金凤矿业地压效应监测及地压控制方法研究

通过对辽宁金凤黄金矿业有限公司井下受集中地压作用的主运输巷道的地压、支护反力和围岩裂缝扩张的监测,掌握了采场和巷道地压活动规律。对生产形成的采空区进行顶板围岩沉降和支撑柱压力监测,掌握了矿石回采中顶板下沉位移变化规律和采空区围岩稳定状况,分析了采空区地压控制措施,为空区处理提供了依据和手段。     

Dry Etching Characteristics of Amorphous Indium-Gallium-Zinc-Oxide Thin Films

Amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (a-IGZO) thin-film transistor (TFT) back-plane technology is the best candidate for flat panel displays (FPDs).In this paper,a-IGZO TFT structures are described.The effects of etch parameters (rf power,dc-bias voltage and gas pres-sure) on the etch rate and etch profile are discussed.Three kinds of gas mixtures are compared in the dry etching process of a-IGZO thin films.Lastly,three problems are pointed out that need to be addressed in the dry etching process of a-IGZO TFTs.
