为了保证网络用户的服务质量,认知网络与可信网络从提高网络的智能性与可信性方面提供了保证机制.基于人工免疫系统的智能化特征,在认知网络架构的基础上,提出了一种基于无性繁殖优化的可信QoS组播路由算法.该算法将免疫器官的功能集成在网络节点中,使其具备认知能力.同时,采用滑动窗口思想设计信任评价机制,对每个网络节点的行为记录进行信任评价.根据无性繁殖优化机制,基于用户满意度和节点的信任值进行路由选择,得到满足用户服务质量需求的可信路由最优解.最后,在仿真平台上将该组播路由算法与经典组播路由算法进行性能评价,结果表明,该算法能够为网络用户提供更好的服务质量. 相似文献

The effect of CLA on paraoxonase 1 (PON1), one of the antioxidant proteins associated with HDL, was investigated for its protective
action against oxidative inactivation as well as its stabilization activity. When cis-9 (c9),trans-11 (t11)-CLA and t10,c12-CLA were examined for their protective activity against ascorbate/Cu2−-induced inactivation of PON1 in the presence of Ca2+, two CLA isomers exhibited a remarkable protection (E
max, 71–74%) in a concentration-dependent manner (50% effective concentration, 3–4 μM), characterized by a saturation pattern.
Such a protective action was also reproduced with oleic acid, but not linoleic acid. Rather, linoleic acid antagonized the
protective action of CLA isomers in a noncompetitive fashion. Additionally, the two CLA isomers also protected PON1 from oxidative
inactivation by H2O2 or cumene hydroperoxide. The concentration-dependent protective action of CLA against various oxidative inactivation systems
suggests that the protective action of CLA isomers may be mediated through their selective binding to a specific binding site
in a PON1 molecule. Separately, the inactivation of PON1 by p-hydroxymercuribenzoate (PHMB), a modifier of the cysteine residue, was also prevented by CLA isomers, suggesting the possible
existence of the cysteine residue in the binding site of CLA. The c9,t11-CLA isomer seems to be somewhat more effective than t10,c12-CLA in protecting against the inactivation of PON1 by either peroxides or PHMB, in contrast to the similar efficacy of
these two CLA isomers in preventing ascorbate/Cu2+-induced inactivation of PON1. Separately, CLA isomers successfully stabilized PON1, but not linoleic acid. These data suggest
that the two CLA isomers may play a beneficial role in protecting PON1 from oxidative inactivation as well as in its stabilization. 相似文献

Extracting karyocytes and their components from microscopic bone marrow images is prerequisite for computer-aided early diagnosis of hemopathy. Most existing methods assume all pixels belonging to a karyon region or a cytoplasm region have similar colors. Practically, the color of neither a karyon nor a cytoplasm in a microscopic image is homogeneous in the pixel level. Therefore, the regional color features of a region are emphasized in this paper. Based on this observation, we propose a novel method to karyocyte extraction that first identifies a karyon by 4-connected block growing from a karyon feature block, then identifies feature blocks of its cytoplasm based on the extracted karyon, and finally extracts all cytoplasm regions by growing the cytoplasm feature blocks. Combining the karyon region and the corresponding cytoplasm regions can attain a complete karyocyte. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and robust. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制得MnCo2O4纳米粉体, 通过XRD和TEM分析了粉体的物相和形貌; 通过添加适量乙基纤维素和松油醇经研磨制成浆料, 并采用丝网印刷法涂覆于SUS430基片上, 在900℃下95%N2+5%H2气氛中保温3 h, 再于800℃空气气氛中保温10 h烧结得到涂层。采用SEM对涂层的表面和断面进行了观察, 在750℃空气气氛下测试了SUS430/MnCo2O4样品的导电性能和抗氧化性能, 最后采用EDS对涂层的断面进行分析。结果表明: MnCo2O4粉体为单一的立方尖晶石相, 晶粒大小均匀, 粒径约150 nm; MnCo2O4涂层致密,与基体紧密结合且厚度均匀。SUS430/MnCo2O4样品在750℃空气气氛下经1000 h氧化后, 氧化增重量仅为0.15 mg/cm2, 是SUS430合金氧化增重量的1/6; 面比电阻值为0.026 Ω·cm2, 比SUS430合金的面比电阻值低了两个数量级; EDS结果表明: Cr元素主要分布在涂层与合金的界面, 在涂层内部无分布。研究显示, MnCo2O4涂层能显著降低SUS430合金基体的氧化速率, 有效改善其在高温下的导电性能, 并成功抑制Cr元素的挥发。 相似文献

ZnCdS quantum dots have been successfully prepared at room temperature in aqueous solution with sodium hexametaphosphate as stabilizer and thioacetamide as the source of S. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra and UV-Vis absorption spectra of the ZnCdS quantum dots were determined on the basis of the initial Cd/Zn mole ratio (Cd/Zn = 8/0, 7/1, 6/2, 5/3, 4/4, 3/5, 2/6, 1/7 and 0/8) and the concentration of thioacetamide. The emission peaks first showed a red shift and then a blue shift with the increasing initial Zn concentration, which provided the evidence of formation of CdS/ZnCdS core/shell and ZnCdS alloyed quantum dots. The ZnCdS quantum dots were compared with CdS (ZnS) quantum dots doped with Zn2+ (Cd2+). The samples have also been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS). 相似文献

Uniform hierarchical ZnO nanostructures are synthesized on a large scale based on a solution approach at low temperature. The primary ZnO hexagonal prisms are firstly produced by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2 with hexamethylenetetramine, and then ZnO branches grow on the primary prisms by using ethylenediamine molecules as an evocator. The morphology of the hierarchical nanostructure can be controlled conveniently by adjusting the molar ratio of [EDA]/[Zn2+]. The hierarchical structure provides an effective pathway for carrier transport as well as larger surface area for dye adsorption, when ZnO hierarchical nanostructures serve as photoanode materials, the solar cells show higher conversion efficiency than that of primary ZnO nanowires. 相似文献

ZnO-Au hybrid nanocrystals with good dispersibility and uniform size are prepared via a high temperature reflux route. The structure, morphology, interface structure and optical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction high resolution transmission electron microscope and UV-vis absorption spectrophotometer.
