高密度聚乙烯/丁苯橡胶热塑性硫化胶的形状记忆性能

采用动态硫化法制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),研究了橡塑比、定型温度、回复温度及增容剂苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)对HDPE/SBR TPV形状记忆性能的影响,观察了其微观结构,提出了形状记忆行为机制。结果表明,HDPE/SBR TPV具有典型的"海-岛"结构,拉伸后其表面存在明显的取向结构;SBS能显著提高HDPE/SBR TPV的形状记忆性能,当SBS用量为6份、定型温度和回复温度均为120℃时,HDPE/SBR TPV的形状记忆性能最佳。     

餐饮废油生物柴油低温流动性的改进研究

使用气-质联用仪测定餐饮废油生物柴油(WCME)和-10号柴油(-10PD)的组成,使用冷滤点试验器和运动黏度试验器测定WCME的低温流动性,同时使用调合、添加低温流动性改进剂的方法改进WCME的低温流动性。实验结果表明,WCME主要由饱和脂肪酸甲酯和不饱和脂肪酸甲酯组成,质量分数分别为27.63%和71.81%;WCME冷滤点为0℃,运动黏度(40℃)为4.41mm2/s;WCME与-10PD调合后,冷滤点降低,其中B20的冷滤点最低,为-13℃,运动黏度随着WCME的体积分数的减少,逐渐接近-10PD的运动黏度。通过添加低温流动性改进剂,WCME,B10,B20的冷滤点分别从0,-8,-13℃降至-4,-26,-25℃。     

CAN总线的输送控制系统集成化研究

针对现有技术中输送系统控制不稳定、控制能力低下等问题,本文提出基于工业CAN总线的输送系统集成化控制.在控制系统CAN通信节点利用代码进行数据的转化,通过emit关键字将数据绘制成显示曲线,由输入的代码不断对系统数据进行刷新,实现了输送系统的实时监控,提高了系统运行的安全性.通过时间同步技术将SAEAS6802时钟同步协议与时钟修正算法相结合,有效地对数据处理时间和接收时间进行校正,减少了数据接收误差,提高了时间同步精度.实验结果表明,本文研究方法提高了输送控制系统的运行安全性和可靠性.     

Effects of ethylene-octene copolymer (POE) on the brittle to ductile transition of high-density polyethylene/POE blends

Three kinds of ethylene-octene copolymers (POE) were melt-blended with high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) in different proportions. Detailed characterizations were conducted to analyze their structural differences of POE and its effects in toughening PE-HD. The higher molecular weight POE can improve the toughness of PE-HD. 60:40 PE-HD/POE is elongated to break up to 700% while impact strength is 84.7 kJ/m² at −30°C, which is 21-fold of PE-HD. In the brittle to ductile transition (BDT) during impact, the fracture mechanism changes from the crazing mode to the shear yield-plastic deformation mode. The BDT temperature decreases as the POE molecular weight and its content increase. The interface strength in tension is estimated to access their effects. The Boltzmann-type models were successfully extended to describe the typical S-shaped curves in BDT of notched impact strength vs POE content or temperature. The supplementary decay model is suggested for the attenuation in toughening. Transition map in impact is proposed to select the use range of composition (c ) and temperature (T ) for high toughness. The curves are converted into 3D graph of T -c -impact strength for illustrating their coupling-separate effects, and further into the contour map of impact strength in T -c space for finding their partial equivalence.     

一种微透镜阵列的研制

介绍一种利用表面张力的作用、以光纤作材料、用分离的自聚焦透镜制作微透镜阵型的方法，这种方法具有制作工艺简单、无须昂贵设备等优点，用此方法实际制作了具有良好连续面型的微透镜阵列，并对制作的微透镜阵列进行了测试，效果较好。

Properties of high reinforcement-content aluminum matrix composite for electronic packages

Aluminum matrix composites reinforced by a high volume fraction of ceramic particles provide a novel solution to electronic packaging technology, because of their high thermal conductivity, compatible and tailorable coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) with chips or substrates, low weight, enhanced specific stiffness, and low cost. In this paper, SiC-particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composites are fabricated by the cost-effective squeeze-casting technology, and their microstructure characteristics, thermo-physical, and mechanical properties are investigated. The reinforcement volume fraction is as high as 70% and composites with linear CTE of 6.9–9.7×10^–6 °C^–1 and thermal conductivity of 120–170 W m^–1 °C^–1 are produced. The composites can be electric-discharge machined, ground, and electric-spark drilled. An electroless nickel layer is plated on the composite by the conventional procedures. Finally, their potential applications in electronic packaging and thermal management are illustrated via prototype examples.     

减振器在自导系统结构设计中的应用

研究了 2乙基己酸的制备 ,该反应是 2乙基己醇与氢氧化钠在催化剂存在下进行氧化、脱氢 ,生成产物2乙基己酸。通过实验找到了一种新型、高效、廉价的催化剂 ,以及最佳反应条件。通过对 2乙基己酸的分析测试 ,产品完全符合质量标准。
