In order to obtain thermoplastic (before curing) and thermosetting (after curing) polyimides with high Tg for adhesive film, we prepared novel polyimides having phenylethynyl group in the side chain (44% of concentration of curing group) from asymmetric 2,3,3′,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (a-BPDA), 3,4′-oxydianiline (3,4′-ODA) or 1,3-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene (1,3,4-APB) or 1,3-bis(3-aminophenoxy)benzene (1,3,3-APB), and 2,4-diamino-1-(4-phenylethynylphenoxy)benzene (mPDAp). Among three kinds of polymer, uncured polyimide of a-BPDA/1,3,4-APB; mPDAp had rather high Tg (265 °C, DMA) and thermoplasticity (E′ drop>103 at Tg). After curing reaction of phenylethynyl group, the Tg of the polyimide was increased dramatically (364 °C, DMA). The polyimide derived from 1,3,4-APB having less concentration of curing group (20%) was also prepared to improve further film flexibility and toughness. 相似文献

In this study, we propose a revised radial basis function (RBF) neural network algorithm and apply this algorithm to computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) of the liver. First, the revised RBF neural network algorithm is applied to recognition of the liver regions, and the recognition results are compared with those obtained using the conventional RBF neural network and the conventional multilayered neural network trained using the back-propagation algorithm. It is shown that the revised RBF neural network is accurate, and is a useful method because the parameters are automatically determined. This article illustrates two types of organofunctionalized heterogeneous catalysts for variety of organic carbon–carbon bond-forming reactions, summarizing our previous reports and also presenting new data. Organic amines with an alkoxysilane moiety were immobilized on inorganic silica-alumina surfaces (SA-NR2) by simple silane-coupling reactions between the silica-alumina surface (SA) and the alkoxysilane. This SA-NR2 acted as acid–base bifunctional heterogeneous catalysts for carbon–carbon bond-forming reactions, such as cyano-ethoxycarbonylation, Michael reaction of nitriles, and nitro-aldol reaction. These reactions did not occur with either SA or homogeneous amine compounds. In addition, the mixture of SA and homogeneous amine showed low catalytic activity due to undesirable acid–base neutralization reaction. Achiral organic silane-coupling reagents with a variety of functional groups were also immobilized on a SiO2 surface that had been immobilized with chiral bis(oxazoline) (BOX), to which Cu ions were coordinated to make chiral Cu–BOX complexes on the SiO2 surface. The SiO2-supported Cu–BOX complex catalyst functionalized with achiral 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane dramatically increased enantioselectivity in the asymmetric Diels–Alder reaction of cyclopentadiene and 3-acryloyl-2-oxazolidinone. The organofunctionalized catalysts showed much better performances for the C–C bond-forming reactions compared to the corresponding homogeneous systems. The heterogeneous catalysts thus obtained were characterized by solid-state 13C and 29Si MAS NMR, FT-IR, UV/vis, XAFS, ESR, XRF, and elemental analysis. 相似文献

We developed tetranucleotide-repeat microsatellite markers for the masu salmon (Oncorhynchus masou) complex. 454 pyrosequencing was used to discover repeat motifs, and seven polymorphic microsatellite-primer sets were identified. The number of alleles detected at each locus ranged from four to 24 and the expected heterozygosity varied from 0.57 to 0.92. Cross-subspecies amplification for O. m. masou, O. m. ishikawae and O. m. subsp. was successful. These microsatellites can be utilized in studies of genetic structure, genetic diversity, and intra- and inter-subspecific hybridization, making a contribution to conservation and management of the Oncorhynchus masou complex. 相似文献

Gas exchange through the compacted final cover soil at landfill sites plays a vital role for emission, fate, and transport of toxic landfill gases. This study involved measuring the soil-gas diffusivity (Dp/Do, the ratio of gas diffusion coefficients in soil and free air) and air permeability (ka) for differently compacted soil samples (reddish-brown soil) from the final cover at the Maharagama landfill in Sri Lanka. The samples were prepared by either standard Proctor compaction or hand compaction to dry bulk densities of 1.60–1.94??g?cm-3. Existing and modified models for predicting Dp/Do and ka were tested against the measured data. The simple, single-parameter Buckingham model predicted measured Dp/Do values across compaction levels equally well or better than a dry bulk density (DBD) dependent model and a soil-water retention (SWR) dependent model. The measured ka values for differently compacted samples were highly affected by the compaction level and the sample moisture preparation method. Also, for air permeability, a single-parameter Buckingham-type ka model was most accurate in predicting ka in the differently compacted soil samples. Equivalent air-filled pore diameters (the effective diameter of the drained pores active in leading air through the sample) for gas flow, deq, were calculated from the measured Dp/D0 and ka values. The deq increased with compaction level, suggesting that a very high compaction level creates well-connected macropores in the reduced total pore space of the cover soil. This is an important consideration when designing cover soils for optimally low water and high oxygen exchange while minimizing climate and toxic gas emissions from the waste layer to the atmosphere. 相似文献

A new one-atomic layer ZrO2/ZSM-5 hybrid catalyst was prepared by using the repeated reactions between Zr(OC2H5)4 and of the OH groups of the external surfaces of ZSM-5, followed by calcination. The one-atomic layer ZrO2 attached on the ZSM-5 surface was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence and EXAFS. The ZrO2 overlayer is suggested to epitaxially grow on the ZSM-5(001) plane in a [111] direction of tetragonal ZrO2. The one-atomic layer ZrO2/ZSM-5 is a unique catalyst which produces selectively isopentane from CH3OH. 相似文献

In real transportation environments for semi-conductor manufacturing, unexpected disturbances such as motion delays and/or sudden requests for transportation may cause collisions among AGVs increasing total transportation time. It is required to generate a collision-free routing for multiple automated guided vehicles (AGVs) within a few seconds. In this paper, we propose a distributed routing method under motion delay disturbance for multiple AGVs. The proposed method features a characteristic that each AGV subsystem derives its optimal route to minimize the sum of the transportation time and the penalties with respect to collision probability with other AGVs. The penalties reflect the collision probability distribution function for motion delay disturbances. The proposed method is applied to a routing problem for transportation in the semiconductor fabrication bay with 143 nodes and 20 AGVs. The computational results show that the total transportation time obtained by the proposed method is shorter than that of the conventional method. For dynamic transportation environments, an optimal timing for re-routing multiple AGVs under motion delay disturbance is systematically determined by the tradeoff relationship between the total computation time to derive a solution and the uncertainties for re-routings. Markov chain is used to represent uncertainty distribution for re-routings. The proposed method is implemented in an experimental transportation system with 51 nodes and 5 AGVs.
