MT3 shows apparently different properties and function fromMT1 even though they have 70% sequence homology. Possibly thetwo inserts, Thr5 and a negatively charged hexapeptide at position-55in MT3, play important roles. A series of MT3 variants aroundthe EAAEAE hexapeptide have been prepared by site-directed mutagenesisand their properties and reactivity towards pH, EDTA and DTNBhave been studied. This study presents the synergistic effects of graphene nanosheets (GNSs) and carbon fibers (CFs) additions on the electrical and electromagnetic shielding properties of GNS/CF/polypropylene (PP) composites. These composites were fabricated by the melt blending of different ratios of GNSs and CFs (20:0, 15:5, 10:10, 5:15 and 0:20 wt/wt%) into a PP polymer matrix using a Brabender mixer. Besides, the chemical and crystalline structures and the thermal stability of the resultant GNS/CF/PP composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). FT-IR and XRD showed that with the addition of GNSs content, transmittances at 1373.4?cm?1 and 1454.4?cm?1 became smaller and the characteristic peak at 26.82° became stronger. TGA showed that the GNS/CF/PP composite can be used at high temperature below 456°C. Blending 10?wt% CFs and 10?wt% GNSs into the PP polymer resulted in excellent conductivity (0.397 S/cm), which indicated the occurrence of the critical percolation threshold phenomenon, and also reached the maximum electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMSE) of 20?dB at 1.28–2.00?GHz. Laminated with five layers of composites, its EMSE achieved 25–38?dB at 0.3–3.0?GHz, corresponding to blocking of 94.38–98.74% electromagnetic waves.  相似文献

This paper describes the process and results of an evaluation on an online game-based learning environment (GBLE) by focusing on learners’ motivational processing and cognitive processing. The goal is to explore how online GBLE might initiate and support learners’ goal-setting activities and impact learners’ cognitive loads. The study surveyed 144 undergraduate students after their autonomous participation in the online game available at the Nobel Prize Foundation website teaching the Heckscher-Ohlin Theory on international trade. Grounded in the integrative theory of motivation, volition, and performance (MVP), the evaluation indicated that participants felt significantly confident in learning the subject. The perceived satisfaction, however, was lower than the rest of motivational components possibly due to heavy cognitive processing. The finding of cognitive load reported that learners perceived a significantly higher level of intrinsic load than the germane load due to the novelty of the subject matter. Data analysis further indicated a significant canonical correlation between learners’ motivational and cognitive processing. This particular finding could inform future research to investigate specific motivational processing components’ effects on learners’ cognitive load levels in online GBLEs.  相似文献

当今世界的主流超级计算机越来越多地使用带有加速器的异构系统.随着加速器的浮点性能不断提高,超级计算机内计算节点的CPU、内存、总线、网络以及系统架构都要与之相适应.HPL(High Performance Linpack)是高性能计算机评测的传统基准测试程序,复杂异构系统给HPL评测带来很多机遇与挑战.针对带有GPU的异构超级计算机系统,提出一套新的CPU与加速器计算任务分配方式,提出平衡点理论指导HPL性能优化.为了优化HPL程序,提出了使用CPU与加速器协同工作的look-ahead算法和行交换连续流水算法,实现了加速器、CPU、网络等部件的高度并行.此外,为带有加速器的系统设计了新的panel分解和行交换的实现方法,提高加速器的利用率.在每个节点带有4个GPU的系统上,单节点HPL效率达到79.51%,14884节点效率达到62.22%.  相似文献

With the large variations in appearance for different kinds of defects in Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), conventional rule-based inspection algorithms become insufficient for detecting and classifying defects. In this study, an automated PCB inspection system based on statistical learning strategies is developed. First, the partial Hausdorff distance is used to ascertain the positions of defects. Next, the defect patterns are categorized using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier. Defects without regularities in appearance, which cannot be categorized, are identified through the regional defectiveness by comparing the block-wise probability distributions. Experimental results on a real visual inspection platform show that the proposed system is very effective for inspecting a variety of PCB defects.  相似文献

星载光子计数激光雷达作为一种新的探测体制激光雷达,已开始应用于海面测量。然而受海风等多种因素的影响,海面存在一定的粗糙度和较大的起伏变化,因此光子计数激光雷达返回的信号点云在返回能量和信号光子分布上存在较大的变化,潜在的影响到了海面高程测量精度。本文基于JONSWAP海浪谱和微面元模型理论,结合蒙特卡洛方法建立了光子计数激光雷达海洋目标的仿真模型。以ICESat-2星载光子计数激光雷达的系统参数作为输入,仿真了不同风速条件下海面的信号光子分布,通过与ICESat-2实测结果对比证明了仿真方法的正确性。基于仿真模型,分析了不同风速条件下,光子计数激光雷达的测距误差分布。结果表明,光子计数激光雷达测得的海面高程小于实际参考海面,且测量偏差和标准差随风速增加而增大,当风速为10m/s,累计脉冲次数为100次时,测量偏差约为-2.5 cm,标准差为3.6 cm。所建立的仿真模型和分析结果对优化针对海面观测的星载光子计数激光雷达的系统参数设计和平均海面观测结果修正具有重要的参考意义。  相似文献

Haze is one of the major factors that degrade outdoor images, and dehazing becomes an important issue in many applications. In order to address the problems of being unsmooth and the absence of neighbor information for the transmission estimation under Dark Channel Prior (DCP) framework, we proposed a new improved method using Kernel Regression Model (KRM) on local neighbor data. Firstly, the initial transmission in atmospheric light model is estimated by DCP. Secondly, the transmission is refined according to KRM. Experimental results on synthetic and real images show that our method can address this problem and has better dehazing results than several state-of-the-art methods.  相似文献
