Sparse non-convex Lp regularization for cone-beam X-ray luminescence computed tomography

Cone-beam X-ray luminescence computed tomography (CB-XLCT) is an attractive hybrid imaging modality, and it has the potential of monitoring the metabolic processes of nanophosphors-based drugs in vivo. However, the XLCT imaging suffers from a severe ill-posed problem. In this work, a sparse nonconvex L_p (0?p?L₁ regularization. Further, an iteratively reweighted split augmented lagrangian shrinkage algorithm (IRW_SALSA-L_p) was proposed to efficiently solve the non-convex L_p (0?p?p-values (1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8) in both 3D digital mouse experiments and in vivo experiments. The results demonstrate that the proposed non-convex methods outperform L₂ and L₁ regularization in accurately recovering sparse targets in CB-XLCT. Study of Disk-Loaded Waveguide Filled with Plasma

Recently disk-loaded waveguide has been widely used in high-power traveling wave tubes (HPTWT). It has been shown in many experiments that the interaction efficiency and output power can be increased greatly by injecting plasma into the vacuum microwave device. Using field analysis, the dispersion characteristics and the interaction impedance of the disk-loaded waveguide filled with plasma are analyzed in a strong longitudinal magnetic field. In conclusion, the frequency of the TM₀₁ mode increases as the density of the plasma increases. It also can be found when the plasma density increases to a large scale, the TM₀₁ mode of the disk-loaded waveguide overlaps the TG mode, these two modes couple each other and form the new hybrid modes.

A stochastic model for localized disturbances and its applications

A stochastic model for local disturbances, particularly for a temporal harmonic with random modulations in amplitude and/or phase, is proposed in this paper. Results for the second moment responses of a linear single-degree-of-freedom system to this type of stochastic loading demonstrate a significant change in response characteristics due to a small uncertainty. A local phenomenon may last much longer and resonance may be smeared to a broad range. Integrated with wavelet transform, the proposed approach may be used to model a random process with non-stationary frequency content. Especially, it can be effectively used for Monte Carlo simulation to generate large size of samples that have similar characteristics in time and frequency domains as a pre-selected mother sample has. The technique has a great potential for the case where uncertainty study is warranted but the available samples are limited.

Cd-ZSM-5沸石催化剂的制备、表征和芳构化催化性能

采用离子交换、浸渍和混合三种方法制备镉改性ZSM-5沸石催化剂,考察了改性方法和镉含量对催化剂的表面酸性和Cd状态以及芳构化性能的影响。结果表明,加入镉降低了B酸性,Cd~(2+)与沸石结合形成了L_(1612)酸中心,其生成量取决于改性方法和Cd含量,并与芳构化活性提高有直接关系。

本文介绍了用α谱仪同时测定人骨骼中~(228)Th、~(230)Th和~(232)Th含量的方法。样品用浓 HNO_3和 H_2O_3湿灰化,草酸钙共沉淀载带、CL-5208萃淋树脂和743阳离子交换树脂联合分离后,电沉积制源,在低温半导体α谱仪上测量。该方法对~(234)Th的全程回收率为95.0±1.7%,对铀和镭的去污系数分别为6.3×10~4和1.5×10~3,对~(228)Th、~(230)Th、~(232)Th 的探测下限分别为0.432、0.135和0.108Bq/kg(鲜重)。
