Improved fully-balanced current-mode integrator

A high CMRR fully-balanced current-mode integrator structure is presented. The proposed structure improves the CMRR at low frequencies by a factor of g_m/g_o. Moreover, the structure provides more flexibility to guarantee stability and is significantly less sensitive to process mismatches. The differential and common-mode gains and CMRR at low and high frequencies are analysed as well as verified in simulation     

Analysis of dinosaur samples by nuclear microscopy

Several dinosaur bone and eggshell fossil samples unearthed at different sites in China were analyzed by means of nuclear microscopy. Concentrations and distributions of elements such as Na, Mg, Al, P, S, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, As, Br, Sr, Y, Ce, Pb and U, etc. were obtained for each sample. The results of quantitative PIXE and RBS analyses show unusually high concentrations of U and Ce in several samples obtained from a period near the K-T boundary (between Cretaceous and Tertiary periods, 65 million years ago), suggesting that some form of environmental pollution could be the cause of dinosaur extinction.     

基于一种混合的节点定位算法的研究

针对基本的DV-Hop节点定位算法会产生不良的节点和多级跳带来的累积误差以及未知节点的坐标没有进行修正等缺点,提出了一种改进的混合节点定位算法WHDV-Hop算法,改进后的算法定位误差率明显比改进前的定位误差率小,通过MATLAB软件对节点定位误差方面进行仿真验证,仿真实验结果证明该改进后的算法稳定、可靠,易于实现。与DV-Hop算法相比,定位精确度提高了4.65%,计算量减少,降低了能量消耗水平,实现预期的目标。     

同塔双回路供电同一变电站不同时停电设计技术方案的探讨

近年来随着城市或电网的发展,不少输电线路被提出改线,在需满足N-1要求的线路中进行改线时,如果不采取相应的技术措施,将出现N-2情况导致电网供电可靠性差的问题,本研究将探讨几种处理措施,以提高供电可靠性以保障电网改线的顺利进行.     

PRO/Ⅱ软件在硫磺回收中的二次开发应用

硫磺回收装置的设备需要有较大的操作弹性。针对其过程气进口压力低，手工计算难于进行严格的全程压降计算，现以PRO／Ⅱ软件为开发平台，通过扩充数据库和建立模拟流程，成功地将其用于硫磺回收装置的设备选型和核算，为工程设计提供了先进的计算手段。     

偶联剂对地砖用PVC填充材料相态结构和力学性能的影响

研究了钛酸酯类偶联剂和硅烷类偶联剂对钙矿、硅酸盐填充的PVC填允材料力学性能、相态结构、密度、热失重率及吸水伸长率和耐热阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,偶联剂可改善填充PVC的抗冲性能,降低其拉伸强度,扫描电镜分析表明,填料越细,分散越均匀,越易被PVC树脂所包覆,力学性能越好,研究得到了比重大、热失重率低、吸水伸长率小、阻燃耐烧灼性好的高填充PVC硬质塑料地板砖。     

A THEORETICAL STUDY OF MASS AND HEAT TRANSFER IN FILM FLOW OF NONNEWTONIAN POWER LAW FLUIDS

The exact expressions of concentration and local or average Sherwood number,Sh or Sh for non-Newtonian fluids which obey the famous power law:τ={K|1/2(1/2)~(1/2)|~(n=1)}in which the flow index n takes any positive rational value,have been obtained by solving the differen-tial equation of diffusion together with the velocity distribution in the falling film flow.The use of Fourth-order Runge-Kutta method and Wegstien's iteration method by means of thecomputer yields results which are a series of values of dimensionless concentration O,local and averageSherwood number for n equal to 1/4,1/3,1/2,1/1.4,1/1.2,1,1.25,2.5,and ∞.When the flow indexn=1,i.e.for Newtonian fluids,the result agrees well with the data from the literature.     

Molten salts/ceramic-foam matrix composites by melt infiltration method as energy storage material

A new type of high temperature energy storage material was obtained through the melt infiltration method, using compounding SiC ceramic foam as matrix and Na₂SO₄ as phase change material. The resulting composite material was measured by XRD, SEM, TG-DSC methods. The experimental results indicate that the composite is composed of silicon carbide, sodium sulfate and square quartz, and no chemical reactions occurs between Na₂SO₄ and SiC matrix. Na₂SO₄ has a good bonding with the SiC ceramic foam matrix. As the composite material is characterized by high thermal energy storage density and high thermal conductivity, it is suit for energy storage under high temperature. 快速发展中的工科背景高等院校在统计教育上存在有待改进的地方。以浙江科技学院为例,为培养具有深厚统计学背景的应用型复合人才,在统计教育上作了一些探索：定位于浙江中小企业对统计知识的实际需求;选择注重实际应用的国外经典教材;在教学中注重学生的参与;在实践中培养学生运用统计学知识和统计工具如统计软件的能力。
