Filtered adaptive constrained sampled-data control for uncertain multivariable nonlinear systems

A filtered adaptive constrained sampled-data controller for uncertain multivariable nonlinear systems in the presence of various constraints is synthesized in this paper. A piecewise constant adaptive law drives that estimation error dynamics to zero at each sampling time instant yields adaptive parameters. The filtered control scheme consists of two components. Based on an estimation/cancellation strategy, a disturbance rejection control law is designed to compensate the nonlinear uncertainties within the bandwidth of low-pass filters, whereas a constraint violation avoidance control law is designed to solve an online constrained optimization problem. Although a reduced sampling time helps to minimize the estimation error caused by the neglect of unknowns, the resulting aggressive signals put more restrictions on the control law. Greater sacrifice of tracking performance is required to satisfy the constraints. The constraints violation avoidance control law is in favor of a larger sampling time. Sufficient conditions are given to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system with the sampled-data controller, where the input/output signals are held constant over the sampling period. Numerical examples are provided to validate the theoretical results, comparisons between the constrained sampled-data controller and unconstrained adaptive controller with the implementation of different sampling times are carried out.

Low temperature wafer direct bonding

A pronounced increase of interface energy of room temperature bonded hydrophilic Si/Si, Si/SiO₂, and SiO₂/SiO ₂ wafers after storage in air at room temperature, 150°C for 10-400 h has been observed. The increased number of OH groups due to a reaction between water and the strained oxide and/or silicon at the interface at temperatures below 110°C and the formation of stronger siloxane bonds above 110°C appear to be the main mechanisms responsible for the increase in the interface energy. After prolonged storage, interface bubbles are detectable by an infrared camera at the Si/Si bonding seam. Desorbed hydrocarbons as well as hydrogen generated by a reaction of water with silicon appear to be the major contents in the bubbles. Design guidelines for low temperature wafer direct bonding technology are proposed

高质量ZnO薄膜的退火性质研究

在LP－MOCVD中，我们利用Zn(C2H5)2作Zn源，CO2作氧源，在（0002）蓝宝石衬底上成功制备出皮c轴取向高度一致的ZnO薄膜，并对其进行500℃-800℃四个不同温度的退火。利用XRD、吸收谱、光致发光谱和AFM等手段研究了退火对ZnO晶体质量和光学性质的影响。退火后，（0002）ZnO的XRD衍射峰强度显著增强，c轴晶格常数变小，同时（0002）ZnOX射红衍射峰半高宽不断减小表明晶粒逐渐增大，这与AFM观察结果较一致。由透射谱拟合得到的光学带隙退火后变小，PL谱的带边发射则加强，并出现红移，蓝带发光被有效抑制，表明ZnO薄膜的质量得到提高。     

Effect of Tongmai Decoction on expression of NF-κB in ox-LDL injured endothelial cells

Objective Study on the effect of NF-κB in ox-LDL injured HUVEC-304 and the intervention with the serum of Tongmai Decoction. Methods Tongmai Decoction herbage-contained serum was made by the serum pharmacology methods, then the HUVEC-304 cells were divided into 5 groups and incubated for 24 h: 1) normal group;2) fetal calf serum group; 3) ox-LDL group; 4) simvastatin group; 5) Tongmai Decoction group. RT-PCR was used to determine the mRNA of NF-κB in the cells, Western Blot Assay was used to determine the protein content of NF-κB in the cells. Results 1) Compared with the cells in normal group and serum control group , the endothelial cells in ox-LDL group are seriously injured, while those in Tongmai Decoction group grow better; 2) Compared with the cells in normal group and fetal calf serum group, the expressions of NF-κB gene and protein are up-regulated in ox-LDL group(P＜0.05, P＜0.01); 3) Compared with the cells in ox-LDL group, the expression of NF-κB gene and protein in Tongmai Decoction group are significantly down-regulated, there is no difference between Tongmai Decoction group and simvastatin group(P＞0.05). Conclusion Tongmai Decoction can protect the injured endothelial cells, up-regulate the expressions of NF-κB gene and protein content.
