The effect of SO2 gas was investigated on the activity of the photo-assisted selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen monoxide (NO) with ammonia (NH3) over a TiO2 photocatalyst in the presence of excess oxygen (photo-SCR). The introduction of SO2 (300 ppm) greatly decreased the activity of the photo-SCR at 373 K. The increment of the reaction temperature enhanced the resistance to SO2 gas, and at 553 K the conversion of NO was stable for at least 300 min of the reaction. X-ray diffraction, FTIR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), elemental analysis and N2 adsorption measurement revealed that the ammonium sulfate species were generated after the reaction. There was a strong negative correlation between the deposition amount of the ammonium sulfate species and the specific surface area. Based on the above relationship, we concluded that the deposition of the ammonium sulfate species decreased the specific surface area by plugging the pore structure of the catalyst, and the decrease of the specific surface area resulted in the deactivation of the catalyst.  相似文献

In this paper a formulation of degenerated shell elements implemented in the static explicit FEM code ITAS3D is described. The main features of various integration rules are discussed. A square-cup test is used to select the most efficient element for the simulation of stamping processes. A numerical example of FEM simulation of an outer-door-panel stamping is presented.  相似文献

Melting temperature of a film biaxially stretched in one step in air at 152 or 140°C increases with increase of vA, whereas heat of fusion and density decrease with increase of vA, where vA is the degree of stretching in area. The rapid decrease in density occurs for vA > 10. Extrapolation of the plot of the density versus vA?1/2 gives a value of 0.870 g/cm3 at infinite vA, which has been reported as the amorphous density of isotactic polypropylene by Farrow. This is so because the fine structure of the film becomes more and more amorphous with further stretching and reaches completely amorphous state at infinite vA. The temperature of stretching has a strong effect on the thermal behavior of a film; a low stretching temperature (140°C) brings about lower melting temperature, heat of fusion, and density. Crystallinity after melt press has not so large an effect on the melting behavior as the stretching temperature. Melting temperature and the shape of the thermogram also depend on the heating rate. There is an appropriate heating rate depending on vA which gives the minimum melting temperature. With stretched samples, a small side peak or a shoulder appears at a relatively low temperature in the thermogram when a high heating rate is used.  相似文献

Summary Since the long-chain fatty acid sucrose diesters inevitably produced in the synthesis of monoesters are only slightly soluble in water, no important use can be found for them at the present time except as oilsoluble emulsifying agents. In order to exploit new uses we have attempted to improve their solubility in water by introducing oxyethylene radicals into the molecule. The addition reaction of ethylene oxide with the sucrose diesters was carried out in an autoclave in the presence of alkaline catalysts. With the reaction temperature maintained between 100–130° the pressure decreased as the reaction proceeded, and one to two hours were required to consume the ethylene oxide used. The addition products are yellow or orange oily materials soluble in water. Aqueous solutions showed good surface-active properties.  相似文献

Four samples of poly(ethylene terephthalate) film of various crystallinities and orientation were dyed with p-nitroaniline and disperse dyes. When these films were heated under a 2–3 × 10?3 mm Hg vacuum at a specified temperature T, the dye sublimed out of the dyed specimen. The amount (Mt/M) of sublimed dye is in linear proportion to the square root of the sublimation time, t½, where Mt and M are the amounts of dye sublimed for times t and t = ∞. The diffusion coefficient D, calculated from the slope of the above plot, is independent of the dye concentration of the film. When log D is plotted against 1/T°K over the temperature range 320–520°K, the relation is composed of two to four intersecting lines with the slope decreasing with elevation of temperature and with the breaks at about 89°–98°, 122°–135°, 155° and 175°–176°C. These breaks are the amorphous transitions: the first is the glass transition temperature Tg, the second and the fourth are the amorphous transitions corresponding to the crystalline transition points, i.e., the cold crystallization temperature and the smectic–triclinic transition temperature. With some exceptions, these amorphous transitions are found also by dilatometry and electrical conductivity measurements. The apparent activation energy for diffusion decreases from about 100 kcal/mole for the glass state to 22–24 kcal/mole for the region above 180°C. The activation energy for each region changes slightly with the size of dye molecule and the crystallinity and orientation of the film.  相似文献

