水泥浆失水制约下套管与井眼间隙的研究

通过对水泥浆失水规律的室内试验分析以厦对注水泥顶替过程中水泥浆失水桥堵套管与井眼间隙问题的研究，建立了顶替过程中滤失层不发生水泥浆失水而桥堵环形空间的临界失水量计算模型，提出了调配水泥浆失水性能和确定合理套管井眼间隙的具体方法，对注水泥现场施工和井身结构设计具有一定的指导意义。     

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Acicular Lead Titanate Fine Powders

A pure, acicular lead titanate (PbTiO₃) fine powder with a white color has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. It is a new phase of PbTiO₃ with I 4 symmetry, cell parameters of a = 12.358 Å and b = 14.541 Å, and a density of 6.80 g.cm⁻³. The influences of pH (12.5 to 14.4), Pb/Ti ratio (1.0 to 1.6) in the feedstock, reaction temperature (130° to 230°C), time (0.25 to 4 h), starting materials, and additives on the formation of acicular PbTiO₃ under hydrothermal conditions have been investigated. The acicular PbTiO₃ with I 4 symmetry, referred to as the PX phase, can be converted to the perovskite-type (PE phase) of PbTiO₃ at about 605°C while its acicular morphology is essentially unchanged. The preferable conditions for preparing pure acicular PX-phase PbTiO₃ are that the pH is 13.0 to 14.0, Pb/Ti ratio is >1.3, reaction temperature is 170° to 200°C, time is 0.5 to 1.0 h, titanium butoxide (Ti[O(CH₂)₃CH₃]₄) is the starting material, and poly(vinyl alcohol) is an additive. The acicular grain of the PX phase is usually less than 100 nm in diameter and more than 1000 nm in length.     

迁安精矿粉高碱度烧结矿试验研究

对迁安地区磁选精矿粉添加磷石粉和Ｂ２Ｏ３，生产二元碱率为２．０左右的高碱度烧结矿，在实验室和现场进行了试验。结果表明：加入少量磷灰石粉或硼即可完全抑制烧结矿冷却过程中的自然粉化现象；ＭｇＯ含量对烧结矿质量影响明显；烧结矿的冶金性能良好。     

真空蒸发沉积VOPc薄膜及磁场对薄膜结构与性能的影响

用真空蒸发制备了酞菁氧钒 (VOPc)薄膜 ,并在磁场中进行了热处理。用X光电子能谱、X射线衍射、紫外 可见吸收光谱、原子力显微镜等手段对制备的薄膜进行了表征。结果表明沉积的酞菁氧钒薄膜为α 型 ,成分接近酞菁氧钒的分子式。制备的薄膜在磁场中进行了热处理 ,发现磁场使酞菁氧钒薄膜性质发生改变 :UV VIS吸收谱Q带发生红移 ;XRD谱图衍射峰强度明显增强 ,峰位略有变化 ;原子力显微镜 (AFM)分析发现晶粒大小无明显变化。以上结果说明磁场的存在使得VOPc分子在热处理过程中发生了定向的排列     

Dependence of Silicon Carbide Product Morphology on the Degree of Mechanical Activation

Mechanical activation before carbothermic reduction can substantially enhance the formation of SiC from SiO₂and carbon mixtures. However, the morphology (e.g., particles or whiskers) of SiC formed from mechanically activated SiO₂and carbon mixtures is dependent of the degree of mechanical activation and the condition of the subsequent carbothermic reduction. These phenomena are investigated and rationalized based on the increased reactivity of the reactants and SiC formation mechanisms.

Excellent Polyimide Dielectrics Containing Conjugated ACAT for High-Temperature Polymer Film Capacitor

In order to meet the requirements of polymer dielectric materials for high thermal stability and excellent dielectric properties in the application of high-temperature film capacitors, a series of polyimide (PI) films are fabricated by introducing a self-synthesized aniline trimer (ACAT) with a conjugated structure in this work. Since the conjugated ACAT in the main chains of PI improves the electron polarization and carrier mobility of the PI molecular chains, the dielectric constant of the ACAT-PI films is greatly enhanced (4.4–7.4). Meanwhile, the dissipation factor does not increase apparently (0.002–0.013). The dielectric properties are stable even when the temperature is up to 200 °C, the thermal degradation temperature is as high as 450 °C, and the mechanical properties are also excellent (70–105 MPa). Among all the films, the PI film with 5 mol% ACAT exhibits the maximal energy density of 3.6 J cm⁻³ under the field of 426 kV mm⁻¹, the high tensile strength (90 MPa) and the excellent thermal stability (T_d5 = 515 °C). The work paves the way to prepare high-temperature polymer dielectric film materials with high energy storage density.     

中空螺旋状不锈钢冷却水喷头的熔模精密铸造

采用熔模精密铸造工艺，生产中空螺旋状不锈钢冷却水喷头，其工艺要点是，采用热型重力浇注，在高温下进行自由浇注。同时采用先慢后快，流量由小到大的浇注方法。结果表明：铸件表面光洁，无砂眼、气孔等缺陷，铸件合格率高于90％；在实际使用中，雾化区域直径大于1．5m，雾化率大于90％，喷雾效果稳定良好；盐雾试验2000h没有锈蚀，具有优良的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。
