Mapinfo与Arcinfo异构空间数据模型之间的空间数据转换模块,是城市基础地理信息共享平台的数据转换模块的一部分,是依照面向对象的开发机制,基于com技术开发的一个数据引擎。该引擎具有数据自动分层、数据批量、标准化处理等特点,通过本模块使空间数据在Mapinfo的mif数据与Arcinfo的通用标准格式shapefile数据(共享平台的中间格式)之间实现数据转换与共享。  相似文献

本文介绍了用声波CT技术检测大跨度预应力连续钢构桥的一种方法,并以芙蓉江特大桥主桥为例,将主桥分为9个检测段,在每个检测段的顶板、底板、左右腹板布置了四个剖面对全桥进行混凝土整体浇筑质量检测。检测结果表明,检测区段内整体浇筑均匀性较好,各检测区内混凝土基本满足设计的要求,但在桥梁混凝土结构局部出现低强度异常区,建议进行妥善处理。  相似文献

Low-fired fluoride microwave dielectric ceramics (LiF, CaF2, SrF2 and BaF2) were prepared through a simple one-step sintering process. Fluoride ceramics, especially LiF, which had the lowest sintering temperature of 800?°C, could be well sintered below 1050?°C. Rietveld refinement results showed that LiF, CaF2, SrF2 and BaF2 ceramics crystallized into a cubic structure with space group Fm-3m. The relative permittivity (εr), quality factor (Q?×?f) and temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (τf) of the fluoride ceramics were closely related to relative density, the ionic polarizability of the primitive unit cell, the packing fraction and the bond valence. In this series of low-permittivity fluoride ceramics, LiF, CaF2 and BaF2 could be co-fired with Ag powders, and LiF ceramic exhibited the highest Q×f value of 73880?GHz, which is comparable to those of traditional oxide microwave dielectric ceramics.  相似文献

针对船舶压载水转移所引起的外来生物入侵问题, 开发了以廉价煤为原料经挤压成型、炭化等工艺制备出煤基管状多孔炭膜。分别采用扫描电镜和气体泡压技术对煤基炭膜的微观形貌和孔结构特性进行表征, 并详细考察了压载水处理过程中微藻种类、跨膜压差、错流速率以及微藻密度对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明, 煤基炭膜表面光滑, 孔隙结构发达, 孔径均一, 这非常有利于处理压载水中微藻。压载水中微藻尺寸越大, 膜的稳定通量越小; 增大跨膜压差, 膜的稳定通量增幅变缓, 尤其对含有小球藻和叉鞭金藻的模拟压载水, 因其尺寸与炭膜平均孔径相近, 容易受压变形进入膜孔形成膜内污染, 变缓程度更为明显; 增大错流流速可增大膜表面剪切力, 减少微藻在膜表面堆积, 提高炭膜的稳定通量; 提高藻液密度, 加重膜表面污染, 降低膜的稳定通量。经炭膜处理后, 渗透液中均未检出微藻的存在, 显示出煤基多孔炭膜在船舶压载水处理领域具有潜在的应用前景。  相似文献

以活化铌酸为铌源, 草酸铵为沉积剂, 十二烷基苯磺酸钠为模板剂, 采用水热法在硅藻土表面原位生长Nb2O5纳米棒。采用SEM、TEM、XRD、BET、FT-IR和XPS等分析方法对样品进行表征, 反应14 h后, Nb2O5纳米棒长度为500~700 nm, 直径为25~35 nm; 硅藻土原位生长Nb2O5纳米棒样品比表面积为157 m2/g。研究了样品对Cr(VI)的吸附与光还原行为, 可见光条件下对Cr(VI)吸附量可达220 mg/g; 紫外光条件下, 可将表面吸附的Cr(VI)转变为Cr(III), 样品经过5次循环使用后, 对Cr(VI)(100 mg/L)降解率仍能保持在93%左右。样品可对重金属污染废水中Cr(VI)进行吸附与毒性降解一体化去除。  相似文献

