ZJ510L-B汽车用高强度热轧板的试制

珠钢150t电弧炉-LF(VD)-CSP(紧凑式带材生产)流程试生产的5～8mm ZJ510L-B(0．16C--1．22Mn)汽车用高强度热轧板的铁素体晶粒尺寸为6．0～9．2μm，带状组织为1．5～2．5级，强度极限σb562～610MPa，延伸率δ5 32．0％～38．6％。文中还分析和提出了带状组织的形成原因和改进措施。

本文介绍了汉英机器翻译系统中从中间媒介语言生成英语的生成系统的词汇结构和功能，描述了生成系统各个层次之间的转换原理。为了说明清楚，在叙述中注意了列举从中间媒介中间媒介语言到目标语句的生成实例。     

Investigation of the Microstructure of Rolled Semi—Solid Steel

In this paper,spring steel-60Si2Mn and stainless steel-1Cr18Ni9Ti were rolled one pass in semi-solid state.The microstructural evolution during rolling of the steels with different solid fraction was investigated.The experimental results showed that the manner of liquid and solid phases flowing and deforming was different.During rolling,most of solid phases remained in the center of the rolled specimens,while liquid phase flowed to the edge,which resulted in the macrosegregation of liquid and solid phases.Only the amount of solid fraction reached a certain value,were the solid phases deformed and flattened.     

PARTICLE FLOW PATTERNS IN THE RISER AND DOWNER OF CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED

This paper presents an experimental study on the flow patterns of FCC particles in a 140 mm ID Circulating Fluidized Bed with concurrent upflow and downflow gas-solid suspension. Based on the distribution of local particle velocity and particle concentration measured by a Fiber-Optical Probe Laser Doppler Velocimeter and a Fiber Optical Probe System respectively, the different flow patterns of local particls concentration, local particle velocity, local particle fluctuating velocity and sectionally average particle velocity in concurrent upflow and downflow gas-solid system have been investigated. It is found that the particle flow in the concurrent downflow is much more uniform radially than that in the concurrent upflow riser. The investigation of flow patterns in different flow systems is of significance to the development of a new gas-solid reactor.     

基于语义分类的比较句识别与比较要素抽取研究

比较是人们常用的评估不同事物优劣、异同的表达方式,利用机器识别比较句并进一步抽取比较要素是语言信息处理领域一项新颖又有实用价值的课题。该文依据比较句与比较要素之间是一种“你中有我,我中有你”的共生关系,将比较句识别与比较要素抽取两个任务合二为一完成;根据词意分类,构建由领域词典、情感词典、标记词典、普通词典构成的词典系统;根据汉语比较句句义分类,构建比较句识别与比较要素抽取规则库。以第四届中文倾向性评测(COAE2012)发布的测试语料为实验对象,该系统取得了较好的实验(评测)结果。     

Preparation of HDPE/SEBS‐g‐MAH and its effect on mechanical properties of HDPE/wood flour composites

In this article, high density polyethylene/styrene‐ethylene‐butylene‐styrene block copolymer blends (HDPE/SEBS) grafted by maleic anhydride (HDPE/SEBS‐g‐MAH), which is an effective compatibilizer for HDPE/wood flour composites was prepared by means of torque rheometer with different contents of maleic anhydride (MAH). The experimental results indicated that MAH indeed grafted on HDPE/SEBS by FTIR analysis and the torque increased with increasing the content of maleic anhydride and dicumyl peroxide (DCP). Styrene may increase the graft reaction rate of MAH and HDPE/SEBS. When HDPE/SEBS MAH was added to HDPE/wood flour composites, tensile strength and flexural strength of composites can reach 25.9 and 34.8 MPa in comparison of 16.5 and 23.8 MPa (without HDPE/SEBS‐g‐MAH), increasing by 157 and 146%, respectively. Due to incorporation of thermoplastic elastomer in HDPE/SEBS‐g‐MAH, the Notched Izod impact strength reached 5.08 kJ m^?2, increasing by 145% in comparison of system without compatibilizer. That HDPE/SEBS‐g‐MAH improved the compatibility was also conformed by dynamic mechanical measurement. Scanning electron micrographs provided evidence for strong adhesion between wood flour and HDPE matrix with addition of HDPE/SEBS‐g‐MAH. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 2007

结合全局和局部特征的BiGRU-RA图像中文描述模型

针对目前基于全局特征的图像描述模型存在细节语义信息不足的问题,提出结合全局和局部特征的图像中文描述模型.该模型采用编码器-解码器框架,在编码阶段,分别使用残差网络(residual networks,ResNet)和Faster R-CNN提取图像的全局特征和局部特征,提高模型对不同尺度图像特征的利用.采用嵌入了残差连接结构和视觉注意力结构的双向门控循环单元(bi-directional gated recurrent unit,BiGRU)作为解码器(BiGRU with residual connection and attention,BiGRU-RA).模型可以自适应分配图像特征和文本权重,改善图像特征区域和上下文信息的映射关系.此外,加入基于强化学习的策略梯度对模型的损失函数进行改进,直接对评价指标CIDEr进行优化.在AI Challenger全球挑战赛图像中文描述数据集上进行训练和实验,实验结果表明,该模型获得更高的评分,生成的描述语句更准确、更详细.     

新型玉米精密播种机排种监视器设计

针对目前市场上排种监视器计数不准、抗干扰能力差等缺点,采用微计算机智能控制与光电检测技术相结合的方法,设计一种新型玉米精密播种机排种监视器。该监视器在固定时间间隔内,根据光电传感器实时监测的玉米落籽情况,统计漏播指数、重播指数及合格指数等重要参数,并且具有面积自动统计、掉电计数及漏播报警等功能。经实际使用结果证明,该监视器结构合理,性能稳定可靠,对农业生产具有巨大的生产意义和经济效益。
