This paper presents an extended object model for case-based reasoning (CBR) in product configuration design. In the extended object model, a few methods of knowledge expression are adopted, such as constraints, rules, objects, etc. On the basis of extended object model, case representation model for CBR is applied to product configuration design system. The product configuration knowledge can be represented by the extended object. The model can support all the processes of CBR in product configuration design, such as case representation, indexing, retrieving, and case revising. The presented model is an extension of the traditional object-oriented model by including the relationship class used to express the relation between the cases, constraints class used in the product configuration knowledge representation, index class used in case retrieving, and solution class used in case revising. Therefore, the product configuration knowledge used in the product configuration design can be represented by using this model. In the end, a metering pump product configuration design system is developed on the basis of the proposed product configuration model to support customized products.  相似文献

(CoxZn1–x)TiNb2O8 (x = 0.2–0.8) microwave dielectric ceramics were synthesized via the conventional solid-state reaction route, and the correlation of microwave dielectric properties on the crystal structure was discussed. Crystal structures of ceramic samples were systematically investigated by X-ray powder diffraction. Moreover, composition-induced phase transitions were confirmed via the following sequence: for x ≤ 0.2, single-phase orthorhombic ixiolite (ZnTiNb2O8) was formed, whereas for 0.3 ≤ x<0.8, ixiolite and rutile coexisted. When x ≥ 0.8, only single-phase rutile was detected. For the (CoxZn1–x)TiNb2O8 ceramics, the microwave dielectric properties were changed with the crystal structural transitions: the dielectric constant (εr) and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) increased upon increasing the Co2+, but the quality factor (Q) decreased. A near-zero τf = +1.6 ppm/°C was obtained in the Co0.38Zn0.62TiNb2O8 ceramics with εr = 40.7 and high Q × f = 16 790 GHz. These research outcomes are expected to have great significance for developing microwave dielectric ceramics in practical applications.  相似文献

Ni-base metal–intermetallic laminate composites were obtained from in situ reaction synthesis between Ni and Al foils by utilizing plasma activated sintering. The effects of Ni foil thickness on the microstructure and tensile properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the phases forming during reaction synthesis are independent of the starting thickness of the Ni foils. However, thicker reacted layers are obtained in the samples fabricated from 100 lm Ni foils(Ni100) than those obtained in the samples from 50 lm Ni foils(Ni50)when treated at the same process. The tensile strength of Ni100 samples increases with the temperature increasing at the expense of ductility. Dissimilarly, Ni50 composites treated at higher temperatures exhibit enhanced strength and ductility. Both Ni50 and Ni100 laminate fracture in a similar mechanism. Cracking first occurs in the brittle intermetallic layers. These original cracks result in shear bands in Ni layers emitted from the crack tips, and thus producing local stress concentration, which initiates new cracks in adjacent intermetallic layers. The multiplication of cracks and shear bands leads to the failure of the laminates.  相似文献

Pailous are representative Chinese architectural works used for commemoration. However, their geometric structure and semantic construction rules are too complex for quick and intuitive modelling using traditional modelling tools. We propose an intuitive modelling system for the stylized creation of pailous for novices. Our system encapsulates structural components as icons and semantic layouts as topological graphs, using which users create and manipulate icons with topological recommendations. The interpreter automatically and immediately transforms a graph to its corresponding model using built-in components with the proposed parametric L-system grammars derived from architectural rules. Using this system to re-create existing representative pailous and design imaginary ones yields results with the desired visual complexities. In comparison to Maya, a 3D modelling tool, when modelling a pailou and toukung, our system is effective and simple, and eliminates the need to remember and understand complex rules.  相似文献

