晚期糖基化终产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)被认为和氧化应激、多种慢性疾病以及人体衰老等具有密切关系,近年来成为医药和健康领域的研究热点,但在食品领域研究相对较少。事实上,食物由于不同的加工处理方法和存放条件,可能会产生AGEs;若长期摄入AGEs可能增加体内的AGEs水平从而对人体造成危害,对食品中AGEs的研究已引起食品领域科学家的关注。文中主要对食品中AGEs的生成机理、主要种类、检测方法、对人体的影响,以及控制方法等几方面进行综述。 相似文献

A novel 2D sheet-like copper(II) complex formulated [Cu6(trans-oxen)3(μ3-OH)2(H2O)2]n-(ClO4)4n.2nH2O (1), where H2oxen is N,N’-bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamide, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV–visible spectroscopy,
and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in triclinic space group P-1 with crystallographic data: a = 10.299(2) ?, b = 10.833(2) ?, c = 11.781(2) ?, α = 69.95(3)°, β = 81.10(3)°, γ = 62.44(3)°, and Z = 2. In the crystal structure, the cation [Cu6(trans-oxen)3(μ3-OH)2(H2O)2]n4n+ exhibits a two-dimensional sheet-like structure for Cu(II) ions bridged both by trans-oxen and hydroxyl groups. Each Cu(II) ion is located in a slightly distorted square-pyramidal environment. The hydroxyl group

Double-perovskite La2NiMnO6 (LNMO) nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation process, and the adsorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA) protein on these nanoparticles was carried out. The powder samples were annealed at 750, 850, 950, and 1,050°C, respectively. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results reveal that there are double perovskites and exhibit mixed orientations, without any impurity phases. Transmission electron microscopy results as well as the XRD estimate results show that the crystalline size is about 34 to 40 nm. The adsorption of BSA on the magnetic nanoparticles was analyzed using a UV spectrophotometer at room temperature. The results show that the as-prepared LNMO nanoparticles display a good adsorbing ability for BSA, and the nanoparticle sintered at 850°C has the highest value of 219.6 mg/g, which is much higher than others. 相似文献

Energy efficiency is an important factor in developing energy policies as it represents the extent to which resources support economic output. In recent literature, relevant studies have mainly focused on aggregate energy efficiency, but rarely touched on the marginal efficiency of diverse energy resources and their comparative substitution rate. During 1978–2003, China's energy efficiency continually increased; and consequently became a hot topic in contemporary literature. However, there is no empirical study on the relationship between energy structure and energy efficiency. In order to close the gap, this paper reports the empirical study of the impact of China's energy structure on its energy efficiency from 1978 to 2003. The work covered primary estimation of the marginal efficiency of coal and petroleum in China, as well as the comparative substitution rate. The sound and vibration signal of internal combustion engine (ICE) is typically unsteady and very complex. Recently the wavelet transform, we see, is being widely used as a time–frequency representation. A new technique that is based on traditional wavelet transform and has many advantages over traditional spectrograms is proposed in this study. The performance of the new technique is validated by applying it to a numerical simulation and test signals. It is shown that the new technique is suited for complicated signals that contain multiple impacts and/or dynamic changes in time and frequency domain. 相似文献
