18臂机械井径与磁法井径组合测井仪原理及应用

Effects of thermal oxidation conditions of silicon electrodes on cathodic electrochemiluminescence of Ru(bpy)3 chelate

Hot electrons emitted from thin oxide film-coated heavily doped silicon electrodes by cathodic pulse polarization can induce electrochemiluminescence from luminophores. The intensity of electrochemiluminescence produced at the electrode surface is dependent on the features of thin oxide films formed by thermal oxidation. As a preliminary study, we investigated the effect of thermal oxide growth conditions on the intensity of electrochemiluminescence produced at these electrodes, such as oxidation atmospheres, oxidation temperature, oxidation time and pre-treatment of wafers, using ruthenium(II) tris-(2,2′-bipyridine) chelate as a model luminophore. Optimal oxidation conditions of heavily doped silicon electrodes were obtained for the generation of intense electrochemiluminescence at this kind of silicon electrodes.     

Flame retardant and the degradation mechanism of high impact polystyrene/Fe-montmorillonite nanocomposites

High impact polystyrene/Fe-montmorillonite (HIPS/Fe-MMT) nanocomposites were successfully prepared by melting intercalation. The nanostructures of HIPS/Fe-MMT were testified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Corresponding to pure HIPS, the thermal stability of HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites was notably improved. The peaks of heat release rate (PHRR) and the mass loss rate (MLR) were significantly reduced after the formation of the HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites from cone calorimetry. And nanocomposites PHRR was further lower with the increase of Fe-MMT content in the range of 1 to 5 wt%. The degradation mechanism of HIPS and HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites was conducted by pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (Py-GC-MS). And the reason of the enhancement of thermal stability maybe is that structural iron is the operative site for radical trapping in the Fe-MMT and the nanostructure enhances the interaction of the chains of the HIPS.     

对偶四元数线阵遥感影像几何定位

提出以对偶四元数为数学工具进行线阵CCD(电荷耦合元件)遥感影像几何定位的全新技术方法。利用对偶四元数建立遥感通用传感器严密成像模型,将光线束的位置和姿态统一用对偶四元数表示,通过传感器扫描光线在空间中的螺旋运动,实现像点到其对应地面点物方坐标的变换,从而克服了成像几何参数(外方位元素)之间的强相关性。按照空间刚体变换线性蒙皮混合理论,可以把刚体变换矩阵分解为平移和旋转两个部分,对平移部分进行线性插值,对旋转部分进行球面插值,从而实现线阵CCD遥感影像外方位元素的解算。按照所建立的成像几何模型,利用某地区Geoeye-1遥感影像进行几何定位实验,实验结果表明新算法获得的几何定位精度优于传统算法,能够解决定位参数之间的相关性问题。     

催化裂化装置分馏塔的技术改造

为解决抚顺石化石油一厂催化裂化装置产品分离效果不好、生产低凝柴油困难等问题,对分馏塔进行了技术改造.改造后,产品分离系统操作弹性增大,操作稳定性增强,产品质量得到改善,产品分布更趋合理.

本文介绍了选择性声强技术在轿车车内噪声识别中的应用。通过对国产轿车在给定工况下的测试分析，确定出试验车发动机仓内最大噪声的位置、司机耳旁辐射噪声产生的原因，为进一步降低该车噪声提供了参考。     

微计算机图象法测示和控制焊接过程的探索

计算机图象法是计算机应用的新发展。本文对微计算机图象法在焊接领域中的应用作了一些探索。研究和配置了不同分辨力的图象输入接口(8BIT、4BIT、二化值),并进行了焊接图象处理、模式识别和反馈自动控制方面的研究。简介了采用微计算机图象法在焊接过程中面积和尺寸形状的测量、焊接温度场测定、焊缝X 光底片判断、焊缝对中等方面的研究工作,从而证明计算机图象法在焊接领域中具有广阔的前途.     

激光一同轴电弧复合焊接热源焊接

在建立和研究空心钨极电弧的基础上，对激光一同轴电弧复合焊接热源焊接特性进行了深入研究。试验结果表明，激光与电弧相互作用增强的效果十分显著，采用同轴电弧作为辅助热源增大焊接熔深的效力优于激光一旁轴电弧复合焊接热源焊接效果。在试验的基础上，得到了激光一同轴电弧复合焊接热源焊接熔深的变化规律。
