文本自动分类技术在提高文本信息利用的有效性和准确性上具有重要的现实意义和广阔的应用前景。随着Internet上维吾尔文信息的迅速发展,维吾尔文文本分类成为处理和组织这些大量文本数据的关键技术。研究维吾尔文文本分类相关技术和方法,针对维吾尔文文本在向量空间模型表示下的高维性,本文采用词干提取和χ2统计量相结合的方法对表示空间进行降维。采用SVM算法构造了维吾尔文文本分类器。针对维吾尔文文本分类语料进行的实验结果表明,SVM分类器的MacroF1值达到了84.6%,明显好于kNN方法。  相似文献

Today, the design of antenna arrays is very important in providing effective and efficient wireless communication. The purpose of antenna array synthesis is to obtain a radiation pattern with a low side lobe level (SLL) at a desired half power beam width in far-field. The amplitude and position values of the array elements can be optimized to obtain a radiation pattern with suppressed SLLs. In this paper, swarm-based metaheuristic algorithms including particle swarm optimization (PSO), artificial bee colony (ABC), mayfly algorithm (MA) and jellyfish search (JS) are compared to determine the optimal design of linear antenna arrays. Extensive experiments are conducted on designing 10-, 16-, 24- and 32-element linear arrays by determining the amplitude and positions. Experiments are repeated 30 times due to the random nature of swarm-based optimizers, and statistical results show that the performance of the novel algorithms, MA and JS, is better than that of the well-known PSO and ABC methods.

新疆1949—2019年洪水灾害调查与特征分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
洪水灾害是新疆最严重的自然灾害,调查并研究洪水灾害的特征与规律对防洪减灾有重要意义。本文通过调查新疆洪水灾害相关的年鉴、公报、简报及文献资料等,统计分析了新疆1949-2019年近71年主要洪水灾害,给出了洪水灾害的时间及地域分布规律、灾害类型特征。对洪水灾害造成的直接经济损失及占国民生产总值的比例进行了统计分析,并重点对2006年以后的受灾人口与死亡人口、直接经济损失进行了分析。结果表明,虽然洪水频次与洪灾直接经济损失有增加趋势,但因灾死亡人口及直接经济损失所占GDP比重不断减少,并趋于平稳,防洪减灾效益明显。本文研究为新疆洪水灾害风险评估、防御应对与决策支持提供了借鉴参考。  相似文献

Natural periods of steel plate shear wall systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In most seismic building codes, the design base acceleration is computed using the natural period of vibration of the structure. Design specifications provide empirical formula to estimate the fundamental natural period of a system. In this study a class of steel plate shear walls, that have uniform properties through their height, was considered. The fundamental natural periods of this class of structures were determined using three dimensional geometrically linear finite element analyses and were compared against the estimates provided by seismic design specifications. Comparisons reveal that estimations using approximate formula can lead to unsatisfactory results. Based on this observation a simple hand method has been developed to predict the fundamental period of a steel plate shear wall. In the development of the hand method the steel plate shear wall has been recognized as a vertical cantilever for which simplified analytical solutions exist. Contributions of shear and bending stiffness of the wall have been explicitly taken into account. Furthermore, this simple method has been extended to dual systems having plate walls and special moment frames in the context of theories on wall-frame structures. Natural period estimations using the method that was developed in this study are compared with the finite element solutions and a good agreement is demonstrated. In addition, the effects of geometrical and material nonlinearities on the fundamental period were explored. The fundamental periods of steel plate walls were investigated at various drift levels. Based on the numerical analysis, elongation of the periods due to buckling and yielding of infill plates were quantified and are presented herein.  相似文献

A performance based building code [1] was introduced in Australia in 1996. In order that fire brigades could ensure that their functional role was maintained in the building code, a method of quantifying fire brigade roles was required. In response to this issue, the Australasian Fire Authorities Council (AFAC) formed a Performance Based Fire Engineering Committee. This committee developed a model that determines the time taken by a fire brigade to undertake its activities at a fire scene.The Fire Brigade Intervention Model [2] is an event-based methodology, which quantifies fire brigade responses employed during a structure fire from time of notification through to control and extinguishment. It has been primarily developed for use in fire engineering design in a performance based regulatory environment so that the functional role of a fire brigade can be effectively incorporated into the building design process. It establishes a structured framework necessary to both determine and measure fire brigade activities on a time-line basis. It interacts with the output of other sub-systems, which model such events as fire growth, smoke spread, fire spread, detection and suppression as well as occupant avoidance.This paper describes the Fire Brigade Intervention Model, now available for use by fire brigades and fire engineers. The model has been developed for specific case and site analysis and is applicable to most structural fire scenarios. As the expertise of the local fire brigade will be incorporated inthe input parameters, it is valid for most brigade types, crew sizes and resource limitations.This paper also describes ongoing developments including a training package and computer program.The terms fire brigade and fire department are synonymous.  相似文献

A new monomer (2-N,N-dimethylamino-4,6-Bis (2-thienyl)–pyrimidine) was synthesized and its homopolymer was successfully prepared by using Ferric trichloride (FeCl3) as an oxidant. The structure of the polymer and monomer was fully characterized by 1H–NMR, FTIR, UV-vis, Fluorescent spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction pattern. The polymer gives rise to a band at λ max = 391 nm. The polymer showed the PL spectrum, gave a peak at 507 nm.We have observed that the polymer was sensitive to inorganic acids and the acidochromism behavior was investigated applying organic acid such as CF3COOH. The corresponding UV-Vis peaks were observed at 464 nm and 357 nm respectively. X-ray diffraction data shows that polymer has a certain crystallinity. The polymer exhibited an [η] value of 0.26 dLg−1 at 25 °C in H2SO4 (w = 98%).  相似文献
