一种大量元素水溶肥料的制备及其在玉米上的喷施效果

根据玉米需肥特性设计氮磷钾比例,制备了含中微量元素的大量元素水溶肥料,产品氮、磷、钾比例为2∶1∶4,属于高钾中氮低磷型.在河北省安平县前子文村和浙江省新昌县孟家塘村玉米上开展了叶面喷施试验.结果表明:玉米生物学性能得到改善,玉米产量、出籽率、百粒重与容重得到提高;与空白对照相比,平均增产率为5.45％,平均纯增收896.40元/公顷,平均产投比为5.43∶1.     

ZY6400/23/47型掩护式液压支架偏置改造

铁煤集团大兴矿(以下简称"大兴矿")2019年产240万t,井田位于铁法煤田的西南角,火成岩侵入及地质构造复杂,煤层破坏程度严重[1-2]。受火成岩影响,煤层瓦斯含量大幅增加[3-4],渗透性能差,力学强度低,煤的含水率低,自然发火期较短,是煤与瓦斯突出矿井。在采煤过程中,防治自然发火是重中之重,综采设备在设计初期未考虑实施灭火的操作空间,为此,笔者提出通过改造综采设备增加实施灭火的操作空间,降低出现自然发火灾害时防治的难度,保证采煤安全。     

Occurrence and distribution of dibenzofurans and benzo[b]naphthofurans in the crude oils from the Northern and offshore Niger Delta basin,Nigeria

The occurrence and distributions of dibenzofurans (DBFs) and benzo[b]naphthofurans were investigated in crude oils from Niger Delta, Nigeria, by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-mass spectrometry. The distribution of DBFs was characterized by the predominance of C₂-dibenzofurans. 4-Methyldibenzofuran was the most abundant among the methyldibenzofurans isomers while dimethyldibenzofuran-2 (DMDBF-2), ethyldibenzofuran-1, DMDBF-3, and DMDBF-6 occurred in higher amounts when compared with other DMDBFs. Among the benzonaphthofurans, the abundance of benzo[b]naphtho[2,1-d]furan was higher than other isomers. The DBFs distributions in the oils were not affected by source facies and depositional environments. However, the DBFs concentrations increased with increasing maturity in oils from ADL and MJO oilfields.     

Transparent niobate glass-ceramics for optical limiting

The construction of nonlinear optical materials featuring asymmetric transmission of light is of great technological importance for various applications, including optical switching and optical power limiting. A significant challenge is the scalable fabrication of material candidates with good photochemical stability, high optical transmittance, and excellent optical limiting performance. Here, we present a nanocrystallization avenue for constructing hybrid optical limiting materials that exhibit ultrafast and robust optical limiting performance. The experimental results show that the controllable relaxation of a niobate glass may lead to the clustering of Nb-O units and contracting of the bandgap. It results in the notable improvement in nonlinear optical properties, including the enhanced saturation irradiance (380 GW/cm²), doubly increased nonlinear coefficient, and decreased limiting threshold (200 GW/cm²). Our results suggest a promising material that exhibits promising applications for protecting eyes and sensitive components from laser-induced damage.     

Genes Identification,Molecular Docking and Dynamics Simulation Analysis of Laccases from Amylostereum areolatum Provides Molecular Basis of Laccase Bound to Lignin

An obligate mutualistic relationship exists between the fungus Amylostereum areolatum and woodwasp Sirex noctilio. The fungus digests lignin in the host pine, providing essential nutrients for the growing woodwasp larvae. However, the functional properties of this symbiosis are poorly described. In this study, we identified, cloned, and characterized 14 laccase genes from A. areolatum. These genes encoded proteins of 508 to 529 amino acids and contained three typical copper-oxidase domains, necessary to confer laccase activity. Besides, we performed molecular docking and dynamics simulation of the laccase proteins in complex with lignin compounds (monomers, dimers, trimers, and tetramers). AaLac2, AaLac3, AaLac6, AaLac8, and AaLac10 were found that had low binding energies with all lignin model compounds tested and three of them could maintain stability when binding to these compounds. Among these complexes, amino acid residues ALA, GLN, LEU, PHE, PRO, and SER were commonly present. Our study reveals the molecular basis of A. areolatum laccases interacting with lignin, which is essential for understanding how the fungus provides nutrients to S. noctilio. These findings might also provide guidance for the control of S. noctilio by informing the design of enzyme mutants that could reduce the efficiency of lignin degradation.     

Fenton试剂降低采油污水CODCr的研究与应用

针对辽河油区超稠油采油污水的特点，采用Fenton试剂催化氧化，对采油污水处理进行研究。实验研究及现场应用结果表明，此方法对污水的CODCr具有良好的去除效果。处理后污水经过简单生化，进一步降解污染物，能够实现稳定迭标排放，且具有能耗低、运行成本低和操作简单等特点。     

新型槽栅nMOSFET热载流子效应的模拟研究

应用二维器件仿真程序 PISCES- ,对槽栅结构和平面结构器件的特性进行了模拟比较 ,讨论了槽栅结构 MOSFET的沟道电场特征及其对热载流子效应的影响。槽栅结构对抑制短沟道效应和抗热载流子效应是十分有利的 ,而此种结构对热载流子的敏感 ,使器件的亚阈值特性、输出特性变化较大     

基于重量分析的OBDD变量排序算法

有序的二叉判决图（ＯＢＤＤ）是布尔表达式的一种有效表示方法，但它的体积对变量排序具有较强的依赖性。本文提出一种电路结构图，并在此基础上定义了原始输入重量和节点重量等参数，并建立了用重量分析来指导的ＯＢＤＤ变量排序算法。由于从考虑变量对输出函数的影响出发与从考虑ＯＢＤＤ节点共享性出发对变量排序的要求不同，本文分别设计了两类算法。实验结果表明，本文对大多数标准电路变量排序的效果都优于国际上的同类算法，     

工艺因素对金属封装外引线弯曲疲劳的影响

考察了金属封装外壳制造工艺对外引线弯曲疲劳的影响,发现电镀镍是导致外引线弯曲次数明显减少的最主要工艺步骤,且随镀镍层厚度的增加,弯曲次数减少。此外还讨论了外引线的氢含量和晶粒度对引线抗疲劳能力的影响。     

分段控温黄原胶发酵过程

温度是影响黄原胶发酵的重要因素之一。为了优化黄原胶发酵过程的温度控制,在5 L通气式搅拌发酵罐中,非溶氧限制的条件下,对恒温黄原胶发酵过程进行了研究。结果显示,发酵温度为28℃时,在发酵稳定期有较高的菌体浓度,所得黄原胶的丙酮酸含量与表观粘度较高,但有较长的发酵周期。而发酵温度为33℃时,有较短的发酵周期,在发酵稳定期有较高的比产胶速率,但所得黄原胶的丙酮酸含量与表观粘度较低。实验测定了控制黄原胶发酵生长期温度为28℃,稳定期温度为33℃的发酵过程数据。结果表明,与恒温发酵过程相比,通过温度的分段控制可以缩短发酵周期,提高产胶浓度及改善胶的品质,分段控温是黄原胶发酵的一种方便有效的调节手段。
