本文介绍了采用复合吸收剂净化天然气的试验结果,在现有三甘醇等脱水剂中添加单乙醇胺,在脱水的同时脱除H_2S,在保证净化气露点低于-21℃的条件下,使净化气中H_2S含量亦低于5mg/m～3。     

微生物提高采收率技术在吉林油田的应用研究

点阵汉字无级变倍算法

本文给出了由一种汉字字库得到任意大小汉字点阵的算法.该算法能对任意二值点阵图像进行放大平滑.简单放大是按字节进行运算,速度快;最佳平滑操作不是对简单放大后的点阵按位操作,而是根据原点阵的特性,在需要平滑的地方进行操作,需操作的位数不会超过图像总点数的5％.用该方法输出的汉字质量和速度都令人满意.     

萃取精馏回收环己烷的双组分溶剂的研究

在研究萃取精馏分离回收环己烷的单溶剂的基础上，研究了双组分溶剂。当剂油比为7:1时，环己醇和四甘醇双组分溶剂可以将正庚烷对环己烷的相对挥发度由单溶剂时的小于1提高到1．11；将2，3—二甲基戊烷对环己烷的相对挥发度由单溶剂时的小于1．07提高到1．21。用该溶剂在小型萃取精馏实验装置上运行，结果表明，环己烷的纯度为98．5％，收率为80％。     

The kinetics of desorption in the presence of a gas phase of the desorbing molecule: CO/Re(001)

TPD/Exchange from CO/Re(001) in a gas ambience showed that the absolute rate of desorption depends on the gas pressure and has a first plus second order rate law. It is proposed that desorption is a two step process from the adsorbed state to a stable intermediate which is itself weakly adsorbed.     

非标准约束恒模盲多用户检测的改进算法研究

针对码分多址蜂窝移动通信中存在的多址干扰问题,以瑞利分布为变步长,构造了基于瑞利分布变步长的非标准约束恒模算法;与差分形式相结合,提出了基于瑞利分布变步长的非标准约束差分恒模算法(RDV-NSCDCMA);分析了此算法的性能并与非标准约束恒模算法(NSCCMA)进行了仿真比较.     

Water Gauge Image Denoising Model Based on Improved Adaptive Total Variation

As an important part of water level warning in water conservancy projects, often due to the influence of en-vironmental factors such as light and stains, the acquired water gauge images have sticky, broken and bright spot conditions, which affect the identification of water gauges. To solve this problem, a water gauge image denoising model based on improved adaptive total variation is proposed. Firstly, the regular term exponent in the adaptive total variational equation is changed to an inverse cosine function; secondly, the differential curvature is used to distinguish the image noise points and increase the smoothing strength at the noise points; finally, according to the characteristics of the gradient mode and adaptive gradient threshold after Gaussian filtering, the New model can adaptively denoise in the smooth area and protect the edge area, so as to have the characteristics of both edge-preserving denoising. The experimental results show that the new model has a great improvement in image vision, higher iteration efficiency and an average increase of 1.6 dB in peak signal-to-noise ratio, and an average increase of 9% in structural similarity, which is more beneficial to practical applications.     

Structural and optical properties of AIN sputtering deposited on sapphire substrates with various orientations

AIN thin films were deposited on c-,a-and r-plane sapphire substrates by the magnetron sputtering technique.The in-fluence of high-temperature thermal annealing (HTTA) on the structural,optical properties as well as surface stoichiometry were comprehensively investigated.The significant narrowing of the (0002) diffraction peak to as low as 68 arcsec of AIN after HTTA implies a reduction of tilt component inside the AIN thin films,and consequently much-reduced dislocation densities.This is also supported by the appearance of E2(high) Raman peak and better Al-N stoichiometry after HTTA.Furthermore,the in-creased absorption edge after HTTA suggests a reduction of point defects acting as the absorption centers.It is concluded that HTTA is a universal post-treatment technique in improving the crystalline quality of sputtered AIN regardless of sapphire orienta-tion.
