This study considers the problem of non‐fragile reliable control synthesis for mathematical model of interaction between the sugarcane borer (Diatraea saccharalis) and its egg parasitoid Trichogramma galloi. In particular, the control could be substituted by periodic releases of a small population of natural enemies and hence it is important to propose the time‐varying controller in sugarcane borer. The main aim of this study is to design a state feedback non‐fragile (time‐varying) reliable controller such that the states of the sugarcane borer system reach the equilibrium point within the desired period. A novel approach is proposed to deal with the uncertain matrices which appear in non‐fragile reliable control. Finally, simulations based on sugarcane borer systems are conducted to illustrate the advantages and effectiveness of the proposed design technique. The result reveals that the proposed non‐fragile control provides good performance in spite of periodic releases of a small population of natural enemies occurs.Inspec keywords: microorganisms, plant diseases, biology computing, state feedback, biocontrol, control system synthesisOther keywords: nonfragile reliable control synthesis, sugarcane borer, mathematical model, Diatraea saccharalis, egg parasitoid, Trichogramma galloi, periodic releases, natural enemies, state feedback nonfragile time‐varying reliable controller, equilibrium point, design technique  相似文献

Adhesive‐coated glass fibers (3 and 6 mm in length) were added at loadings of 10, 20, and 30 phr in natural rubber (NR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and ethylene–propylene–diene comonomer (EPDM) formulations in both plain and carbon black mixes. The compounds were mixed in a two‐roll mill and were characterized for their cure properties, tensile, tear, and Mullin's effect. In NR mixes, all of the formulations showed reversion in cure behavior, suggesting that NR remained unaffected. In NBR and EPDM mixes, almost all of the mechanical properties of the fiber improved. The result was more significant in EPDM than in NBR. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 91: 1111–1123, 2004  相似文献

With the assistance of reliable control technique, the nonfragile tracking problem has been proposed in this paper for a class of switched systems with external disturbances under the aegis of modified repetitive controller. Notably, the designed repetitive controller is used to improve the tracking performance of the addressed switched systems. Preciously, the influence of external disturbances are estimated through the improved equivalent-input-disturbance strategy, wherein the effect caused by the external disturbances to the output channel are reduced by the aid of modified repetitive control strategy. The fundamental intention of this control synthesis is that the output of the system precisely tracks the reference signal even in the presence of external disturbances and gain fluctuations. For that cause, Lyapunov stability technique in conjunction with average dwell time approach is implemented to obtain adequate conditions in the shape of linear matrix inequalities which insists the exponential stability for the addressed system. Ultimately, the efficiency and supremacy of the proposed control schemes are justified via two numerical examples, wherein it is exposed to view that the developed control strategy is capable of good tracking performance and also estimates the external disturbances efficiently.  相似文献

This study aims at designing an observer‐based resilient controller to regulate the amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood of patients during the extra‐corporeal blood circulation process. More precisely, in this study, a suitable observer‐based resilient controller is constructed to regulate the levels of patient blood gases in a finite interval of time. The finite‐time boundedness with the prescribed H performance index of the considered blood gases control system against modelling uncertainty and external disturbances is ensured by using Lyapunov stability analysis. Moreover, a set of sufficient conditions for obtaining the controller gain is developed in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed robust finite‐time control scheme is verified through simulation results. The result reveals that the blood gases are maintained in their physiological ranges during a stable extra‐corporeal circulation process via the proposed observer‐based resilient controller.Inspec keywords: blood, haemodynamics, oxygen, carbon compounds, controllers, medical control systems, biomedical equipment, Lyapunov methods, linear matrix inequalitiesOther keywords: observer‐based resilient finite‐time control, observer‐based resilient controller, oxygen amount, carbon dioxide amount, extracorporeal blood circulation process, patient blood gas levels, finite time interval, finite‐time boundedness, H performance index, blood gases control system, Lyapunov stability analysis, controller gain, linear matrix inequalities, physiological ranges, LMIs, CO2 , O2   相似文献

Treated glass fibers (RICS, 3 and 6 mm in length) were added at a concentrations of 10, 20, and 30 phr in natural rubber (NR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and ethylene–propylene–diene comonomer (EPDM) formulations, in both plain and carbon black mixes. The compounds were mixed in two‐roll mill and were evaluated for their resistance to hot‐air aging, abrasion, compression set, Goodrich heat buildup, De Mattia fatigue, and for NR mixes, adhesion in the tensile mode. The vulcanizates of the three rubbers showed resistance to hot‐air aging. Abrasion resistance was poor for NR, and it improved with carbon black addition in the presence of treated glass fiber in NBR. In carbon‐black‐added EPDM vulcanizates, the abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance were better. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 91: 1124–1135, 2004  相似文献