Rockwell hardness measurement at an elevated temperature has been proposed as an evaluation method for the curing characteristics of thermosetting molding compounds. This method is convenient and has a high accuracy over a wide range of curing, Using a cone indenter, the following advantages are brought about: a good correspondence with acetone extraction test, in showing the degree of cure of the internal part of a molding rather than that of the skin layer, and a higher sensitivity in measuring higher degrees of cure. On examining curing behavior of commercial phenolic molding compounds by this method, an inflection point was observed on a plot of the hardness vs log curing time. This critical point has been called “the minimum cure time”, beyond which the molding exhibits good physical properties.  相似文献

The influence of the cis/trans ratio of 1,4-polybutadienes on the volatile products formed during temperature-programmed thermal degradation to 15% weight loss has been investigated using a mass chromatograph (a gas chromatograph which directly provides mass numbers of resolved components of a mixture) and an “on the fly” vapor-phase infrared spectrophotometer. In order of amounts, major volatile products were 4-vinyl-1-cyclohexene (dimer), 1,3-butadiene (monomer), cyclopentene, and 1,3-cyclohexadiene. With increasing trans content, the relative quantities of 4-vinyl-1-cyclohexene decreased strongly, cyclopentene increased strongly, 1,3-butadiene decreased moderately, and 1,3-cyclohexadiene increased moderately. For a high-trans polybutadiene, increasing the heating rate produced relatively more monomer and dimer but less cyclopentene. Mass chromatograms from 1,4-polybutadienes which had been heated to 15% weight loss in their prehistory were similar to those obtained from 1,2-polybutadiene, indicating that 1,4-polybutadiene undergoes isomerization prior to degradation. Mechanisms for the formation of the main volatile products of decomposition are discussed.  相似文献

The relation between the structure and the viscoelastic properties of seven kinds of epoxy resins was studied. Seven tetraglycidylethers were synthesized from four-nuclei novolacs in which the positions of methylene linkage or number of kind of substituents were different. These epoxy compounds were cured with diaminodiphenylmethane as a hardener. From the viscoelastic properties of the fully cured resins with the hardener, characteristic properties such as glass transition temperature (Tg), average molecular weight between crosslinking points (M̄c), and front factor (ϕ) were obtained. It was concluded that higher linearity in the main chain of epoxy resins gave a cured resin with a higher Tg, a smaller M̄c, and a larger ϕ.  相似文献

A simple synthetic method for preparing aragonite whiskers has been developed. A suspension of CaCl2-MgCl2-Mg(OH)2 with pH ∼9 has been prepared by adding Ca(OH)2 to MgCl2 aqueous solution. CaCO3 whiskers (aragonite phase) have been prepared easily by blowing CO2-containing gas into the suspension. The whiskers have high aspect ratios ranging from 20 to 80 with diameters of 0.5–1 μm .  相似文献

In order to study the deformation mechanism of type II stretching, the change in orientation during the restretching and subsequent thermal contraction was investigated by x-ray diffraction method. When a uniaxially oriented film is restretched, the lamellae which are stacked in the stretching direction by the stretching rotate as a whole toward the restretching axis. They rotate backward nearly reversibly during the thermal contraction, unless the restretching exceeds a balancing state, where the orientation in the film plane are equal in all directions. However, when the restretching degree is so high and the film orientation exceeds the balancing state, the lamellar rotation is accompanied by a complex phenomenon. It is considered from the wide-angle and small-angle x-ray diffraction patterns that the lamellar surface becomes indented because of slippage between microfibrils composing the lamellae, and the microfibrils themselves bend at the boundary between the amorphous and crystalline regions within which the tilting of c-axis also occurs. Upon contracting of the film; these changes recover, but even in the last stage of contraction the orientation approaches the symmetrical biaxial orientation but not the uniaxial orientation from which the biaxial orientation is started. These orientation and disorientation behaviors are not affected basically by a slight change in the restretching temperature and the degree of stretching.  相似文献
