集美污水处理厂原采用的污泥带式压滤脱水产出的泥饼含水率为80%,不满足进入填埋场标准.为解决污泥出路问题,集美污水处理厂于2009年采用污泥深度脱水技术,在浓缩污泥中添加三氯化铁和生石灰进行调理,再经过高压隔膜厢式压滤机脱水,可生产出含水率在60%以下性状稳定的泥饼,符合混合填埋的要求.介绍了工程实际运行情况,并对污泥深度脱水与传统带式脱水进行经济分析. 相似文献

改进的激光陀螺热致零偏补偿算法研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
针对现有的激光陀螺热致零偏补偿方法在精度方面存在不足的问题,设计了一种在神经网络基础上改进的热致零偏补偿算法,利用神经网络求取更加准确的热拟合系数,从而有效抑制热致零偏对激光陀螺的影响;文中建立了两种激光陀螺的温度补偿模型:常规零偏温度补偿简化模型和一种改进的神经网络模型,并根据建立的两种模型进行了仿真研究;通过与常规的零偏补偿方法的仿真结果比较可知,改进的热致零偏算法在精度上有了显著的提高,具有良好的工程使用价值。 相似文献

目的:设计一款专门用于剖杀细长且表面光滑的鱼类剖切机构。方法:以表体黏滑的鳝鱼为研究对象,开展夹持与剖切作业机理分析。以剖切质量和剖切时间为试验指标,探究夹轮转速、剖刀转速、夹轮表面几何形状等主要参数对剖切质量和剖切时间的影响规律。结果:影响剖切质量的主要因素为刀片转速和夹持轮限位高度,影响剖切时间的最主要因素为夹轮转速。当夹轮限位高度为5 mm、刀片转速为1 350 r/min、夹轮转速为167 r/min时,可获得较高的剖切质量评分与剖切时间。结论:使用夹持轮可以有效输送鳝鱼,通过调配夹持轮转速、刀片转速和限位高度可以实现高效高速剖腹。 相似文献

The vehicle routing problem with simultaneous pickups and deliveries and time windows (VRP-SPDTW) is the problem of optimally integrating forward (good distribution) and reverse logistics (returning materials) for cost saving and environmental protection. We constructed a general mixed integer programming model of VRP-SPDTW. The model contained some classical vehicle routing problems as special cases. We proposed an improved differential evolution algorithm (IDE) for solving this problem. In the algorithm, we firstly adopted the novel decimal coding to construct an initial population, then used some improved differential evolution operators unlike the existing algorithm, and in mutation operation, we used an integer order criterion based on natural number coding method. We introduced a penalty technical to publish the infeasible solution. In addition, in the crossover operation, we designed a self-adapting crossover probability that varied with iteration. We did some numerical experiments, and the results showed that the proposed method is effective for solving VRP-SPDTW. 相似文献

Deproteinization procedure is a fundamental step for analyzing polysaccharide from natural plants. In this study, in the course
of refining bioactive polysaccharides from lingzhi (Ganoderma atrum), an effective deproteinization method using lead acetate solution was established by comparing with other available methods.
The percentages of deproteinization, polysaccharide loss, and its antioxidant activities loss were used as the index to evaluate
and optimize the precipitation experimental conditions. The results showed that the modified method, precipitation with the
addition of 0.4–0.52%(w/v) lead acetate, was superior to the others, as evidenced by the highest deproteinization efficiency
(88%), as well as the lowest polysaccharide loss (17%). And notably its antioxidant activity also remained good (loss 15%).
It provides a simple prefractionation step for the analysis of polysaccharide from natural plants. Polysaccharide isolated
by this method is in the native state. Our method may offer a rapid method for removing protein from plant polysaccharides

The spoilage potential of Shewanella putrefaciens and S. baltica isolated from spoiled refrigerated Litopenaeus vannamei was evaluated by in vitro assays for trimethylamine oxide reduction, extracellular hydrolytic enzymes and biofilm formation, and in vivo inoculation into surface‐sterilised shrimp followed by microbial, biochemical and sensory analyses during storage for 5 days at 4 °C. S. baltica displayed higher spoilage potential than S. putrefaciens both in vitro and in vivo. Shrimp co‐inoculated with them had one‐day shorter shelf life than those mono‐inoculated, based on the results of bacterial density, volatile base nitrogen, trimethylamine, volatile organic compounds and sensory analysis, which strongly suggests cooperation of Shewanella species in shrimp spoilage. Exogenous cyclo‐(L‐Pro‐L‐Leu) boosted bacterial growth, extracellular protease and collagenase activities, and biofilm formation of S. putrefaciens and S. baltica at least before they entered the stationary phase, indicating that cyclo‐(L‐Pro‐L‐Leu)‐dependent quorum sensing, a recently suggested communication mechanism between them, contributes to the cooperation. 相似文献

This paper deals with the electrodeposition of Ni-Cu-Mo ternary alloy coatings on low-carbon steel substrate from an aqueous citrate sulfate bath. The structures and microstructure of coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffractometry. The corrosion resistance of coatings was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization (Tafel) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. The results show that the Ni-Cu-Mo coatings are mainly composed of fcc-Ni phase and a small amount of NiCu phase. Ni-Cu-Mo coatings exhibit a nodular surface morphology, and the roughness of electroplated coating increases with the increasing of Na2MoO4·2H2O in the bath. The corrosion performance of the coatings is significantly affected by the Mo content of the alloy coating and their surface morphology. The coating prepared in bath containing 40 g/L Na2MoO4·2H2O has the highest corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution, while that prepared in bath containing 60 g/L (or more) Na2MoO4·2H2O shows a lower corrosion resistance due to the presence of microcracks on the coating surface. 相似文献
