讨论骨架材料的规格、结构分布及工艺控制对全钢载重子午线轮胎性能的影响。胎体帘布采用带有外缠丝的 3 + 9+ 15× 0 2 2 + 0 15规格钢丝、胎体帘线密度在 45 0~ 65 0根·m- 1 范围内 (帘线直径大于 1 2mm)以及胎体反包端点在成品外轮廓曲线的第 2或 3条装配线上等措施均有利于保证胎体强度 ;合理设计带束层结构 ,端点与胎侧肩部花纹距离取 10mm左右有利于消除应力过度集中 ;采用钢丝增强带有利于提高胎圈刚性。  相似文献

The spinel LiMn2O4 cathode material was synthesized with the solid-state reaction method. Four manganese compounds including electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD), MnCO3, Mn3O4 and nano-EMD were used as Mn sources while LiOH·H2O was used as the uniform Li source. The crystal structure characteristics of these samples produced were investigated by means of XRD, SEM, particle size distribution analysis and specific surface area testing. Their electrochemical properties were also studied by comparing their specific capacity, charge and discharge efficiency and cycle performance.  相似文献

“Design Thinking” – a cross-disciplinary and user centered method – is an approach towards the discovery of solutions and sparks innovative thinking in many ways. It also can be argued, that designers put themselves in the place of the user rather than co-creating with the consumer. Innovation is one of the current keywords across many industries, and many attempt to find new solutions to daily problems. Design Thinking as method allows to understand user needs and understand their principle problems in daily life. The design process uses intensive collaboration in cross-disciplinary settings and is divided into the exploration of the problem space and the solution space to achieve new ways of solving existing problems. Design Thinking has to integrate into the innovation process and into organizational structures right from the beginning. It constitutes a complement to classical analytical processes for problems that require lateral, not linear thinking. This article reviews the practical application of this energetic methodology in the academic context and presents some hands-on examples. The course series has been established by the Entertainment and Media Management Lab. (EMMi Lab.) at the Tampere University of Technology (TUT) and was held in cooperation with students from the University of Tampere (UTA), and the Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK). One course has been held in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg-Stendal, Germany. This article describes how to train students especially with strong technical background and analytical mind-sets in the development of innovations in the field of media, foster creative thinking, and achieve problem solutions beyond the current state of the art. We present the basic curriculum, course structure, goals & objectives, applied methods, settings, and theoretical aspects of Design Thinking. Our experience and reflections on conducting the courses concludes this article. The article shall be an introductory guide for anyone who intends to organize a similar course in the university context.  相似文献

北斗卫星导航定位系统是我国自行研制的,它采用直接序列扩频技术,只有当扩频码完全同步之后才能解调出信息码。因此,对于扩频码的捕获和跟踪就成为一个非常重要的环节,基带信号处理就可实现这样的功能。JFM7201芯片是一款基带信号处理芯片,与相关的处理器配合,可以实现信号的捕获、跟踪、解调以及输出位置、速度和时间的相关信息,是北斗接收机一种比较好的实现方式。  相似文献

为了提高博斯腾湖流域水资源管理水平,设计开发了针对该流域的水资源管理决策支持系统。系统基于Microsoft.NET平台,采用Visual Studio、SQL Server、ArcGIS工具集开发,在流域“地-云-空”一体化监测体系和系统架构的基础上,构建了地图要素管理、基本水文信息、流域生态流量等主要模块,实现了流域空间可视化查询、实时流量动态模拟、流域生态基流计算以及水资源管理配置等功能。结合博斯腾湖流域1956—2019年水文资料及目前数据获取情况,系统可为不同发展模式下水资源管理提供多方面参考信息和技术支撑,能有效提高水资源管理部门决策效率。  相似文献

New hybrid auxetic chiral mechanical metamaterial are designed and fabricated via multi‐material 3D printing. Due to the chirality‐induced rotation, the material have unique sequential cell‐opening mechanisms. Mechanical experiments on the 3D printed prototypes and systematic FE simulations show that the effective stiffness, the Poisson's ratio and the cell‐opening mechanisms of the new design can be tuned in a very wide range by tailoring two non‐dimensional parameters: the cell size ratio and stiffness ratio of component materials. As example applications, sequential particle release mechanisms and color changing mechanisms of the new designs are also systematically explored. The present new design concepts can be used to develop new multi‐functional smart composites, sensors and/or actuators which are responsive to external load and/or environmental conditions for applications in drug delivery and color changing for camouflage.

Hybrid chiral mechanical metamaterials with center squares connecting by bi-layer strips (bi-strips) with patterned interfaces are designed and fabricated via multimaterial 3D printing. Due to the thermal mismatch between the bi-strips and the chirality-induced rotation, the designs will undergo either thermal expansion or shrinkage under constant temperature increase, resulting in widely tuned overall thermal expansion coefficients (CTEs) for the chiral mechanical metamaterials. Analytical models of both the bi-strips with arbitrary dissimilar interface morphology and the chiral designs under temperature change are developed to predict the curvature of the bi-strips and the overall CTEs of the chiral designs. Two design regions with opposite trends are observed and explored. The models are verified via systematic finite element (FE) simulations and experiments on 3D-printed specimens. This investigation enlarges the design space of chiral mechanical metamaterials for achieving desired CTEs in a wide range.  相似文献

高效准确的状态估计是综合能源系统安全稳定的基础。粒子滤波具有精度高、对非线性系统适应性强的优点,已应用于电力系统的状态估计中。为提高综合能源系统的状态估计精度,文中提出一种基于改进粒子滤波的综合能源系统预测辅助状态估计方法。首先,构建包含电-热-气网络的区域综合能源系统模型;然后,将粒子滤波算法拓展到电-热-气网络,在粒子滤波相关理论的基础上,针对传统粒子滤波算法存在的跟踪误差问题对粒子滤波的预测步进行改进;最后,利用经典的综合能源系统算例对文中提出的改进粒子滤波算法进行验证。结果证明该方法能够有效解决传统粒子滤波算法的跟踪误差问题,提高系统的估计精度。  相似文献
