With the technology scaling down, low power dissipation has become one of the research focuses in the field of integrated circuit design. Various types of adiabatic logics have been invented for low-power applications. However, the expanding leakage current degrades the performance of conventional adiabatic logics. In this article, a novel improved complementary pass-transistor adiabatic logic (ICPAL) based on fin-type field- effect transistor (FinFET) devices with ultra-low power dissipation has been presented. The proposed ICPAL takes full advantage of different FinFET operating modes, that is, shorted-gate mode, independent-gate mode, and low-power mode, to make a tremendous reduction in power dissipation. For explication and verification, the power dissipation of different ICPAL standard cells has been investigated and compared with other types of adiabatic circuits based on FinFETs. The results show that the ICPAL circuits have ultra-low power dissipation in a wide range of clock frequencies(30-800 MHz) under the condition of similar number of transistors, and the average reduction in power dissipation is about 23.1%, 75.0%, and 50.0% relative to 2N-2N2P, improved pass- transistor adiabatic logic, and complimentary pass-transistor adiabatic logic, respectively. Furthermore, ICPAL supports a better pre-evaluation of system power dissipation in VLSI design and has an intrinsic characteristic for the resistance to some types of side channel attacks.  相似文献

A new device used to detect the low contrast target acquisition of photoelectric theodolite is designed and its reliability is experimentally demonstrated.The adjustable contrast optical target device,which can simulate the sky background luminance and a low contrast target,is established.It utilizes a big integrating sphere and a small one to simulate the luminance of the background and target respectively.Importantly,by controlling the luminous flux of the two integrating spheres,the targets and background radiance can be continuously adjustable under the condition of constant color temperature.Thus,the contrast can be controlled continuously in the range of 0%-90% and its stability is better than 1%.The biggest background luminance exceeds 60 W m-2str-1 in the spectral range of 400-800 nm.  相似文献

In this paper, the concept of globally exponentially attractive set is proposed and used to consider the ultimate bounds of the family of Lorenz systems with varying parameters. Explicit estimations of the ultimate bounds are derived. The results presented in this paper contain all the existing results as special cases. In particular, the critical cases, b→ 1^+ and a→0^+, for which the previous methods failed, have been solved using a unified formula.  相似文献

Based on the data from the SuperMAG collaboration in 2000–2014, the magnetic latitude(MLAT) location of the ring current(RC) denoted by the MLAT of the maximum horizontal magnetic disturbance during the main phase of 67 intense geomagnetic storms(Dst ≤-100 nT) are derived. The results show that the maximum horizontal magnetic disturbance does not always occur in the magnetic equator, indicating that the RC might be tilted in the latitudinal direction during these storms. Specifically, the tilt of the RC near the day-night line is affected by the direction of solar wind. When the solar wind flows southward against the magnetic equatorial plane, the RC is more likely to show a dayside-lifted tilt. When the solar wind flows northward, the pattern is opposite. Tilts of the RC near the dawn-dusk line are also found in most of these storms. The location of the RC is mainly lifted in the dusk side and declined in the dawn side for positive IMF BY, while the tilt is reversed for negative IMF BY. A possible interpretation might be the IMF BY-related twisting of the geomagnetic field. Besides, the monthly averaged MLAT of the fitted RC also varies with seasons. It is shifted to the southern hemisphere in the northern summer and to the northern hemisphere in the northern winter, which might indicate that the RC is not centered on a single plane. Such a seasonal variation might be related to the angle between the solar wind and the magnetic equatorial plane.  相似文献

