Austenitic stainless steel 304 was deep drawn with different blank diameters under warm conditions using 20 t hydraulic press. A number of deep drawing experiments both at room temperature and at 150 ℃ were conducted to study the metallography. Also, tensile test experiments were conducted on a universal testing machine up to 700 ℃ and the broken specimens were used to study the fractography of the material using scanning electron microscopy in various regions. The microstructure changes were observed at limiting draw ratio (LDR) when the cup is drawn at different temperatures. In austenitic stainless steel, martensite formation takes place that is not only affected by temperature, hut also influenced by the rate at which the material is deformed. In austenitic stainless steel 304, dynamic strain regime appears above 300 ℃ and it decreases the formability of material due to brittle fracture as studied in its fractography. From the metallographic studies, the maximum LDR of the material is observed at 150 ℃ before dynamic strain regime. It is also observed that at 150 ℃, grains are coarse in the drawn cups at LDR.  相似文献

Copolyperoxides of 2-(acetoacetoxy)ethyl methacrylate (AEMA) with styrene (St) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) of different compositions have been synthesized in the presence of 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile as a free radical initiator under 100 psi oxygen pressure at 50 °C. The rates of oxidative copolymerization reactions are determined from the oxygen consumption (Δp) against time plot. Highly exothermic thermal degradations of these copolyperoxides are studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and degradation products have been characterised by electron-impact mass spectroscopy (EI-MS). The NMR spectroscopy and EI-MS analysis confirm the alternating peroxy bonds in the main chain. The monomer reactivity ratios are computed by the Fineman–Ross and Kelen–Tüdös methods, using compositions obtained from 1H and 13C NMR analysis. These copolymers can potentially be used as polymeric initiators for the radical polymerization of vinyl monomers, autocombustible fuel. Also, the β-carbonyl moieties along the side chain of the copolyperoxides can be utilized to prepare degradable polyperoxide–metal complexes.  相似文献

The rapid growth of vehicular applications has resulted in high demand for Internet technology, which demands an unprecedented network capacity and a high quality of service (QoS). In vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs), since nodes (vehicles) are highly mobile. The dynamic nature of the network topology in the VANET system changes due to frequent changes in link connectivity. The vehicles-to-vehicles (V2V), vehicles-to-infrastructure (V2I), and QoS, as well as the heterogeneity of applications within the VANET. VANETs have been introduced to make driving comfortable by providing safety and support to drivers. Due to the flexibility and offloading schemes available in-vehicle applications, there are some limitations. However, there are many issues in providing optimum service provisioning and scheduling in the vehicular environment. In VANETs, BSs and roadside units (RSUs) improve QoS. However, Internet services transmit packets to vehicles using stochastic models, and it predicts the traffic on a VANET. We provide open challenges to drive stochastic models in this direction.  相似文献

A 64‐year‐old Asian man, with past medical history of hypertension, hypothyroidism, and hyperlipidemia, presented with 3 days history of fever associated with cough and worsening shortness of breath. Subsequent clinical course was complicated by acute lung injury leading to acute respiratory distress syndrome requiring positive pressure ventilation, septic shock requiring inotropic support, and acute kidney injury requiring continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). On day 3 of CRRT, the patient developed significant hypothermia (temporal temperature 27.5°C), which was successfully managed. Continuous renal replacement therapy was subsequently discontinued as renal function recovered and the patient was discharged home after a prolonged hospital stay. He currently remains off dialysis and is being followed as an outpatient for chronic kidney disease. In this article, we examine various aspects of pathophysiology and management of hypothermia on CRRT and review relevant literature in this field.  相似文献

An experimental study was carried out to investigate the flexural strength of glass-fiber-reinforced (multidirectional woven glass fiber) epoxy hybrid composites filled with different proportions (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3%) of graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) filler. g-C3N4 powder filled glass epoxy composites were fabricated in conventional hand lay-up method. Results showed an increase in flexural strength of g-C3N4 particles content by 2% and beyond which the strength decreased. With the addition of 2 wt % of g-C3N4 in glass-fiber-reinforced epoxy composites, the tensile strength increased by 11% and the flexural strength increased by 13%.
