At present, many industrial carrier devices utilize linear motor sliders. However, a heavier load requires a linear motor (which is an example of a direct drive device) to get higher power, compared with a rotary motor with a ball screw slider (which is an example of an indirect drive device). In order to obtain higher power at a lower cost, a linear slider with multiple motors can be utilized, for example, a gantry type linear motor slider. Moving the gantry type slider requires two linear motors that are set up in parallel to enable synchronization control. Some conventional synchronization control methods have been proposed for the parallel twin linear slider; however, a large‐scaled gantry type linear motor slider has two unique problems: mechanical distortion caused by the limitations of installation environment and coupling caused by joints with low stiffness. This paper proposes a control model to solve these problems, and an identification method of each parameter. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the control model is verified by comparison with simulation results and experimental results. 相似文献

Immunoreactive Glycopeptides Separated from Peptic Hydrolysate of Chicken Egg White Ovomucoid 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Chicken egg white ovomucoid was hydrolyzed with pepsin, fractionated by gel filtration, and the reactivity to anti-ovomucoid antibody was detected in the two carbohydrate-containing fractions. Immunoreactive fragments separated from these fractions by immunoaffinity chromatography were positive to both protein and carbohydrate staining, i.e., glycopeptides. Ovomucoid glycopeptides prepared by pronase-hydrolysis did not have this immunoreactivity. These results show that some glycopeptides with immunoreactivity remained after peptic hydrolysis, suggesting that the carbohydrate moieties of ovomucoid exert a protective effect against peptic hydrolysis. 相似文献

A method is described for the quantification of tetrodotoxin (TTX) in crude extracts of puffer fish by capillary isotachophoresis. Conditions for isotachophoresis consisted of a leading electrolyte of 5 mM potassium acetate, pH 6.0, containing 0.2% Triton X-100 and 0.5 vol of dioxane, and a terminating electrolyte of 10 mM β-alanine adjusted to pH 4.5 with acetic acid. It was possible to quantify the TTX content of crude unfractionated puffer extracts, and obtain values similar to those obtained by mouse bioassays which are time consume. 相似文献

Surimi produced from male Pacific herring (Clupea harengus pallusi), a by-product of the roe fishery, formed gels comparable to those formed by lower-grade pollock surimi but were darker in color. Linear relationships were found between moisture content of surimi and punch force, torsion stress, torsion strain, and compression force at failure. Addition of dried beef plasma, egg white, whey protein, wheat gluten or potato inhibitor resulted in stronger gels, although no proteolysis was detected in a control sample. Low-temperature setting, or heating at 40°C prior to cooking at 90°C resulted in stronger gels, as measured by punch test. 相似文献
