Comparative Analysis on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties between EBW and TANDEM Welding of 7A52 Aluminum Alloy Joint

The plates with 20mm thickness of 7A52 aluminum alloy were welded by electron beam welding and TANDEM welding with ER5356 filler,respectively.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated.The results showed that the microstructure of EBW metal was finer and tighter than TANDEM welding.The heat-affected zone of the EBW joint was narrower,its hardness was higher and the tensile strength improved obviously compared to TANDEM welding.Excellent quality control of the EBW joint was made without abnormal porosity,inclusions and micro-cracks.Therefore,the EBW joint of 7A52 aluminum alloy showed excellent performance.     

Property comparison of polarons in zinc-blende and wurtzite GaN/AlN quantum wells

The properties of polarons in zinc-blende and wurtzite GaN/AlN quantum wells with Fr(o|¨)hlich interaction Hamiltonians are compared in detail.The energy shifts of polarons at ground state due to the interface(IF), confined(CO) and half-space phonon modes are calculated by a finite-difference computation combined with a modified LLP variational method.It is found that the two Fr(o|¨)hlich interaction Hamiltonians are consistent with each other when the anisotropic effect from the z-direction and the x-y plane is neglected.The influence of the anisotropy on the polaron energy shifts due to the IF phonon modes for a smaller well width or due to the CO phonon modes for a moderate well width is obvious.In addition,the built-in electric field has a remarkable effect on the polaron energy shifts contributed by the various phonon modes.     

稀土对酸性媒介染料上染羊毛的作用研究

本文采用酸性媒介染料对羊毛纤维进行染色,通过加入氯化钆稀土来提高染料的上染率,降低羊毛染色温度,提高纤维强力并减少媒染剂重铬酸钾的用量。实验中确定了稀土的加入时间、稀土用量、重铬酸钾用量、染色温度等主要工艺参数,最终得出稀土用于酸性媒介染料上染羊毛纤维的最佳优化工艺。     

金相技术在农机刀片磨损机理研究中的应用

应用光学和电子金相技术,对不同刀片的刀刃进行分析,揭示了农机刀片的失效方式,磨损原因及磨损机理;查明了钢中在碳化物在磨损听行为,研究表明：农机刀片主要受夹杂于作物中的砂粒和地植物细胞中的非晶质硅酸体的磨粒磨损而失效,金相分析结果为寻求提高刀片寿命的途径指明了方向。     

乳清饮料

介绍了利用多种类型的乳清（包括天然的干酪乳清、干酪素乳清、超滤乳清透过液或保留液、超滤乳清蛋白浓缩物或粉、脱盐的或脱蛋白的乳清粉等等）以制备各种类型的饮料（包括清澄透明的、乳状液型的、乳酸发酵的、酒精性发酵的、充入CO2的等等）,达到高营养、高生理价值、良好风味的乳清饮料。证明乳清饮料今后开发前景广阔。     

火箭发动机储能点火的分析与设计

为了实现导弹上的多个小的火箭发动机同时点火，每个小发动机的点火电路中可以配置储能元件，利用储能电容和电感振荡放电产生的电流对小发动机进行点火工作，从而降低对弹上一次电源功率的要求。利用设计的储能电路和3个电点火管，进行了储能点火试验，验证了该储能点火的可行性。     

Quantum entanglement in a system of Bose-Einstein condensate interacting with Schrdinger cat state

Under the condition of resonance,the entanglement of field-atom is investigated using the quantum reduced entropy.The effects of the initial field intensity,the interaction intensity between the optical field and atoms and that among BoseEinstein condensate(BEC) atoms on the evolution of the quantum entanglement are discussed.The results indicate that when the strength of the light field is strong enough,the system of the Schr¨odinger cat state optical field interacting with BEC atoms is always at the entan...     

SURFACE WAVE PATTERNS AND INSTABILITY IN A VERTICALLY OSCILLATING CIRCULAR CYLINDRICAL VESSEL

The natural frequency of surface wave, which has been derived from a vertically oscillating circular cylindrical vessel in inviseid fluid, was modified by considering the influence of surface tension and weak viscosity. Many flow patterns were found at different forced frequencies by numerical computation. In addition, the nonlinear amplitude equation derived in inviseid fluid was modified by adding viscous damping and the unstable regions were determined by stability analysis.     

青源热力站及供热管网改造设计

根据工程实际情况，采用枝状供热管网替代环状供热管网并充分利用原有设备及管道的改造方案，既满足了改扩建后供暖系统的温度要求，又节省了初投资。     

羊毛的紫外线预处理染色工艺研究

由于毛用活性染料利用率不像酸性染料那样高,为了提高染料利用率,本研究采用自行设计的紫外线辐射装置对羊毛织物进行紫外线照射处理,照射功率和照射时间都进行了分组。研究了不同条件紫外线辐射处理对羊毛染色性能的影响,测试并分析了处理后羊毛的上染率、色牢度和强力变化,最后使用正交实验得出紫外线处理染色的最优条件。最佳照射功率为60W、照射时间15min、染料利用率达90%。