高速动车组是由多节车辆与钩缓装置链接而成的复杂系统. 将钩缓装置等效成弹簧 − 阻尼器系统, 分析动车组运行过程中钩缓装置对相邻车辆作用的动力学机理, 明确作用方式, 建立高速动车组的强耦合模型. 根据列车模型动力或制动力输入的分散特征, 设计分布式神经网络滑模控制策略, 对高速动车组进行速度跟踪控制. 为减小速度跟踪过程中未知因素对高速动车组控制精度的影响, 利用列车历史运行数据, 采用历史工况数据中心对当前控制律输出进行补偿以提高控制精度与实用稳定性. 采用高速动车组运行仿真平台的仿真实验结果表明, 该建模方法较以往多质点模型更能体现高速动车组运行特性, 且采用补偿规则的控制策略优于传统控制效果.  相似文献

近年来,形式化验证技术受到了越来越多的关注,它在保障安全关键领域系统的安全性和正确性方面发挥着重要的作用.模型检测作为形式化验证中自动化程度较高的分支,具有十分广阔的发展前景.本文中我们研究并提出了一种新的模型检测技术,可以有效地对迁移系统进行模型检测,包括不安全性检测和证明安全性.与现有的模型检测算法不同,我们提出的这种方法——基于不可满足核(unsatisfiable core,UC)的近似逼近可达性分析(UC-based approximate incremental reachability,UAIR),主要利用不可满足核来求解一系列的候选安全不变式直至生成最终的不变式,以此来实现安全性证明和不安全性检测(漏洞查找).在基于SAT求解器的符号模型检测中,我们使用由可满足性求解器得到的UC构造候选安全不变式,如果迁移系统本身是安全的,我们得到的初始不变式只是安全不变式的一个近似.然后,我们在检查安全性的同时,逐步改进候选安全不变式,直到找到一个真正的不变式,证明系统是安全的;如果系统是不安全的,我们的方法最终可以找到一个反例证明系统是不安全的.作为一种全新的方法,我们利用不可满足核进行安全性模型检测,取得了相当好的效果.众所周知,模型检测领域没有绝对最好的方法,尽管我们的方法在基准的可解数量上无法超越当前的成熟方法例如IC3、CAR等,但是我们的方法却可以解出3个其他方法都无法解出的案例,相信本方法可以作为模型检测工具集很有价值的补充.  相似文献

用磁控反应溅射(RS)法制备出GexC1-x薄膜,它的折射率可在1.6~4.0之间变化,设计出没厚度的GexC1-x均匀增透膜 非均匀增透膜系,并在ZnS基片上制备出GexC1-x均匀增膜系,设计结果表明,均匀膜系实现某-波段范围内增透,非均匀膜系能实现宽波段增透;当厚度增加时,均匀增透膜系的透过率曲线变得急剧振荡,非均匀膜系的透过率曲线变得更为平滑,且向长波段扩展,实现结果表明,在8~11.5μ  相似文献

RING-finger-type ubiquitin E3 ligase Constitutively Photomorphogenic 1 (COP1) and floral integrators such as FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT), TWIN SISTER OF FT (TSF) and SUPPRESSOR OF OVEREXPRESSION OF CONSTANS1 (SOC1) have been identified as regulators of stomatal movement. However, little is known about their roles and relationship in dark-induced stomatal closure. Here, we demonstrated that COP1 is required for dark-induced stomatal closure using cop1 mutant. The cop1 mutant closed stomata in response to exogenous nitric oxide (NO) but not hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and H2O2 but not NO accumulated in cop1 in darkness, further indicating that COP1 acts downstream of H2O2 and upstream of NO in dark-induced stomatal closure. Expression of FT, TSF and SOC1 in wild-type (WT) plants decreased significantly with dark duration time, but this process was blocked in cop1. Furthermore, ft, tsf, and soc1 mutants accumulated NO and closed stomata faster than WT plants in response to darkness. Altogether, our results indicate that COP1 transduces H2O2 signaling, promotes NO accumulation in guard cells by suppressing FT, TSF and SOC1 expression, and consequently leads to stomatal closure in darkness. These findings add new insights into the mechanisms of dark-induced stomatal closure.  相似文献