This paper addresses the issue of fault estimation and accommodation for a discrete‐time switched system with actuator faults. Here, we assume that the sojourn probabilities are known a priori. By using the reduced‐order observer method, the sojourn probability approach, and the Lyapunov technique, a fault estimation algorithm is obtained for the considered system. The main objective of this work is to design a dynamic output feedback fault‐tolerant controller based on the obtained fault estimation information such that the closed‐loop discrete‐time switched system with available sojourn probabilities is robustly mean‐square stable and satisfies a prescribed mixed and passivity disturbance attenuation level in the presence of actuator faults. More precisely, a dynamic output feedback fault‐tolerant controller is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, numerical examples are provided to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed design technique.  相似文献

In this article, robust tracking and disturbance rejection problem for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems with time delay and external disturbances are discussed. Specifically, proportional-integral controller with an enhanced equivalent-input-disturbance technique is constructed to force the output trajectories to track the bounded reference input signal even in the presence of external disturbances. Further, the resulting fuzzy control system can be represented as an augmented system with state delay and uncertainties and the output tracking problem is transformed into stabilization problem of the augmented system. In the stabilization analysis, the considered fuzzy system does not share the same membership functions with the proposed control. Moreover, the delay-dependent stabilization criteria for the addressed fuzzy system are presented in the form of linear matrix inequalities by the virtue of augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional. To be specific, the symmetric matrices involved in the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional need not be positive definite. Ultimately, three numerical examples are offered to support the validity of the established theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper addresses the issue of robust reliable stabilization for a class of uncertain nonlinear stochastic systems with both discrete and distributed time-varying delays and possible occurrence of actuator faults. By constructing a new Lyapunov functional and using linear matrix inequality technique, a new set of sufficient conditions is established for the stochastic stability of the uncertain nonlinear stochastic systems. Then, sufficient conditions are obtained for the solvability of the robust stabilization problem via robust reliable controller. More precisely, the derived control law guarantees the robust stabilization of nonlinear stochastic systems in the presence of known actuator failure matrix and uncertainties. Further, the results are extended to study the stabilization of stochastic systems with unknown actuator failure matrix. Moreover, the obtained criteria are formulated in terms of LMIs and also the reliable controller can be designed in terms of the solutions to certain linear matrix inequalities. Finally, numerical examples with simulation result are presented to demonstrate the validity and less conservatism of the obtained results.  相似文献

This article focuses on the robust state feedback reliable H control problem for discrete‐time systems. Discrete‐time systems with time‐varying delayed control input are formulated. Based on the Lyapunov–Krasovskii method and linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, delay‐dependent sufficient conditions are developed for synthesizing the state feedback controller for an uncertain discrete‐time system. The parameter uncertainty is assumed to be norm bounded. A design scheme for the state feedback reliable H controller is proposed in terms of LMIs, which can guarantee the global asymptotic stability and the minimum disturbance attenuation level. Finally, numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness and reduced conservatism of the proposed methods.  相似文献

Symptoms of schizophrenia (SZ) typically emerge during adolescence to young adulthood, which gives a window before full-blown psychosis for early intervention. Strategies for preventing the conversion from the prodromal phase to the psychotic phase are warranted. Heterozygous (Het) Disc1 mutant mice are considered a prodromal model of SZ, suitable for studying psychotic conversion. We evaluated the preventive effect of chronic N-acetylcysteine (NAC) administration, covering the prenatal era to adulthood, on the reaction following the Amph challenge, which mimics the outbreak or conversion of psychosis, in adult Het Disc1 mice. Biochemical and morphological features were examined in the striatum of NAC-treated mice. Chronic NAC treatment normalized the Amph-induced activity in the Het Disc1 mice. Furthermore, the striatal phenotypes of Het Disc1 mice were rescued by NAC including dopamine receptors, the expression of GSK3s, MSN dendritic impairments, and striatal PV density. The current study demonstrated a potent preventive effect of chronic NAC treatment in Disc1 Het mice on the acute Amph test, which mimics the outbreak of psychosis. Our findings not only support the benefit of NAC as a dietary supplement for SZ prodromes, but also advance our knowledge of striatal dopamine receptors, PV neurons, and GSK3 signaling pathways as therapeutic targets for treating or preventing the pathogenesis of mental disorders.  相似文献
