Grazing X-ray diffraction was used to study in details the behaviour of two spinels, ZnAl2O4 and MgAl2O4 irradiated by swift ions. Such an irradiation allows to have an important irradiated depth and then accurate diffraction diagrams. Rietveld refinement done on these diagrams clearly show an order–disorder transition due to a melting of cations under irradiation in these two spinels. More especially, these results clearly exhibit that no new phase is created under irradiation in MgAl2O4. Raman spectroscopy, sensitive to the crystallographic space group, seems to confirm this analysis. 相似文献

As widely acknowledged, 40–50% of all melanoma patients harbour an activating BRAF mutation (mostly BRAF V600E). The identification of the RAS–RAF–MEK–ERK (MAP kinase) signalling pathway and its targeting has represented a valuable milestone for the advanced and, more recently, for the completely resected stage III and IV melanoma therapy management. However, despite progress in BRAF-mutant melanoma treatment, the two different approaches approved so far for metastatic disease, immunotherapy and BRAF+MEK inhibitors, allow a 5-year survival of no more than 60%, and most patients relapse during treatment due to acquired mechanisms of resistance. Deep insight into BRAF gene biology is fundamental to describe the acquired resistance mechanisms (primary and secondary) and to understand the molecular pathways that are now being investigated in preclinical and clinical studies with the aim of improving outcomes in BRAF-mutant patients. 相似文献

Fluorinated polyurethanes characterized by a segmented structure, containing hard segments based on 4,4′-methylenebis (phenylisocyanate) (MDI), chain-extender 1,4 n-butandiol (BDO), and soft blocks like perfluoropolyether (PFPE), and poly-ε-caprolactone (PCL) were synthesized keeping constant the equivalent ratio among reagents, but varying the experimental conditions. Copolymers show a complex micro- and macrostrucrture with different morphology and calorimetry, similar tensile properties and undistinguishable, but strongly upgraded surface properties. The morphology should be governed by the different fluorine content of the polymeric chains along with the hard segment structure; tensile properties are little influenced by the morphology. All these characteristics are interpreted in terms of polymerization procedure which results to be a key parameter for ruling the composition of the different polymeric chains, due to a very limited mutual solubility of the reagents. Surprisingly, a beneficial effect of the catalyst dibutyltindilaurate for the increase of the reaction kinetics among segregated phases in the reaction mass was observed. 相似文献

In the last decade, a number of genes related to the induction, specification and regionalization of the brain were isolated and their functional properties currently are being dissected. Among these, Otx1 and Otx2 play a pivotal role in several processes of brain morphogenesis. Findings from several groups now confirm the importance of Otx2 in the early specification of neuroectoderm destined to become fore-midbrain, the existence of an Otx gene dosage-dependent mechanism in patterning the developing brain, and the involvement of Otx1 in corticogenesis. Some of these properties appear particularly fascinating when considered in evolutionary terms and highlight the central role of Otx genes in the establishment of the genetic program defining the complexity of a vertebrate brain. The efficacy of cisapride as a treatment for chronic constipation in children with severe brain damage was studied in 20 children. Each subject was randomly assigned to double-blind treatment with either cisapride (N = 10) or placebo (N = 10) for 12 weeks. Stool habits, total gastrointestinal transit time, colonic segmental transit times, and anorectal motility were evaluated in all children before and at the end of the treatment period. Although cisapride significantly (P < 0.05) increased stool frequency from baseline to week 12 and no significant change was documented in the placebo group, the mean change in stool frequency per week from baseline to 12 week was not significantly different between the two treatment groups. The use of laxatives or suppositories was significantly (P < 0.05) decreased by cisapride, but remained unchanged in the placebo group. Furthermore, cisapride significantly (P < 0.05) reduced rectal compliance but had no effect on total gastrointestinal transit time and colonic segmental transit times. In summary, in neurologically impaired children with chronic constipation, cisapride increased bowel frequency but did not alter the delay in total and segmental gastrointestinal transit times. 相似文献

We have studied the transfer characteristic variations induced by aging effects and applied voltage in top contact pentacene thin film transistors (OTFTs) fabricated by using Polymethylmetacrylate buffer layer. The electrical stability of pentacene OTFTs was tested by applying prolonged bias stress (up to 104 s) with gate voltage Vgstress = − 30 V and + 30 V. The environmental effects were analysed by measuring the degradation of electrical characteristics of OTFT exposed to air. The results have been analysed in terms of trap state model, evaluating the channel conductance using a one-dimensional approach. A scenario with two single-user links, one licensed to use the spectral resource (primary) and one unlicensed (secondary or cognitive), is considered. According to the cognitive radio principle, the activity of the secondary link is required not to interfere with the performance of the primary. Therefore, in this paper, it is assumed that the cognitive link accesses the channel only when sensed idle. Moreover, the analysis includes: (1) random packet arrivals; (2) sensing errors due to fading at the secondary link; (3) power allocation at the secondary transmitter based on long-term measurements. In this framework, the maximum stable throughput of the cognitive link (in packets/slot) is derived for a fixed throughput selected by the primary link. The model is modified so as to allow the secondary transmitter to act as a ldquotransparentrdquo relay for the primary link. In particular, packets that are not received correctly by the intended destination might be decoded successfully by the secondary transmitter. The latter can, then, queue and forward these packets to the intended receiver. A stable throughput of the secondary link with relaying is derived under the same conditions as before. Results show that benefits of relaying strongly depend on the topology (i.e., average channel powers) of the network. 相似文献

This paper proposes a framework and associated method for product features characterization and customers’ preference prediction based on online product purchase data. Specifications and components of products are firstly analyzed and the relationships between product specifications and components are then established for features characterization. The customers preferred specifications, features and their combinations are predicted for development of new products.
