Operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) are widely used in the design of electronically tunable circuits. However, electronic tunability ranges of the OTA based filters are restricted by the limited bandwidth of the transconductance gain of the OTA. Furthermore, stability conditions and the linearity of the OTA which depends on the control current restrict the tunability. In this paper, some trade-offs in the electronically tunable filters are investigated. In addition, the tunability ranges of some first and second order OTA-C and OTA-RC filters are comparatively examined. Moreover, an OTA-C all-pass filter circuit is presented. SPICE simulations are performed and stability analyses are given for both of the OTA-C and OTA-RC filters. Operation of the presented all-pass filter is verified experimentally.  相似文献

This study reports the effect of coronene (C24H12) addition on some superconducting properties such as critical temperature (Tc), critical current density (Jc), flux pinning force density (Fp), irreversibility field (Hirr), upper critical magnetic field (Hc2), and activation energy (U0), of bulk MgB2 superconductor by means of magnetisation and magnetoresistivity measurements. Disk-shaped polycrystalline MgB2 samples with varying C24H12 contents of 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 wt%, were produced at 850 °C in Ar atmosphere. The obtained results show an increase in field-Jc values at 10 and 20 K resulting from the strengthened flux pinning, and a decrease in critical temperature (Tc) because of C substitution into MgB2 lattice, with increasing amount of C24H12 powder. The Hc2(0) and Hirr(0) values are respectively found as 144, 181, 172 kOe, and 128, 161, 145 kOe for pure, 4 wt% and 10 wt% C24H12 added samples. The U0 depending on the magnetic field curves were plotted using thermally activated flux flow model. The maximum U0 values are respectively obtained as 0.20, 0.23 and 0.12 eV at 30 kOe for pure, 4 wt% and 10 wt% C24H12 added samples. As a result, the superconducting properties of bulk MgB2 at high fields was improved using C24H12, active carbon source addition, because of the presence of uniformly dispersed C particles with nanometer order of magnitude, and acting as effective pinning centres in MgB2 structure.  相似文献

The main motivation in this paper is to draw attention to the tunability and input‐signal amplitude limitations when a nonlinear device is used as a resistor. For this purpose, two first‐order all‐pass filters are proposed using differential difference current conveyor (DDCC), a capacitor and a resistor without element‐matching restriction. These all‐pass filter circuits can be made electronically tunable with electronic resistors. Tunability and input‐signal amplitude limitations of the proposed circuits due to the operational restrictions of the electronic resistors are examined. Public fountains are very common and everyday people appreciate the benefits a water fountain can bring. However, consumption of public fountain water in some country has decreased because of growing concerns that constituents in fountain water may have adverse effects on health. A few studies have examined the safety of public fountains, proposing only limited evidence of fountain‐related health issues in Turkey. Most of these public fountains are sourced from natural springs in Turkey. In this study, a 177 fountain water and 32 rock samples were analysed for source and quality of water. The geology of the region has the direct impact on the quality of the public fountain water. The results indicate that the level of some elements exceeded the limit values determined by WHO and US.EPA. The most striking high values were observed for iron (Fe), nickel (Ni), aluminum (Al), arsenic (As) and bromine (Br) concentrations.  相似文献

The ability to control the spatial variation in three dimensions of dielectric properties is known to play a crucial role in achieving novel electromagnetic performance such as miniaturization and high gain of broadband antennas. To address this need, the objective in this paper is to use earlier proposed Dry Powder Deposition to produce large substrates of Functionally Graded Materials with spatially controlled CaTiO3‐MgTiO3‐Mg2TiO4 dielectrics. We present an in‐depth analysis and optimization of critical processing parameters such as compaction pressure, sintering temperature, and dwell time. Using the optimized compaction and co‐sintering process, spatially varying large (8.2 cm × 8.2 cm) substrates were produced without the presence of any significant cracks and warping. In addition to these structural functionalities, sintered ceramic constituents of the designed substrate display targeted dielectric permittivity values of a miniaturized broadband Satellite Communication Ultra High Frequency antenna at the optimized conditions. This optimized route opens up possibilities for multifunctional metrics to be addressed for other applications calling for different spatial distributions of large Functionally Graded Materials possibly with the same family of ceramic constituents.  相似文献

In this study, new active elements called inverting current differencing buffered amplifier (ICDBA) and current‐controlled ICDBA (C‐ICDBA) are presented. Unlike current differencing buffered amplifier (CDBA), their voltage transfer ratio between the Z and W terminals are equal to minus one. Furthermore, CMOS implementations of the C‐ICDBA and current‐controlled CDBA (C‐CDBA) are shown. Moreover, a novel first‐order all‐pass filter is proposed to show advantages and new circuit producing capability of the ICDBA/C‐ICDBA. Lastly, an electronically tunable band‐pass filter is given as an application example using the presented all‐pass filter. Geographical Information System (GIS) technology has been a popular tool for visualization of accident data and analysis of hot spots in highways. Many traffic agencies have been using GIS for accident analysis. Accident analysis studies aim at the identification of high rate accident locations and safety deficient areas on the highways. So, traffic officials can implement precautionary measures and provisions for traffic safety. Since accident reports are prepared in textual format in Turkey, this situation makes it difficult to analyze accident results. In our study, we developed a system transforming these textual data to tabular form and then this tabular data were georeferenced onto the highways. Then, the hot spots in the highways in Afyonkarahisar administrative border were explored and determined with two different methods of Kernel Density analysis and repeatability analysis. Subsequently, accident conditions at these hot spots were examined. We realized that the hot spots determined with two methods reflect really problematic places such as cross roads, junction points etc. Many of previous studies introduced GIS only as a visualization tool for accident locations. The importance of this study was to use GIS as a management system for accident analysis and determination of hot spots in Turkey with statistical analysis methods.  相似文献
