for the analysis of reinforced concrete surface structures is developed. The constitutive model employs the smeared crack concept, i.e. only average stresses are considered at an integration point. While uncracked concrete is modelled with a plasticity approach, the paper focuses on the numerical treatment of cracked reinforced concrete in a state of plane stress. Special attention is given to the modelling of the tension stiffening effect, the re-orientation of the principal tensile strain direction and the compressive strength of cracked concrete. The material model has been implemented in the finite element program SEGNID and tested extensively. We consider the problem of computing a minimum cycle basis in a directed graph G with m arcs and n vertices. The arcs of G have non-negative weights assigned to them. In this problem a {-1,0,1} incidence vector is associated with each cycle and the vector space over generated by these vectors is the cycle space of G. A set of cycles is called a cycle basis of G if it forms a basis for its cycle space. A cycle basis where the sum of weights of the cycles is minimum is called a minimum cycle basis of G. This paper presents an algorithm, which is the first polynomial-time algorithm for computing a minimum cycle basis in G. We then improve it to an algorithm. The problem of computing a minimum cycle basis in an undirected graph has been well studied. In this problem a {0,1} incidence vector is associated with each cycle and the vector space over generated by these vectors is the cycle space of the graph. There are directed graphs in which the minimum cycle basis has lower weight than any cycle basis of the underlying undirected graph. Hence algorithms for computing a minimum cycle basis in an undirected graph cannot be used as black boxes to solve the problem in directed graphs.  相似文献

In several experiments young calves were infected with isospora hominis sporocysts excreted by human males who had ingested raw beef containing Sarcocystis fusiformis cysts. On the 29th, 48th, 62nd and 98 day p.i. the calves were killed and the development of S. fusiformis cysts in muscle cells was studied by light and electron microscopy. Beginning with the 48th day p.i. numerous cysts containing small numbers of metrocytes only were observed. The cysts developed from a parasitophorous vacuole within the host cells. At first this parasitophorous vacuole was limited by a single unit membrane, which soon became thickened at numberous places inside of the vacuole by osmiophilic material. This complex is called primary wall (equal to Prim?rhülle), reaching a thickness of up to 32 nm in old cysts. This primary wall became regularly folded. forming palisade-like protrusions. On the 62nd day after inoculation these protrusions measured about 2-3 mum in length and 0.5-0.7 mum in diameter. In light microscopy the combined protrusions had the appearance of a radially striated "thick wall", because of their close proximity to each other.  相似文献

We present a randomized and a deterministic data structure for maintaining a dynamic family of sequences under equality tests of pairs of sequences and creations of new sequences by joining or splitting existing sequences. Both data structures support equality tests inO(1) time. The randomized version supports new sequence creations inO(log2 n) expected time wheren is the length of the sequence created. The deterministic solution supports sequence creations inO(logn(logmlog* m+logn)) time for themth operation. Investigations on the Tautomerism of o,o'-Dihydroxy Azo Dyes of the Eriochrome Type Investigation of the u.v.-vis-, 1H- and 13C-n.m.r. spectra of the title substances and the isomers 3 and 3p at different pH-values and in different solvent mixtures as well as of O,O'-dimethyl derivatives of 2 and 3 show that in aqueous solution as well the monoanions as the trianions exist in the azo forms only. The dianions exist in dependence on the solvents as mixtures of tautomers. The results of PPP calculations for different prototropic structures are in good accordance with the experimental results.  相似文献

Quantum Chemical Investigations of the Molecular and Electronic Structure of Simple Azomethine Imines and Related Compounds The molecular and electronic structure of simple azomethinimines are investigated by means of MINDO/3 and CNDO/2 calculations. The calculated molecular geometry is compared with X-ray results obtained for these compounds. Except for the NN-bond lengths MINDO/3 satisfactorily describes the molecular structure of azomethinimine and related π-electronic systems. The charges at the atoms along the conjugated chain are alternating as in polymethines. The terminal carbon atom carries a negative charge. This charge brings about an appreciable shielding of this carbon atom such as found in the 13C-n.m.r. spectrum. This result does not contradict a stabilization of azomethinimines in the crystal via = CH…︁OC interactions.  相似文献

Methodical aspects relating to determination of serum-bactericidal capacities were studied, with the view to using them to test the bearing of abiotic environmental factors on defence mechanisms against infections. Communicated are methodical experience by which to enhance the methods used to higher accuracy as well as experience regarding biological variance in calf and results obtained from follow-up checks in which antigens were systematically used. Reference is made also to other methodical issues. The method actually used to determine serum-bactericidal capacity was found to be suitable for an assessment of reactivity of infection defence in calf for its good accuracy. Follow-up checks, using antigens, will enable better assessment of the action of abiotic environmental factors on the complex defence system of calf.  相似文献
