基于状态空间法的电动机故障诊断和识别

电动机的初期故障信号一般较弱,不易辨别,而状态空间法在小信号的处理中灵敏度很高。为达到对电动机故障的诊断和识别,试图把状态空间法应用到对电动机的故障诊断中,先通过推导,从数学理论层面分析了状态空间法对于电动机故障信号的可辨别性,再使用Matlab软件搭建状态空间的辨别模型,把实验台测试的三组数据导入到模型中进行测试。测试的结果有力地证明了此方法的可行性,并能克服快速傅里叶变换(FFT)中数据采集量较大、分辨率不高的缺点。     

Sparse non-convex Lp regularization for cone-beam X-ray luminescence computed tomography

Cone-beam X-ray luminescence computed tomography (CB-XLCT) is an attractive hybrid imaging modality, and it has the potential of monitoring the metabolic processes of nanophosphors-based drugs in vivo. However, the XLCT imaging suffers from a severe ill-posed problem. In this work, a sparse nonconvex L_p (0?p?L₁ regularization. Further, an iteratively reweighted split augmented lagrangian shrinkage algorithm (IRW_SALSA-L_p) was proposed to efficiently solve the non-convex L_p (0?p?p-values (1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8) in both 3D digital mouse experiments and in vivo experiments. The results demonstrate that the proposed non-convex methods outperform L₂ and L₁ regularization in accurately recovering sparse targets in CB-XLCT. 针对国外变频器价格昂贵、调试周期和维修周期长等特点，我公司自主研发了可替代进口机的高性能钻机国产专用变频器。该变频器能够从零开始调速。当钻井卡钻时，能及时断开电动机，在低速提升时，能最大限度地发挥电动机的动力特性，提供220％的转矩输出。变频器具有易安装、调试、维护，性能稳定。应用中据实测数据显示，采用变频改造后，打1口井可节省柴油15t。     

Defocusing image to pattern contact holes using attenuated phase shift masks

The patterning of contact holes by selecting out-of-focus image plane (defocus) using attenuated phase shift masks (APSM) has been studied. Defocus is found to enhance the image modulation at low partial coherence for contact holes with negative local average of mask function. Semi-dense holes up to 130 nm in 8% APSM have been printed by 0.5 μm defocus at a partial coherence of 0.31 using KrF scanner with highest numerical aperture of 0.68. However, these holes were closed with in-focus imaging. Defocus is also found to be beneficial for patterning the pitches that have extensive side lobes with in-focus imaging.

以H 2软性填料作为氧化亚铁硫杆菌的固定化载体 ,构成了固定床生物反应器。在一定操作条件下 ,考察了固定床生物反应器对Fe2 +的氧化速率 ,最大可达 7.6 7g/ (L·h)。并对固定床生物反应器运行中在载体表面形成的络合物进行了研究 ,X射线衍射证明此络合物为黄钾铁矾 [KFe3(SO4 ) 2 (OH) 6]。

为了降低紧密纺色织品种的浆纱断头,提高产品质量,分析了该品种在浆纱过程中产生断头的原因,介绍了在操作方面应采取的措施及在工艺方面应注意的问题.通过适当加大干分绞区张力及前浆槽纱线的喂入张力、预烘张力,单独控制前浆槽的浆液粘度,确保回潮率满足工艺要求,有效解决了紧密纺色织品种浆纱断头问题,提高了织轴质量.     

A stochastic realization algorithm via block LQ decomposition in Hilbert space

A stochastic realization problem of a stationary stochastic process is re-visited, and a new stochastically balanced realization algorithm is derived in a Hilbert space generated by second-order stationary processes. The present algorithm computes a stochastically balanced realization by means of the singular value decomposition of a weighted block Hankel matrix derived by a “block LQ decomposition”. Extension to a stochastic subspace identification method explains how the proposed abstract algorithm is implemented in system identification.
