The change in the thickness and chemical states of the interfacial layer and the related electrical properties in Ta2O5 films with different annealing temperatures were investigated. The high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses revealed that the 700 °C-annealed Ta2O5 film remained to be amorphous and had the thinnest interfacial layer which was caused by Ta-silicate decomposition to Ta2O5 and SiO2. In addition, the electrical properties were improved after annealing treatments. Our results suggest that an annealing treatment at 700 °C results in the highest capacitance and the lowest leakage current in Ta2O5 films due to the thinnest interfacial layer and non-crystallization. 相似文献

Novel polypyrrole (PPy)/polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) composite membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization to make a very effective gas separation membrane. We found that Polymerized PPy films as thin as ~200 nm could be chemically synthesized as freestanding membranes by using the interfacial polymerization technique. Additionally, we show that difference morphology of PPys films was obtained by controlling polymerization rate and more dense films were formed at low polymerization rate. Wide X-ray diffraction study showed the d spacing value of the PPy film decreased from 4.89 å to 3.67 å by the rate of polymerization decreases. According to d spacing value decrease, selectivity of a PPy composite membrane was increased dramatically and permeability was reduced gradually. This high selectivity was derived from d spacing closed to the kinetic diameter of nitrogen. These results indicated that the permeability is controlled by the diffusion coefficient, reflecting the packed structure of the PPy film. The highest selectivity value of composite membrane that was prepared by interfacial polymerization was O2/N2=17.2 and permeability for O2 was 40.2 barrer. 相似文献

Abstract This study applies a state-of-art optimization technique, SSDP/ESP (Sampling Stochastic Dynamic Programming with Ensemble Streamflow Prediction), to derive a monthly joint operating policy for the Nakdong multi-reservoir system in Korea. A rainfall-runoff model, SSARR (Streamflow Synthesis And Reservoir Regulation), is linked to the SSDP/ESP model to provide ESP scenarios for runoff during the next month in the Nakdong River basin. The primary advantage of the SSDP/ESP is that it updates the derived operating policy as new ESP forecasts become available. Another SSDP model that employs historical runoff scenarios (SSDP/Hist) is also developed. The main difference between the two SSDP models is that SSDP/Hist is an off-line model whereas the SSDP/ESP is on-line. The developed operating policies are tested with a simulation model using an object-oriented simulation software, STELLA. The simulation results show that SSDP/ESP is superior to SSDP/Hist with respect to the water supply criterion, although both models perform similarly with respect to the hydroelectric energy production criterion. 相似文献

Magnetoelectric (ME) property modulation in heterostructured (Ni0.5Zn0.5)Fe2O4/Pt/Pb(Zr0.3Ti0.7)O3 (NZFO/Pt/PZT) thin films on platinized Si substrate by thermal annealing condition variation was studied. In an attempt to prevent interfacial reaction between NZFO and PZT layers during high temperature annealing, thin Pt layer was deposited which can serve as inter-diffusion barrier as well as electrode. The ferroelectric, magnetic, and ME properties of the heterostructured film were noticeably modulated due to microstructural evolution and clamping relaxation developed during thermal annealing process. Room temperature ME voltage coefficient of the heterostructured thin films was enhanced with increasing annealing temperature and reached to 29 mV/cm·Oe when annealed at 650 °C. 相似文献

0.97(Na0.5-xLixK0.5)(Nb0.89Sb0.11)O3-0.03CaZrO3 [(N0.5-xLxK)(NS)-CZ] piezoceramic (x = 0.325) has a pseudocubic-tetragonal-orthorhombic (PC-T-O) multi-structure. The PC structure formed in this piezoceramic was identified as the R3m rhombohedral structure. This piezoceramic showed the large piezoelectric charge constant (d33) of 515 pC/N due to the PC-T-O multi-structure. The NaNbO3 (NN) templates were used to texture the (N0.5-xLxK)(NS)-CZ thick films along the (001) direction, and the textured thick film (x = 0.0375) had a large Lotgering factor of 95.6%. The PC-T-O multi-structure was observed in this thick film (x = 0.0375), but the thick film (x = 0.0325) showed a PC-O structure owing to the diffusion of the NN templates into the thick film. The textured thick film (x = 0.0375) exhibited an increased d33 of 625 pC/N because of the PC-T-O multi-structure and the lineup of grains along the [001] direction. A textured thick film (x = 0.0375) was used to fabricate a planar-type actuator to confirm its applicability to electrical devices. This actuator exhibits large acceleration (580.3 G) and displacement (150 μm) at a low electric field of 0.2 kV/mm with a short response time of 3.0 ms. Edible coating may enhance the boundary layer resistance resulting in enhanced shelf life of fruits. Plums (Prunus salicina Lindl. cv. ‘Sapphire’) were treated with coating material based on carbohydrate (Versasheen) with sorbitol as plasticizer
and stored at 20 °C and 85% RH. The influence of coating on the gas transmission rates was estimated using a carrier of 100%
cellulose paper. Coating treatment reduced the transmission rate of CO2, O2, and H2O. Changes in fruit weight, fruit flesh firmness, color parameters (L*, a*, and hue angle), soluble solids content, pH, titratable
acidity, ethylene, CO2, malondialdehyde (MDA), and VIS/NIR fruit reflectance spectrum were recorded in 2-day interval. Edible coating was effective
in delaying the increase of pH and the loss of firmness, titratable acidity, L*, hue angle, and MDA. The incorporation of
sorbitol showed beneficial effects on decreasing the weight loss, CO2, and ethylene exchange. In the room temperature storage period, not only fruit ripening was measurable in the VIS (350–750 nm)
and NIR (750–1,400 nm) wavelength ranges due to the decrease in the fruit chlorophyll absorption but also water loss, respectively.
After 5-day room temperature storage the chlorophyll absorption peak in the spectra was already beyond the detection limit
in all treatments, while after 3-day storage, the coating effect on the spectral intensities was feasible to separate control

This paper describes the design, fabrication, and characteristics of micro heaters mad on AlN (0.1 μm)/3C-SiC (1 μm) suspended membranes using surface micromachining technology. 3C-SiC and AlN thin films, which have a large energy band gap and very low lattice mismatch, were used for high-temperature environments. A Pt thin film was used as micro heaters and temperature sensor materials. The resistance of the temperature detector (RTD) and the power consumption of the micro heater were measured and calculated. The heater is designed for an operating temperature up to about 800 °C and can be operated at about 500 °C with a power of 312 mW. The thermal coefficient of the resistance (TCR) of fabricated Pt RTD’s is 3174.64 ppm/°C. The thermal distribution measured by IR thermovision is uniform across the membrane surface. 相似文献
