本文针对目前常用的薄层抗冲磨防护材料难以抵抗高速水流推移质磨蚀破坏难题,以柔性氨基树脂材料和特种固化剂为胶结体系,添加抗冲磨填料,研发了一种新型抗冲磨树脂砂浆材料。并对新型树脂砂浆进行了力学性能、冲磨能力和环境适应性试验,试验结果表明砂浆伸长率在5%以上,与基面黏接强度大于2.5MPa,表明其具有良好的抗裂能力和适应变形的能力;水下钢球法冲磨试验3个周期质量基本没有损失,同等条件下圆环法冲磨对比试验证明其抗冲磨强度是高强环氧砂浆的5倍以上,证明新型抗冲磨树脂砂浆具有高弹韧性的材料特性,适用于泄水建筑物的抗冲磨、特别是推移质破坏的防护和修复。 相似文献

恒流调光器是为飞机起降提供目视引导的关键设备。对回路中故障灯的准确及时检测是调光器的重要功能。有关调光器的国际标准以及国标对该设备的功能均有严格要求,然而相关资料尚属鲜见难于借鉴。文中对这一课题进行了探讨,利用BP神经网络对调光器回路中的故障,进行监测并测算故障灯数目。实践表明,文章所用方法能有效地监测调光器故障,并能准确报告故障灯数目。 相似文献

In coming years, there will be billions of RFID tags living in the world tagging almost everything for tracking and identification
purposes. This phenomenon will impose a new challenge not only to the network capacity but also to the scalability of event
processing of RFID applications. Since most RFID applications are time sensitive, we propose a notion of Time To Live (TTL), representing the period of time that an RFID event can legally live in an RFID data management system, to manage various
temporal event patterns. TTL is critical in the “Internet of Things” for handling a tremendous amount of partial event-tracking
results. Also, TTL can be used to provide prompt responses to time-critical events so that the RFID data streams can be handled
timely. We divide TTL into four categories according to the general event-handling patterns. Moreover, to extract event sequence
from an unordered event stream correctly and handle TTL constrained event sequence effectively, we design a new data structure,
namely Double Level Sequence Instance List (DLSIList), to record intermediate stages of event sequences. On the basis of this,
an RFID data management system, namely Temporal Management System over RFID data streams (TMS-RFID), has been developed. This
system can be constructed as a stand-alone middleware component to manage temporal event patterns. We demonstrate the effectiveness
of TMS-RFID on extracting complex temporal event patterns through a detailed performance study using a range of high-speed
data streams and various queries. The results show that TMS-RFID has a very high throughput, namely 170,000–870,000 events
per second for different highly complex continuous queries. Moreover, the experiments also show that the main structure to
record the intermediate stages in TMS-RFID does not increase exponentially with the number of events. These results demonstrate

Erosion of Ti(C,N)‐10 wt% Mo2C‐15 wt% Ni/Co cermet of different Ni/Co in artificial seawater containing 5 wt% SiO2 was investigated. Pure Ni‐bonded cermet exhibited the largest wear rate of 35.7*10?3 mm3/h, which decreased to 17.7*10?3 mm3/h with the substitution of 30% Ni by Co. Further decrease of Ni/Co ratio resulted in the improvement of erosion resistance. Pure Co binder resulted in the increase hardness from 92.0 to 92.5 HRA and transverse rupture strength from 1510 to 1650 MPa. The erosion resistance was slightly worse due to an increasing hardness and brittleness of the binder phases, but the hard phases still kept the as‐prepared morphology. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Salicylic acid (SA) is recognised as an endogenous signal, mediating in plant defense and against pathogens. It has been reported that SA treatment can reduce decay and extend storage life of various fruit, such as bananas, peaches and apples. RESULTS: Physiological and biochemical responses in harvested sugar apple fruit (Annona squamosa L.) to SA at 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 mmol L?1 were investigated during post‐harvest storage. Results indicated that SA treatments lowered respiration, increased activities of antioxidant enzymes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX), decreased lipoxygenase (LOX) activity and correspondingly lowered Malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in treated fruits was observed as compared to the control. Moreover, production of superoxide free radical (O2?, ?) and ethylene was significantly decreased in the treated fruits. Total soluble solids, total soluble sugar, softness and decay rate were significantly lowered in treated fruits, and in turn a delay in the fruits ripening process was achieved after 10 days of storage. CONCLUSION: SA has positive effects in maintaining membrane integrity and in delaying fruit ripening process, which results in improved storability of sugar apple. 针对尿素醇解法合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)工艺中DMC含量较低的DMC-MeOH物系的分离,建立了模拟常压-加压精馏工艺流程的模型。物系的液相活度系数由Wilson方程计算,通过AspenPlus过程模拟软件对常压-加压精馏工艺进行模拟计算。计算结果表明,常压-加压精馏工艺的主要物流的计算结果与实验值基本吻合,所建立的模型可靠;在满足产品中w(DMC)=99.5%的条件下,工艺模拟优化的结果为:常压精馏塔和加压精馏塔(1.0MPa)的实际塔板数分别为21和11,进料板位置分别为第6和第4块塔板,回流比分别为3.5和1.1,塔顶采出与进料流量比分别为0.63和0.92。 相似文献
