Decreased CD10-positive granulocytes for the differential diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome

Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are highly heterogeneous myeloid neoplasms, and a large number of patients are difficult to diagnose and classify by blood and bone marrow examination. As a surface marker of granulocyte, studies have shown CD10 can be used to define the degree of granulocyte maturation in MDS patients. However, whether it can be used for differential diagnosis of MDS and other hematological diseases remains inconclusive. To explore the value of CD10 for differential diagnosis of MDS, 60 newly diagnosed MDS, 20 aplastic anemia (AA) patients, and 35 iron-deficient anemia (IDA) patients were selected for this study. Bone marrow (BM) specimens were processed for surface marker analysis and labeled with pre-conjugated monoclonal antibodies. Stained cells were detected by flow cytometry. Our results indicated that CD10-positive granulocytes were significantly decreased in BM of MDS patients than AA and IDA patients, and the level of CD10-positive mature granulocytes was not associated with the clinical stages of malignancy. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) areas under the curve (AUC) of CD10-positive granulocytes was 0.86 and 0.85, respectively, in MDS patients than the IDA group and AA group with good specificity and sensitivity. Further, CD10-positive granulocytes were increased after effective treatment. In conclusion, we found the decrease in CD10-positive granulocytes has a differential diagnostic value of MDS.     

氮化硅/石墨激光合金化涂层的组织结构与性能研究

为获得金属表面特别是高副接触金属表面含自润滑特性且具有高硬度耐磨特性的功能材料 ,研究了 45 # 钢表面激光合金化氮化硅 /石墨复合涂层的工艺方法、组织特征、界面形态及其形成机制 ,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线能谱对所形成合金化层的元素分布和含量进行了分析 ,并对试样硬度进行了测定。结果表明 ,合金化层中元素Fe ,Co ,Si,C分布均匀 ;C含量达到了 15 6 9%,大部分以石墨的形式存在 ,具有一定的自润滑性能 ;但在形成合金化层的温度条件下 ,氮化硅分解严重 ;合金化层硬度提高的主要原因是Si Fe ,Co Fe固溶体的强化作用及高碳马氏体的生成和高硬度碳化物的存在。     

利用信息融合方法的三维特征提取

本文提出了一种基于信息融合的物体三维特征的提取方法，该方法利用两幅互相配准的三维测距图像和灰度图像，来提取多面体的三维特征。首先，通过分析灰度图像中的灰度变化及测距图像中的测距值变化，分别求取各自图像中物体的特征点及特征边；然后，利用两配准图像之间的对应关系，求得所有特征点、面与多边形在三维测距图像中的三维表示；接着，通过分析三维测距图像中所测得的各候选平面上特定点与边处的曲率及法向，验证候选平面     

A Special Structure in Al-Mg-Li Alloy (01420) Weld Metal

A large quantity of laminated fine grain zones were observed in the Al-Mg-Li alloy weld metal by manual TIG, which was not found in ordinary Al alloy welds. The fine grain zone is formed because of the Al3(Zr,Ti) particles in the filler metal and the manual filling of filler metal in welding process

简述了铅锌选厂废水回用小型试验及工业试验情况，在基本上不改变工艺结构基础上改变药剂制度达到废水回用的目的，使选矿废水回用率达到80％，实现尾矿库废水零排放。     

VITAMIN C AND β-CAROTENE IN FRESH AND FROZEN GREEN BEANS AND BROCCOLI IN A SIMULATED SYSTEM

The reduced ascorbic acid and β-carotene contents of “retail market-fresh” (RMF) and “fresh-frozen” (FF) green beans and broccoli in a simulated handling system were determined. Changes in ascorbic acid content in the two vegetables during a retail market period and frozen storage followed different patterns. In green beans, ascorbic acid content decreased during refrigerated storage for up to 7 days, but in broccoli there was a significant increase. Blanching resulted in a loss of approximately 40% of the ascorbic acid in broccoli. Ascorbic acid content of FF green beans stored at-20C for 16 weeks was approximately twice that in RMF green beans, but in FF broccoli stored under the same conditions it was only about half that of RMF broccoli. β-carotene content of green beans and broccoli did not change during either the retail market simulation of frozen storage and did not differ from that of fresh.

掺Tb_2O_3法拉第旋转玻璃

本文研究了掺Tb_2O_3的法拉第旋转玻璃的组成、物理化学性质及制备技术,实验结果表明维尔德常数V随着Tb_2O_3浓度的增大而增大,硼硅酸盐玻璃中Tb_2O_3含量大于20％(mol)时,维尔德常数可以达到-0.0030min/A/m·cm,从熔制试验结果0.5L铂坩埚可以获得质量较好的φ50×25mm的样品。
