用LabVIEW演示PID控制规律

利用虚拟仪器技术,采用LabVIEW图形编程环境,设计了一个程序,用于演示PID控制规律,可将其用于教学中,以此为例说明LabVIEW对传统教学方法所带来的巨大变化.     

电磁超声流量计的研制

基于电磁声换能器的原理，研制了一种新型的电磁超声流量计，并讨论提高测量精度的措施。     

抗乙肝病毒表面抗原PreS1(20-47)的单链抗体在转基因烟草根分泌物中的初步表达

为探索利用植物根分泌表达重组蛋白的可行性，构建了含有抗乙肝病毒表面抗原PreS1(20—47)单链抗体(ScFv)基因的表达载体。该ScFv基因转化烟草后在烟草根部细胞的细胞质和内质网中获得表达。实验结果表明，5’端融合ER导向信号肽的重组ScFv可通过根分泌表达。     

A robust adaptive pole‐placement controller without strictly positive real condition

This paper considers the adaptive pole‐placement control problem for system (1) with unmodelled dynamics η_n dominated by a small constant ε multiplied by a quantity independent of ε but tending to infinity as the past input, output, and noise grow. Using bounded external excitation and randomly varying truncation techniques, we give a design method of adaptive pole‐placement controller. It is shown that the closed‐loop system is globally stable, the estimation error for the parameter contained in the modelled part is of order ε, and the closed‐loop system under the adaptive pole‐placement control law is suboptimal in the sense of $$\mathop{\lim\sup}\limits_{{n\to\infty }}{1\over n}\mathop{\sum}\limits_{i=0}^n{\left({A^{*}(z)y_{n}‐L(z)C(z)w_{n}‐B(z)R(z)y_{n}^{*}}\right)^{2}{\leq}O({\varepsilon}^{2})+\gamma^{2}\mathop{\sum}\limits_{j=1}^q{b_{j}^{2}}}$$\nopagenumbers\end while the SPR condition used usually in other papers is replaced by a stability condition. 微波-表面活性剂协同提取万寿菊叶黄素工艺研究

以提高万寿菊叶黄素的提取率为目的,采用单因数实验结合正交实验的方法.研究了微波-表面活性剂协同提取万寿菊花中叶黄素的丁艺.结果表明:万寿菊叶黄素的微波-表面活性剂协同提取最优工艺为:以乙酸乙酯为提取剂,表面活性剂Tween-20为最佳助萃取剂(质量分数为0.03%),提取固液比1∶60(g/mL),微波功率400 W,微波提取温度为60℃,提取时间2 min.在此工艺下,万寿菊叶黄素的提取量为3.209 mg/g.     

关于普通高校课堂教学规律的探讨

课堂教学是教学的基本形式,课堂教学规律就是人的认知规律。只有按照这一认知规律去组织教学,并努力提高课堂教学实效,才能真正完成教学任务,达到培养人才的目的。本文论述了普通高校课堂教学的一般规律。

Driving Mechanisms of Delamination Related Reliability Problems in Exposed Pad Packages

Exposed pad packages were introduced in the late 1980s and early 1990s because of their excellent thermal and electrical performance. Despite these advantages, the exposed pad packages experience a lot of thermo-hygro-mechanical related reliability problems during qualification and testing. Examples are die lift, which occurs predominantly after moisture sensitivity level conditions, and die-attach to leadframe delamination leading to downbond stitch breaks during temperature cycling. In this chapter, nonlinear finite element (FE) models using fracture mechanics based J-integral calculations are used to assess the reliability problems of the exposed pad package family. Using the parametric FE models any geometrical and material effects can be explored to their impact on the occurrence diepad delamination, and dielift. For instance the impact of diepad size is found to be of much less importance as the impact of die thickness is. Using the fracture mechanics approach, the starting location for the delamination from thermo-hygro-mechanical point of view is deducted. The results indicate that when diepad delamination is present, cracks are likely to grow beneath the die and dielift will occur. The interaction between dielift and other failure modes, such as lifted ball bonds, are not found to be very significant. The FE models are combined with simulation-based optimization methods to deduct design guidelines for optimal reliability of the exposed pad family.     

Photoluminescence and X-ray Diffraction of Distributed Bragg Reflector

Spectral and structural characteristics of distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) in vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers were studied with photoluminescence and double- crystal X- ray diffraction measurement. The expected high quality epitaxial DBR structure was verified. In the X- ray double- crystal rocking curves of DBR the zeroth- order peak, the first and second order satellite peaks were measured. Splitting of diffraction peak appeared in the rocking curves was analyzed. The effects of introduced deep energy levels on the structural perfection and optical properties were discussed.
