Perceptual primitives from an extended 4D Hough transform

Directional features extracted from Gabor wavelets responses were used to train a structure of self-organising maps, thus classifying each pixel in the image within a neuron-map. Resulting directional primitives were grouped into perceptual primitives introducing an extended 4D Hough transform to group pixels with similar directional features. These can then be used as perceptual primitives to detect salient structures. The proposed method has independently fixed parameters that do not need to be tuned for different kind or quality of images. We present results in application to noisy FLIR images and show that line primitives for complex structures, such as bridges, or simple structures, such as runways, can be found by this approach. We compare and demonstrate the quality of our results with those obtained through a parameter-dependent traditional Canny edge detector and Hough line finding process.

采用氮氧共注入方法制备了新型的 SIMON(separation by implanted oxygen and nitrogen) SOI材料 .采用不同的制备方法分别制作出样品并进行了结构测试和分析 ,发现 SIMON材料的结构和质量对注入条件和退火工艺非常敏感 .并对各种氮氧复合注入技术做了分析和比较 ,发现氮氧分次注入可以得到更好的结构和性能     

高酸性气田压力容器无损检测

通过对压力容器四种常规无损检测方法进行分析对比,阐述了高酸性气田压力容器对接接头的无损检测方法和比例,在满足国内外现行标准规范的前提下,应加大超声波检测比例,对接触高酸性气体介质的焊缝内表面进行100%磁粉检测或渗透检测,最大限度地检测出焊缝内表面或近表面裂纹,确保高酸性气田地面建设工程的安全。     

Mercury transformation across particulate control devices in six power plants of China: The co-effect of chlorine and ash composition

This paper presents the results of field measurements on mercury speciation in six power plants of China by applying the Ontario hydro method. During the tests, flue gas was sampled simultaneously before and after particulate control devices (electrostatic precipitator and fabric filter baghouse) along with the pulverized coal, bottom ash and fly ash sampling. The amount of oxidized mercury in gas phase before and after ESP/FF suggests that mercury oxidation after combustion is a kinetically controlled process. The comparison of mercury speciation in different power plant indicates a clear relationship with coal type, especially the chlorine concentration and the basic ash compositions in coal. Both of the factors are analyzed quantitatively in this study. A new parameter C (ratio of chlorine in coal to base/acid ratio) has been introduced to evaluate the co-effect of the two factors above on mercury speciation.     

Glass Formation and Crystallization Behavior of a Novel GeS2–Sb2S3–PbS Chalcogenide Glass System

In the present work, a large glass-forming region was found in the novel GeS₂–Sb₂S₃–PbS system, in which up to 58 at.% PbS could be incorporated without deteriorating the thermal and physical properties of glasses. Infrared (IR) transmitting glass ceramics with a large amount of small-sized crystals (<100 nm) were then produced by choosing sub-stable compositions and annealing at fairly low temperatures (15°–30°C above T _g) for long durations (up to 100 h). Crystals were identified by X-ray diffraction as Pb₂GeS₄, PbGeS₃, PbS, PbSb₂S₄, etc., depending on base glass compositions. Compared with base glasses, glass ceramics showed much improved thermal shock resistance and fracture toughness, making them good candidate materials for IR optics.     

新型GeSe2-Ga2Se3-KI系统硫卤玻璃形成的研究

开发了有高含量碱金属离子的新型硫化物玻璃.合成了GeSe2-Ga2Se3-KI系统的玻璃样品.研究了该系统的玻璃形成区并用孤对电子理论进行了解释.讨论了Ga2Se3和KI对玻璃形成能力的影响.给出了该系统玻璃的密度、特性温度、Raman和可见一红外光谱等.实验结果表明:该系统具有较广的玻璃形成区,某些组成,如摩尔组成为50 GeSe2 25Ga2Se3 25KI的样品具有良好的热学和光学性质,其表征热稳定性的特征温度差大于120K,玻璃透光范围从590nm到14.2μm.     

基于.NET的旅游电子商务系统的设计与实现

对目前河南省的旅游资源及旅游业的现状进行了分析和研究,在此基础上设计并开发了一个基于B/S结构模式的旅游电子商务系统.系统主要包括游客子系统和旅游服务提供商子系统两大功能模块,并集成旅游相关行业的信息,满足了游客和旅游管理者两类不同用户的需求,为打算在河南省境内出游的游客提供了一个方便快捷的旅游商务系统.