Pulsed laser deposited (PLD) Y-doped BaZrO3 thin films (BaZr1-xYxO3-y/2, x = 0.2, y > 0), were investigated as to their viability for reliable humidity microsensors with long-term stability at high operating temperatures (T > 500 °C) as required for in situ point of source emissions control as used in power plant combustion processes. Defect chemistry based models and initial experimental results in recent humidity sensor literature [1] and [2]. indicate that bulk Y-doped BaZrO3 could be suitable for use in highly selective, high temperature compatible humidity sensors. In order to accomplish faster response and leverage low cost batch microfabrication technologies we have developed thin film deposition processes, characterized layer properties, fabricated and tested high temperature humidity micro sensors using these thin films. Previously published results on sputtering Y-doped BaZrO3 thin films have confirmed the principle validity of our approach [3]. However, the difficulty in controlling the stoichiometry of the films and their electrical properties as well as mud flat cracking of the films occurring either at films thicker than 400 nm or at annealing temperature above 800 °C have rendered sputtering a difficult process for the fabrication of reproducible and reliable thin film high temperature humidity microsensors, leading to the evaluation of PLD as alternative deposition method for these films.X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) data was collected from as deposited samples at the sample surface as well as after 4 min of Ar+ etching. PLD samples were close to the desired stoichiometry. X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra from all as deposited BaZrO3:Y films show that the material is polycrystalline when deposited at substrate temperatures of 800 °C. AFM results revealed that PLD samples have a particle size between 32 nm and 72 nm and root mean square (RMS) roughness between 0.2 nm and 1.2 nm. The film conductivity increases as a function of temperature (from 200 °C to 650 °C) and upon exposure to a humid atmosphere, supporting our hypothesis of a proton conduction based conduction and sensing mechanism. Humidity measurements are presented for 200–500 nm thick films from 500 °C to 650 °C at vapor pressures of between 0.05 and 0.5 atm, with 0.03–2% error in repeatability and 1.2–15.7% error in hysteresis during cycling for over 2 h. Sensitivities of up to 7.5 atm−1 for 200 nm thick PLD samples at 0.058 atm partial pressure of water were measured.  相似文献

The energetic electron measurement is one of the most important issues to understand dynamics in space physics and the applications for space weather. In this study, the principle and functional components of the imaging energetic electron spectrometer(IES) onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in the inclined GEO orbit(IGSO) was introduced. The IES instrument is developed by the team in Peking University(BeiDa), thus it is named as BD-IES. Based on the pin-hole technique, the instrument can measure 50–600 keV electrons incident from 9 directions over a range of 180° in polar angle. With pulse height analysis(PHA), the spectrum can be determined for each direction. The energy and angular calibrations were performed, which show the good energy and angular characteristics of BD-IES. Monte Carlo simulations show that the anti-proton design of BDIES can effectively decrease the proton contamination on the electron measurements in the inclined GEO orbit. The primary results of BD-IES verify the successful design of this instrument.  相似文献

Seepage is a vital reason that may bring many adverse consequences such as subsidence,inclination and fracture to the channel,and is harmful to the safety and stability of the channel.Thus,a 3D visualization model is established for the engineering geological information of the research channel section by using NURBS-TIN-BRep hybrid data structure.Coupled with the VOF(volume of fluid)method,the N-S(Navier-Stokes)equations are applied to seepage simulation of the research channel section.Then the stability of the channel is studied coupled with the seepage simulation results,to comprehensively analyze the stress and displacement conditions of the channel under the impact of different factors such as seepage and underground goafs.The results of this study illustrate that the channel seepage has great influence on its stability,especially on the displacement field:it will lead to a significant sedimentation to the foundation.Therefore,during the practical construction,it is suggested that the certain part of the channel should be reinforced and effective seepage control measures should be taken.  相似文献

With the aggressive scaling of device technology,the leakage power has become the main part of power consumption,which seriously reduces the energy recovery efciency of adiabatic logic.In this paper,a novel low-power adiabatic logic based on FinFET devices has been proposed.Due to the lower leakage current,higher on-state current and design flexibility of FinFETs,the proposed adiabatic logic shows considerable power reduction,performance improvement and area saving compared with CMOS adiabatic logic.An 8-state clock chain as the test circuit has been demonstrated based on the 32-nm FinFET Predictive Technology Model.The simulation results show that adiabatic circuit based on FinFET devices achieves a power reduction of up to84.8%and a limiting frequency of up to 55 GHz.  相似文献

针对航空电子系统大容量信息传输的要求,本文利用IEEE-1394b串行总线的高速传输特性,设计一种基于IEEE-1394h串行总线标准的高速视频传输系统.重点阐述了该系统的整体设计思想和重点电路的硬件设计.实验表明,该系统硬件实现简单,处理速度快,具有较高的传输速率,已成功应用于某机载视频数据的传输.  相似文献
