利用DSC、WAXD两种方法系统研究了LIDPE/EPO(线型低密度聚乙烯/乙烯丙烯辛烯-1共聚物)共混体系的相容性及结晶结构,通过DSC上(熔融峰,结晶峰)呈现单峰确定了此共混体系在水晶水平上共晶;用WAXD方法,计算了共混体系的结晶度,晶胞参数及微晶大小随组成不同而变化的关系,进一步证实了LLDPE/EPO共混体系的相容性。 相似文献

The ternary alloy, Ge2Te2Sb5 is one of the most important compounds of the GeTe-Sb2Te3 pseudobinary systems. Ge2Te2Sb5 thin films of thickness of 100 nm-300 nm were deposited by electron beam evaporation. After annealing at different temperatures, we did X-ray diffraction measurement to characterize the structure transformation of the material. In-situ resistance measurement depending on the temperature shows that there is about three orders of magnitude change between the high resistance state (amorphous state) and the low resistance state (face-centered cubic state). To construct a heterojunction diode, we deposited Ge2Te2Sb5 thin films on n-type silicon wafers. Rectification effects were observed in voltage-current measurements of the abrupt heterojunctions. Traditional voltage-current relationship of p-n junctions and metal-semiconductor junctions are used to explain the characteristics of Ge2Te2Sb5/n-Si heterojunctions. 相似文献

In this paper, a pre-treatment process for electroless copper plating on the ceramics was explored. Due to the catalytic activity of gold nanoparticles, the traditional three-step coarsening-sensitization-activation pre-treatment process has been optimized to a two-step coarsening-activation process. In our study, the following results were observed: electroless copper coating on the ceramics was formed after activating the substrate by gold nanoparticles; a more flat and compact nano-composite coating was also obtained by adding gold nanoparticles to the plating solutions. The mechanisms of pre-treatment and composite plating with gold nanoparticles were discussed. 相似文献

This paper reviews the development of single-polymer or self-reinforced composites (SRCs), including the fundamental sciences such as design principles and mechanisms, as well as their preparation techniques and potential application areas. The advantages of such SRC systems include the ability to achieve excellent interfaces between components, their pure chemical functionality, and their higher value as recyclable products due to their relative homogeneity compared to composites composed of different classes of components. Single-polymer composites are particularly important in biomaterials applications, since any additives composed of different chemicals could affect biocompatibility and biodegradation. Various techniques used to design and produce SRCs have been investigated and developed, such as hot compaction, overheating, solution, partial dissolving, cool drawing, physical treatment and chemical modification. 相似文献

A two-step depressurization batch process is developed to produce bi-modal cell structure polystyrene (PS) foams by using supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) as the blowing agent. Bi-modal cell structure foams can be achieved by depressurization in two distinct steps and can be significantly affected by the process parameters. The process conditions at the holding stage between the two steps are the key to controlling the bi-modal cell structure. The findings of this study can help predict the bi-modal cell morphology of PS and other polymers prepared by a two-step depressurization bath process. 相似文献
