部署综合能源系统的微网能够实现风电与多种能源的能量互济,进而提升能源的综合利用率.然而风电自身的不确定性为综合能源系统的日前经济调度方案带来了诸多挑战.为应对风电的不确定性,首先构建了热-电-气综合能源系统两阶段日前经济调度模型,其次利用数据驱动分布式鲁棒方法刻画了风电的不确定性,然后引入对偶理论、大M法进一步将非线性的第二阶段经济调度模型转换为易于求解的线性优化模型,最终采用列约束生成算法进行迭代求解.算例证明,相比于传统模型,所提模型能够实现16.9%的经济性提升;相比于鲁棒优化方法,所提方法能够实现经济性提升4%. 相似文献

The traditional methods for digital modulation signals recognition with Alpha stable distribution noise have the problem of poor performance. In this paper, a novel recognition method for digital modulation signals based on the generalized cumulant and generalized instantaneous phase is proposed to solve this problem. This method extracts the characteristic parameters which are the generalized cumulant and maximum of normalization and center generalized instantaneous phase spectral density based on fractional Fourier transform. And then the minimum mean square error classifier and the threshold are used to achieve modulation recognition of digital modulation signals with Alpha stable distribution noise. Simulation results show that the proposed method has not only better performance but also lower computation complexity than the traditional recognition methods in an Alpha stable distribution noise environment. 相似文献

This research optimized the extraction and purification of globulin from wheat germ and assessed the molecular weight distribution and structure properties of the globulin obtained. The results showed that the relative extraction efficiency and purity of wheat germ globulin (WGG) reached 18.0% and 89.1% under the enzymolysis conditions of 0.32‰ α-amylase, pH 6.5, and 55 °C. The maximal precipitation rate of WGG (91.3%) was obtained with pH 4.3 (acid precipitation). Additionally, the molecular weight of WGG was mainly distributed below 70 kDa. FT-IR confirmed that random coils (30.95%), β-sheet (27.02%), α-helix (26.55%), and β-turn (15.48%) were the secondary structures of WGG. Furthermore, LTQ mass spectrometry showed that WGG was rich in variety and high in complexity, which retrieved 1274 proteins belonging to 392 proteomes by inverse peptide analysis. 本文研究了在氢氧化钙介质中从β-锂辉石提取锂的硫酸钠压煮过程。在温度220—260℃,浸出时间120—240min,硫酸钠配比2.0—5.0及氢氧化钙浓度1.0—3.0g/L的范围内,用饱和近似D-最优设计方法建立了四元二次回归模型,应用计算机进行参数估计、回归值及其方差的计算。该数模经实验验证其可靠性较好。研究结果表明,温度是最主要的影响因素,高的硫酸钠配比是锂有效溶出的必要条件。在适当的条件下锂的浸出率可达96%以上,为从锂辉石中提锂提供了一种新的有效方法。 相似文献

Mebendazole (MBZ) is a synthetic benzimidazole known for its antiparasitic properties. In recent years, growing evidence showed that MBZ was also used as an anti-tumor agent. However, whether (and to what extent) this drug treatment affected the male reproductive system was not well-understood. In this study, male C57BL/6 mice were injected with 40 mg/kg/day of MBZ. The treatment was for 3 and 7 days. Our results showed that the injected mice exhibited an abnormal spermatogenic phase with a significant decrease in sperm. We further detected microtubule disruption and transient functional destruction of the blood–testes barrier (BTB) in the MBZ-injected mice testes (BTB). Our data confirmed that MBZ suppressed the expression of the BTB junction-associated proteins and disrupted the Sertoli cells’ function in vivo. Moreover, MBZ-treated mice demonstrated an aberrant caspase-3 signalling pathway, which resulted in the apoptosis of the germ cells. Here, we present our data, indicating that MBZ impairs BTB by reducing the expression of the microtubules’ and BTB junction-associated proteins. The last leads to activating the caspase-3 pathway, which triggers extensive germ cell apoptosis. 相似文献
