Achieving Rich and Active Alkaline Hydrogen Evolution Heterostructures via Interface Engineering on 2D 1T‐MoS2 Quantum Sheets

Large‐scale production of hydrogen from water‐alkali electrolyzers is impeded by the sluggish kinetics of hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) electrocatalysts. The hybridization of an acid‐active HER catalyst with a cocatalyst at the nanoscale helps boost HER kinetics in alkaline media. Here, it is demonstrated that 1T–MoS₂ nanosheet edges (instead of basal planes) decorated by metal hydroxides form highly active ${\text{edge}}_{{\text{1T‐MoS}}_{\text{2}}}$/ ${\text{edge}}_{\text{Ni}{(\text{OH})}_{\text{2}}}$ heterostructures, which significantly enhance HER performance in alkaline media. Featured with rich ${\text{edge}}_{{\text{1T‐MoS}}_{\text{2}}}$/ ${\text{edge}}_{\text{Ni}{(\text{OH})}_{\text{2}}}$ sites, the fabricated 1T–MoS₂ QS/Ni(OH)₂ hybrid (quantum sized 1T–MoS₂ sheets decorated with Ni(OH)₂ via interface engineering) only requires overpotentials of 57 and 112 mV to drive HER current densities of 10 and 100 mA cm^?2, respectively, and has a low Tafel slope of 30 mV dec^?1 in 1 m KOH. So far, this is the best performance for MoS₂‐based electrocatalysts and the 1T–MoS₂ QS/Ni(OH)₂ hybrid is among the best‐performing non‐Pt alkaline HER electrocatalysts known. The HER process is durable for 100 h at current densities up to 500 mA cm^?2. This work not only provides an active, cost‐effective, and robust alkaline HER electrocatalyst, but also demonstrates a design strategy for preparing high‐performance catalysts based on edge‐rich 2D quantum sheets for other catalytic reactions.     

测试(试井)成果影响因素浅析

随着测试技术的发展、测试质量及资料解释水平的提高，测试（试井）成果的可靠程度越来越受到重视。影响解释成果的环节和因素很多，从客观和主观两方面分析其主要因素，找出症结所在，从而完善现场环节，完善资料解释过程，提高测试技术及解释水平。     

Synthesis and Characterization of Pr0.6-xNdxCa0.4FeO3-δ with Pechini Method

Pr0.6-x NdxCa0.4 FeO3-δ （ x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6） were synthesized using Pechini method. A number of studies were conducted concerning composition, specific area, crystalline structure and microstructure of the samples by means of FT-IR, BET, XRD TG-DTA and SEM. The results show that all the samples with different doping amounts of Pr^3＋ and Nd^3＋ on A-site are fine dispersed, and mean particle size less than 100 nm. The powders have good sinterability, and the relative density is 95% after sintered at 1200 ℃ for 2 h. It is found that all specimens are entirely single phase solid solutions with orthorhombic perovskite structure, the stable perovskitetype phase is formed completely after calcination at 900 ℃.     

DFIT测试在长庆气田开发中的应用

与常规的小型测试压裂不同，流体注入诊断测试（DFIT）是通过关井阶段出现的拟线性流或拟径向流阶段求取储层压力，采用改进的梅耶霍夫方法（M-method）解释储层渗透率。以长庆榆林气田一口开发井为例，依据DFIT的技术原理和测试步骤，对该井测试压降数据进行解释分析，结果可信度较高，证明了该项工艺在长庆低压低渗油气田的可行性。     

克拉2气田水处理装置设计浅析

介绍了克拉2气田中央处理厂一期气田水处理装置的处理工艺特点和流程。针对气田水的最终去向，分析气田水的水质特点，提出合理的处理方案，既符合环保要求，达到保护环境的目的，又简化了工艺，节约了投资。     

MPTA型原油脱金属剂的工业应用

在对高金属含量原油进行初步评价的基础上，利用SH—Ⅰ型电脱盐试验仪对自主开发的MPTA型原油脱金属剂进行了原油脱金属的实验室研究。结果表明，当MPTA型脱金属剂加入量为250μg／g时，钙的脱除率可达97．4％，并且对其它金属元素，如镍、铁、钠、锰、铝和钒也有明显的脱除效果。该剂在山东恒源石油化工股份有限公司重交沥青车间500kt／a的电脱盐装置上进行原油脱金属工业试验的结果表明，经过二级电脱盐处理后，钙的脱除率达到99．1％，钠的脱除率为94．6％，铁的脱除率为82．9％，并可在一定程度上降低原油中镍和铜的含量。使用MPTA型原油脱金属剂显著降低了一、二级电脱盐装置的电场电流，有利于炼油厂的节能降耗。     

自旋式脱接器在临盘油田的应用

为保障临盘采油厂的大泵井正常生产 ,购进了自旋式脱接器。这种脱接器由上体和下体两部分组成 ,上体包括轨道管和轨道套 ;下体包括接头、挡圈、弹簧、滑套和中心杆。自旋式脱接器可在任意位置和角度对接和脱开 ,对接和脱开时只需下放和上提抽油杆柱即可完成。当泵砂卡时 ,左旋抽油杆柱即可脱开 ,解决了砂卡井脱接器不能脱开的难题。该脱接器可重复对接12 0次以上 ,耐疲劳寿命 7× 10 7次以上     

激光熔覆前合金粉末的火焰喷涂

火焰喷涂是激光熔覆前合金粉末的预置方法之一。本文在实验的基础上,探讨了工艺过程,并讨论了影响质量的因素。     

Structural study of cubic pyrochlores based on quantum mechanical simulation

In the ideal A₂B₂O₆O′ pyrochlore structure, the x-value of O atom position is a variable parameter. In Bi_1.5ZnNb_1.5−xTa_xO₇ (BZNT) cubic pyrochlores, the x-values alter with the different compositions of Nb/Ta. In this work, a series of initial models for BZNT were established by analyzing X-ray diffraction data. Then three structure modifying methods, including Rietveld refinement, Rietveld refinement with energy and geometry optimization based on quantum mechanics, were employed to obtain the precise models using Materials Studio. Moreover, the reflectivities of BZNT were computed by quantum mechanical simulation based on the refined models. Comparing the simulation results from different modifying models with the experimental results, it is found that Rietveld refinement with energy optimization is the most accurate method for BZNT pyrochlores. According to the simulation results, the different reflectivities correspond well with various x-values of O atom positions in BZNT pyrochlores.