Novel LiAl5−xZnxO8−0.5x microwave dielectric ceramics were synthesized through a solid-state reaction route. Phase evolution of LiAl5−xZnxO8−0.5x was determined by XRD analysis. The XRD results indicated that the phase compositions had a P4332 space group when 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.2 and a spinel structure when 0.3 ≤ x ≤ 0.5. The dielectric constant (εr) of this series’ solid solutions decreased with the increase in Zn doping content, which was in good agreement with the Clausius-Mossotti relation. Oxygen vacancy and the decreased degree of order degraded the quality factor (Q × f) of the two structures. The deterioration in quality factor was further verified by impedance spectroscopy. The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (τf) decreased with the increase in x and was correlated with the unit cell volume. Finally, CaTiO3 was used as a compensation material to obtain a near-zero τf of the LiAl5O8 ceramic.  相似文献

Phase composition, morphology, and microwave dielectric properties of (1−x) LiAl0.98(Zn0.5Si0.5)0.02O2 + x CaTiO3 (0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.20) materials synthesized via the solid state reaction method were investigated. All these densified materials were obtained at a sintering temperature of 1150°C. All compositions showed a major LiAlO2 phase that was accompanied by a minor CaTiO3 phase. The εr value increased gradually from 10.88 to 11.60, whereas the Q × f value remarkably decreased from 33 251 GHz to 13 511 GHz. The τf value changes from −85 ppm/°C to 212 ppm/°C, thereby indicating that CaTiO3 could effectively adjust this value. HBO3-doping was used to further decrease the sintering temperature to 900°C. The optimum value was obtained at 7 wt.% HBO3 doped with microwave dielectric properties of εr = 9.39, × f = 10 224 GHz, and τf = −7.8 ppm/°C. This material also exhibited chemical compatibility with silver, making it a candidate for low temperature co-fired ceramics applications.  相似文献

Low-permittivity LiAl1-x(Zn0.5Si0.5)xO2 microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. Single-phase LiAlO2 solid solutions with a tetragonal structure were achieved at x ≤ 0.12. Partial substitution of [Zn0.5Si0.5]3+ for Al3+ could improve the microstructure and prevent from absorbing moisture of pure LiAlO2 ceramics, which slightly increases their relative permittivity (εr). The quality factor (Q × f) and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) were closely related to the crystallinity and cation disorder of the B-site characterized by the full width at half-maximum of B1(1) –mode assigned to Li–O–Al stretching. The optimum microwave dielectric properties (εr = 6.12, Q × f = 56986 GHz and τf = -122 ppm/°C) were obtained in the sample with x = 0.02 sintered at 1300 °C.  相似文献

Currently, different kinds of security devices are deployed in the cloud datacenter environment and tenants may choose their desired security services such as firewall and IDS (intrusion detection system). At the same time, tenants in cloud computing datacenters are dynamic and have different requirements. Therefore, security device deployment in cloud datacenters is very complex and may lead to inefficient resource utilization. In this paper, we study this problem in a software-defined network (SDN) based multi-tenant cloud datacenter environment. We propose a load-adaptive traffic steering and packet forwarding scheme called LTSS to solve the problem. Our scheme combines SDN controller with TagOper plug-in to determine the traffic paths with the minimum load for tenants and allows tenants to get their desired security services in SDN-based datacenter networks. We also build a prototype system for LTSS to verify its functionality and evaluate performance of our design.  相似文献

This study systematically investigated the structural, dielectric, and ferroelectric properties of BaAl(2−2x)(Mg0.5Ti0.5)2xO4 ceramics in the 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.04 range. Single-phase solid solutions in the P63 space group with hexagonal crystal symmetry were confirmed in the composition range of 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.03. The bond lengths of Al1/(Mg,Ti)–O, Al2/(Mg,Ti)–O, and Al3/(Mg,Ti)–O increased with the increase in x, as confirmed through the Rietveld refinement and evolutions of corresponding modes in Raman spectra. The temperature stability of dielectric properties improved at a composition around x = 0.03, and the dielectric constant εr ascended with the increase in x. Ultrabroad temperature stability (−100°C to 700°C) was obtained, and an optimal combination (εr = 18.5, tan δ < 10−3, −22 ppm/°C ≤ TCC ≤ +20 ppm/°C, resistivity ~4.5 × 1014 Ω·cm) was achieved for the x = 0.03 ceramic sintered at 1260°C in air for 6 hours. The increase in stability was ascribed to the variations in axial bonds, and lattice distortions were determined through high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The x = 0.03 ceramic could be a promising candidate for C0G or NP0 multilayer ceramic capacitors because of its low loss, high reliability, superior insulating properties and comparatively low-cost raw materials.  相似文献
