In this study,spent activated carbon(AC) saturated with caramel was regenerated by using yeast and NaOH.The efficiency of regeneration was evaluated under parameters such as amount,treatment time,temperature,pH value,stirring temperature of yeast and NaOH concentration.The optimum condition for AC regeneration was 8 h for yeast treatment time,35 ℃ for 0.075% yeast culture temperature,a pH value of 6 for the yeast dealing with the spent AC,90 ℃ for NaOH stirring temperature of AC and 6% NaOH for washing after the spent AC was treated by yeast.Under these conditions,methylene blue(MB) adsorption was 213 mg·g-1 in comparison with 60 mg·g-1 of spent AC.The micro structure and surface area of the regenerated AC were characterized by scanning electron mi-croscope(SEM) and N2 sorption,respectively.The pore size distributions of virgin and regenerated AC were ana-lyzed by means of H-K equation,resulting in a mean pore diameter of 1.28 nm and a pore volume of 1.13 cm3·g-1.This study provides data for theoretical support of the AC regeneration technology. 相似文献

Due to the high price and formation damage of the guargum fracturing fluid, many oilfields are more and more interested in surfactant based fracturing fluids. The rheological properties of erucicamide dimethyl amidopropyl betaine (EDAB)-HC1 acid blended system and its suitability as fracturing fluid were investigated in this work. The effects of pH, concentration of EDAB, and temperature on the rheological properties of the blended system were studied. The results show that addition of EDAB improved the viscosity of the system from less than 10 mPa. s to about 400 mPa. s, which could retard the acid-rock reaction to about one half at 60℃ and one quarter at 90℃ comparing to straight HC1 acid, suggesting that there is sufficient time for the blended fluid to react with formation rock when it is used as fracturing fluid in an oil field. Core flow tests demonstrated that the EDAB-acid blended fluid could divert itself from high permeability formation core to low permeability one, thus ensuring proper acid placement in the target reservoirs. 相似文献

Storage modulus and loss modulus is the main performance index of visco-elastic properties. In this paper the storage modulus and loss modulus of a new diverting acid and their influencing factors were systematically investigated. Besides, the constitutive equations of the diverting acid at different temperatures were elicited from shearing experiments, which show that the visco-elastic surfactant (VES) acid system is a non-Newtonian power law fluid at low temperature and a Newtonian fluid at high temperature. The storage modulus and loss modulus at different temperatures, pH, and VES content in the acid are critical for the design of acid stimulation for oil well, especially when the VES acid is used in this field only on trial and the basic data are in urgent needed for the design and construction of the acidification stimulation. 相似文献

The effects of strain and chloride concentration on pitting susceptibility for type 304 stainless steel were studied in situ using the electrochemical technology under constant strain. The impact factor fc was brought forward to value the effect of strain on pitting. The pitting behaviors of type 304 stainless steel in various chloride concentrations under the strain levels 0%, 10%, and 30% were investigated. Potentiostatic polarization technology was used to study how the chloride concentration affected corrosion current density. The results indicated that fc increased substantially and pitting potential varied remarkably when chloride concentration was over 90 mg.L . Under the three levels of strain mentioned above, when chloride concentration was below 463 mg.L^-1,121 mg.L^-1, and 98 mg.L^-1 respectively, the pitting potential shifted towards positivity and, the passive film became more stable. When the strain was below 10%, the pitting susceptibility of type 304 stainless steel varied greatly as strain increased, whereas the susceptibility only changed a little when the strain was over 10%. 相似文献

The dissolution kinetics of diatomite in alkaline solution is the theoretical basis for the process optimization of alkali-diatomite reaction and its applications. In this study, the dissolution kinetics of diatomite in NaOH solution is investigated. The results indicate that the dissolution reaction fits well the unreacted shrinking core model for solid-liquid heterogeneous reactions. The apparent reaction order for NaOH is 2 and the apparent activation energy for the reaction (Ea) is 28.06 kJ·mol-1. The intra-particle diffusion through the sodium silicate layer is the rate-controlling step. When the dissolution reaction occurs at the interface of unreacted diatomite solid core, the diffusion in the trans-layer (the liquid film around the wetted particle) reduces the rate of whole dissolution process. 相似文献
